Fantastic experience: Very nice equipment and very respectful staff! I have not even had may bad experience with fellow members too. All in all very nice crowd and experience. The fact that it is next to Fortinos and LCBO may be helpful to some. LOL

Fantastic experience: Variety of exercise equipments for an affordable membership. Big location, they even have TRX and elevate equipments for people into calisthenics and body weight training. I am writing this while chilling on hydro massage chair.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and fair staff, great facility and options for working out. I've been to some gyms with no squat rack and no showers yet they call themselves a gym. this one is well stacked for a beginner-intermediate gym :)

Fantastic experience: Gym and equipments are good, the aroma for working is fantastic but due to low price, the gym is packed up most of the time. Hardly get the gym slot hut due to COVID they have allowed to gym only 1 hour 15 minutes, which isn’t sufficient. Whereas, other gym have gym slot but letting their customers to do gym until they are finished.

The staff is very polite and professional and there are a wide variety of machines to choose from, many that are unavailable at alternate locations. The staff has also been very professional and courtesy during this uncertain times following the reopening of gyms. All in all a great gym!

Fantastic experience: I was afraid to go back to the gym when they reopened post lockdown however the inactivity was unsatisfactory so I went just to see if they were being safe. Awesome setup. Alternate machines, sanitizer stations and no overcrowding were the things that made me feel safe. All the patrons were being safe too, wearing their masks especially when moving around. Good job guys!

Fantastic experience: This gym is brand new so the equipment and cleanliness is up to date. Hopefully it is kept like this. I know when the fit4less in Milton opened up it was wonderful but now all the equipment is always broken. Let’s hope this one keeps up!
