Expérience positive: I like this gym. My only complaint is that they don't have enough leg machines, so it's difficult to do legs as they are always taken. Maybe I just go at busy times, but I feel like 2 leg extension machines, 1 leg press, and 1 hamstring curl are not enough given the size and business of the gym.

Expérience fantastique: I like this gym I would give it close to a good 5stars. It's clean and quiet at times and it doesn't smell thankfully. I use the kids club regularly which is a really nice feature. Natasha is great with my kids when we come in; especially when my one child is disabled. She is very sweet ! I find the staff at the door friendly and they make great protein shakes. I love that they have that as an option. It always clean and most members seem to care and clean their machines after they use it as well. The hours aren't the best on the weekend, but it's nice that they are open later during the week. Ideally I would love for them to be open until 8/9pm on weekends and 11pm on the Friday. My own personal preference. I would recommend this place. It's around $150 for two and monthly childcare, if you wanted an idea on price point.

Expérience négative: Prices were okay but took 2 days to get message back. When I did and after I explained I only wanted like a month or two membership max as I was moving I was told I still had to pay their one time set up fee. Maybe it's me but if it's the same fee for a month or a year I feel it would not be worth it

Expérience fantastique: Pretty nice gym equipped with all the machines and plenty of space, they just need to work on their timing for weekend, 5PM is so early to close on weekend.

Expérience négative: 2 Stars is not for the Club. The gym is amazing, members and all staff are very nice. The only huge disappointment I had was with 1 specific Personal Trainer who is very well known. He completely was disrespectful to me with a superior attitude. As a business owner I found his behavior very unprofessional and to be a representative for this club, you should show respect for its members. I am contemplating on discontinuing my membership.

Expérience négative: I subscribed to this gym for around 4 months and had a good experience until one of the regulars disrespected me and tried to get my membership revoked because he didn’t like my attitude, prices are high compared to most gyms, your looking at $100/month for a midsized to small gym, no problems with actual staff just the self centred steriod used who tried to kick me out while I was quitting, would not recomend, save your money

Expérience positive: Quiet gym. Staff are nice. Clients don't hog machines, generally. Everything is in good shape. Lots of parking. Decent hours. Reasonable price on memberships. Lots of windows, mirrors, and natural light. Could use more floor-mat space for stretching/warming up/core workouts etc. Locker rooms are okay, could definitely use an update. My only real complaint is the constant rap/hip hop music that is being played. I get that most people are listening to their own music anyways, but a change up of what is playing would be nice once in a while lol. Overall a great gym that I would recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Very good gym with very nice people. Clean, quite and not crowded. This gym has a calmness to it where you can just go, feel good and focus on yourself. Huge range of machines, treadmill and weights. Honestly one of the best gym I have seen.

Expérience négative: Gym was decent.. not more or less than any other standard gym. Though a membership here will cost you $50/month when I could pay $10 for the same equipment elsewhere.. COVID has made things extremely difficult and I have decided to just work out at home, contacted the gym in October to cancel - gym has been closed for several months so my membership was put on hold (no big deal) - they charged my card again in June so I called and left a voicemail with the accounts manager and never received a call back. Called and spoke with the front desk, they said my account was never cancelled, only suspended, so she cancelled my account and said I would receive a refund within a week and to call back if I didn’t. Still haven’t received a refund and it’s been a few weeks so called back and spoke with the front desk again, this girl argued with me that they had issued a refund on June 17 - I said no, I was charged on the 17th and spoke with someone on the 23rd about the refund - her response was “I don’t know what to tell you, our system says you were refunded” .. she says “let me ask my manager, she’s just walking by”. The manager proceeds to tell her that the refund was only processed yesterday so to give it a week and call back.. Not too worried about the refund itself, but very annoyed this girl tried to convince me that I got my refund only to be told otherwise by her own manager. It’s the same issues that I’ve had with pro-fit ever since signing up - the staff are rude as hell.

Expérience fantastique: Out of the hundreds of gyms I've trained at over the years, Profit is one of my favorites. Staff are friendly, lots of good quality equipment, not overcrowded, etc. They go above and beyond with Covid cleaning protocol and go the extra mile to put their customers first.

Expérience positive: Facility was as clean as I remembered. Plenty of space between stations. Only suggestion is perhaps a few more spray sanitizers scattered around the floor. Otherwise, a perfect experience.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent gym I stopped going to this gym because of my new work . I worked in Hamilton but now work at Waterford appliances and more. And it's in the opposite direction. I will not have access to a gym of this caliper now . If you live near this place and want to work out in a large like new gym join here you won't be disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent gym. Started going here a little over a month ago, and got set up with some personal training through Joey. The gym itself is always clean and I have never had a problem getting a machine or weights. The personal training was easy to set up - I simply told the receptionist what hours worked for me, and 2 days later I had a text message from the personal trainer asking me when I was available for a first session. Joey helped me, a complete newcomer to the gym experience, create 2 programs with a variety of different machines and exercises. I can say that I feel more confident in the gym than I ever thought was possible after this experience. My only real criticism with this gym is the hours. 11pm closing Monday-Thursday is excellent, but closing Friday at 9pm and weekends at 5pm is a little inconvenient, especially for those of us who work full time. In all, excellent gym with excellent prices - one full year at the gym works out to about $30/month (personal training extra). Compared to other gyms in the area (Binbrook Gym, for example, is charging $50/month for a gym about 2000 square feet), the price is great.

Expérience négative: First time there....not impressed...nice machines but the air was stale , no soap/body wash in showers and very poor water pressure if any at all ....i had expectations sonce it looked nice on the outside

Expérience négative: Water is cold, they have 2 water coolers and 1 is broken and the one that works has a weird taste to it. Only 2 out of 3 showers work in the mens shower room. Urinal is always out of order. Day pass was 5$ but now they are bumping it up to 10$. They don't have a monthly pass and 3 months cost 200$. Some of the workout equipment is cracked.

Classes free...very clean...showers and sauna room are great...staff is always friendly. 4 stars because their trainers could be more disbursed around the gym with everyone but stick to their favs. Not one has ever said hi so 4 s I could've picked any fitness place in brantford and i chose here

Expérience négative: The Google map shows the wrong location, I had turned into the area showing on the Google map and was immediately was followed by the owner of the property and I had continued to find the correct location and I had found it. The vehicle was still following me and I had found it that it was the owner of this gym as well, was nearly run off the road and was stopped by the owner and was told to stay the "f*** off my property!" I was shocked as I had my 3 year old Daughter in the vehicle with me. I will not be using this gym and will not donate my money to this rude obnoxious idiot.
