Expérience fantastique: I have been going regularly for 5 years, after shopping around for a new gym when my last one closed. The equipment is updated fairly frequently to reflect current fitness trends, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the facility clean.

Expérience fantastique: Fitness at its finest. Steam bath and hot tubs are always available.

Expérience fantastique: We have been with the YMCA for 5 years. This past year downtown has become my location. I love the abundance of things I have at my disposal to help with my journey.

Expérience fantastique: My go to gym. We have a family pass so everybody gets to benefit from one membership. The downtown Y allows us to use a swimming pool, there's a walking/running track lots of great equipment. they also have lots of free classes where I can join in to get my motivation or work on my own.and of course the Y has multiple locations so I can go to any Y and work out there as convenient for me.

Expérience fantastique: Very diverse gym and the best equipped gym in Winnipeg. It has a trx area, kettlebells, free weights , turf field with push sleds, cardio and resistance machines, large running track upstairs, squash courts and 2 basketball courts. Also has a multiple person hot tub, male and female steam rooms, kids pool and pool with lanes for swimming. Helpful staff from the time you walk in to the moment you leave.

Expérience fantastique: Very comfortable pool for me. There is a sauna, swimming lanes, a round pool and a jacuzzi - all in one place. And there is also the opportunity to ride a gym and build a program with a coach once a month

Sauna, pool, hot tub, cardio area, weights, squash, basketball, fitness classes, the best Zumba classes, spin and tabata classes. The place is clean and well kept. There are a whole lot of equipments and services available.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym with extremely friendly staff. I love the three tiered workout space with usable track. If wanting to play squash or racquetball be sure to book in advance.

Expérience fantastique: My favorite YMCA to workout at the facilities are clean and imo spacious. The workout area is well placed and I always feel comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Expérience fantastique: They have lots of modern exercise equipment, a gym for sports (basketball), an indoor track, pool, hot tub, fitness studio, and squash/racquet ball courts. It is clean, but can be a little confusing to navigate as there are multiple floors. Very busy place at noon hour and less busy on the weekends. If you have a membership you can attend all of the YMCA's in the city. Drop in prices are a little high. If you go once a week a membership will pay for it self. You have to pay for parking downtown Monday to Saturday. Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: This is the best gym in Winnipeg. It has swimming pool, basketball courts, running track and a very well equipped gym. I love to go there for swimming. It's great for kids too.
