Fluxo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Fantastic experience: It has been one year since I’ve started my training and I am so glad I did. I was really nervous, as this was out of my comfort zone and co-ed. I’ve done a lot of healing on the mats training and learning with Fluxo. We have a wonderful group of women and really respectful men. I never thought I’d be so happy in a close contact activity. It’s what I needed in my toolbox to feel strong, safe and protected. Even on days when I’m tired, stressed or anxious, I leave feeling light and happy. If you are thinking about trying a class, do it. If you want self defence try Saturdays 11:30am class with Coach Arielle. If you want to try it all, Tuesday and Thursdays 7:30pm-9pm. Grateful for Coach Jose and the Fluxo community!

Fantastic experience: I've learned so much since I began here, and I have improved my ground game a lot. Coach Jose knows the ins and outs of jiujitsu, and he's always helping us perfect our technique. Plus, everyone here is an amazing individual, and the atmosphere is awesome. Fantastic experience: Even though I have spent most of my experience doing our training session online, the quality of the training session Coach Jose puts out has helped me become more athletic, lose weight, and has prepared me for my fitness test for the army, which I have successfully passed. Coach Jose is a gem of a human being and coach, and will listen to each student while catering his teaching style to be extremely accommodating. He has a pedigree in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and that is what you will be learning here. Even if you think you're out of shape or that BJJ is out of your comfort zone, come out anyway and learn how to master your own body while becoming fit and learning crucial self-defense techniques at the same time. You won't regret it. This place feels like a school and not a "gym". Classes feel like classes.
