Langille Athletic Centre: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Cheap membership, great for families! Practise sports or Join the programs. Very high quality gym area and easy to access.
Negative experience: Don’t use their vending machine
Fantastic experience: Great facility, good resource for their community youth camps.
Positive experience: Old skool gym that meets most of the gymnastics needs. Lacking a few core circuit machines and too many tread mills and elliptical machines. Other than that, a good gym. During covid when assigned to sections, get creative and Google exercises with limited equipment. You would be surprised what you can do !
Fantastic experience: Legge Health Clinic - Sports Therapy provides various health services on site!
Positive experience: Love it...quiet and lots of equipment to try and exercise on!
Negative experience: I used to come to the Dal AC almost every night and snow day. However, that came to a crashing end when this new guy took over. He is very rude and obnoxious and in forces extremely unusual rules. DAL AC YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.
Negative experience: My sons have often travelled 45 min to play b ball here and really enjoy their time using the center. Today my son called to ensure it was open before travelling in. They were told they were in fact open and when he asked what time they close..he was told to look online and find out. ok ..hummm I drove my son and his best bud in and upon arriving they were asked for photo ID. They never have been asked or had it mentioned before. He said they didnt have ID and they were passed back their money and told they had to leave. My son..being quite perturbed after travelling 45 min complained vocally..and he himself said he wasnt very polite when the lady at the desk noisily shut the door behind them. i dont condone my sons verbal discontentment and have dealt with this myself however the need for ID should be well stated online and a polite reminder made when anyone calls to enquire possible business hours. It was a long way to travel to learn ID is required and not very politely either.
Positive experience: Great value at a mid-sized, university facility. Nothing fancy but everything you need!
Positive experience: Good venue for a craft show
Positive experience: Affordable gym that comes with free fitness trainer
