Expérience fantastique: Excellent place for anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere. Primarily free weights here. This is known to be a powerlifting gym. However you will find machine and cardio equipment as well. I’ve never personally attended a class but i know they offer boxing/kickboxing. A member ship gives you access to the grttrude location as well as a larger King Edward location.

Expérience fantastique: Really good gym! Wonderful for anyone looking for a no-frills, grungy, minimal machine (while they still offer quite a few) gym! It's no GoodLife but that's what I was looking for! Super quiet in the morning and the staff are so friendly! I go to the Gertrude location and it's a wonderful option for anyone living in the Village for a gym.

My Brother-In-Law convinced me to go boxing with him and boy oh boy let me tell you, THAT is what I call a workout. JT kicked our butts, got us motivated and positive, and got us feeling good. 10/10, I am definitely coming back here.

Expérience fantastique: Simple, no frills gym. It's not the prettiest but it's effective. Lots of weights, lots of racks, and plenty of cardio equipment.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent facility with multiple squat racks and punching bags, great place for strength training and provides 24 hour access. When I moved away from Winnipeg the staff was understanding and courteous with cancelling my membership.
