F45 Training Royal Oak Calgary

Negative experience: I bought a 7 day trial yesterday and when I went to book classes they don’t even have classes 7 days a week!! I went to my first class and they weren’t there. I went to the restaurant across the street they said they have been closed since July!! How does a franchise this big do this? I have tried to email and call and no response and their website is nonexistent. I want a full refund ASAP!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Super fun environment and a great community. Easy to follow and well researched templates. Most importantly: it is easy not to quit, which is the hallmark of a good training program. You see results as the weeks go by, and it is never boring. Love all trainers: Candice, Chris, Little Sarah, Faith, and even Igor (when he shows up...) Recommended it to so many by now who have joined and thanked me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with F45 Royal oak for almost 2 years now, as you can tell I haven’t left. This community has become more then just a gym for me they became my family, being at F45 every morning and seeing my coaches faces and knowing that there gonna push me to be the best now that’s the best feeling in the world to me knowing they have my back. I wanna thank this amazing community and all the amazing coaches for being the best and bringing out the best in me. I have met so many amazing ppl at this gym made some amazing friends here that have become my family. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend F45 Royal Oak. I was looking for a new fitness home in early 2020 and found it with this great studio. Despite being shut down shortly after opening, Jay, Harjeet, and their great team worked very hard to ensure members had safe options for working out regardless of what restrictions were in place - I feel they truly care about their members. It has been fabulous to be back in the gym now, working out with a great community. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, I believe there is a place for you at F45 - whether you need accommodations for an injury, just starting to work out or need encouragement to challenge yourself just a bit more, the coaches are there to support you. Thank you F45 Royal Oak team!

Fantastic experience: After “attempting” to work out at home during our pandemic, I realized I missed the community aspect of a gym and the push to do more. F45 covered everything I was looking for … resistance and cardio. There is truly something for everyone. The coaches are fantastic at offering modifications if needed. I feel supported and motivated. Fantastic experience: I began my journey at F45 with a 7 day trail. I quickly learned this was an amazing gym and purchased a bi weekly membership. The work outs are great and are suitable for any level of fitness. The workouts don’t get boring, and there’s variety in each work out. The owners and trainers; well they are just amazing! Every trainer is energetic, enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is very friendly. It’s easy to get to know people and it really feels like a gym family. There is no pressure to buy here. You come in you work out and socialize with others if you choose. If you are looking for a gym with cardio and weight based workouts; check out the Royal Oak location out. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this location a 10 star I would! The owners are like no other gym I have ever been a member to. They are kind, caring and make sure you are taken care of. They hire amazing staff and trainers that truly care they want you to be better and it shows. Can't wait to get back at it and getting my butt kicked into shape for the summer!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We LOVE this F45 - we've been working out regularly for over 15 years and nothing - not CrossFit, Orange Theory, or any BeachBody - has come close to being as much fun, effective, supportive, or rewarding as F45. The team at Royal Oak are the best we've ever worked out with - really good attention to form, so encouraging and the place is really friendly. I can't recommend you try this out - whether your seasoned gym rats like us or just getting off the couch, there's a place for you here.

F45 Royal Oak definitely brings a great sense of community which helps you feel comfortable and will keep you motived to do your best. Fantastic experience: I heard about their free community classes over Instagram and since, due to Covid-19, all gyms were closed i decided to join them over virtual live sessions to try out their classes. I was so impressed! The workouts were challenging yet fun and engaging and the coach was doing a great job at observing everyone's forms over the video call. She provided feedback when my form was off and I was glad she did because it saved me from potentially pulling a muscle! It was also great to see that the owners of F45 Royal Oak were involved in the workouts and the session would end with them thanking everyone to join. I liked the feeling of community they created and it made my experience with F45 that much more enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with F45 Royal Oak. I wasn't a member before COVID-19, but because all gyms across Calgary had to close, I needed to find somewhere that could help me get back into a routine somehow. I heard on Instagram that F45 Royal Oak were doing free trials for their live online classes and I am so happy I did - their classes are fun and interactive, and the coaches never fail to push me to my limits... even at home! I am so excited for the studio to reopen so I am able to experience this amazing atmosphere in person.
