F45 Training Arbour Lake

Fantastic experience: I love this place! It had always been so hard for me to commit to going to any gym as I always found it boring having to come up with my own workouts everyday. I tried f45 Arbour lake and it's been a game changer. All you need to do is show up and the exercises are there for you on the screen! All you need to do is work on your form and get stronger. The coaches are helpful, motivating and always so welcoming. The same can be said about the members. I've been a member for over a year and I still look forward to going to my next class.

Fantastic experience: Great work out gym with wonderful trainers. Been going here for over a year and it’s made a huge difference in my overall physique and fitness. More than a gym it’s best described as a community with mind like oriented people.

Fantastic experience: This specific location of F45 in Arbor lake is phenomenal! From the owner to the trainers to the members- everyone who steps into this studio has such great energy and is so friendly- a huge sense of community is exemplified in this studio. As a person who does not lift weights, I am learning to love weight training - I specifically enjoy my classes with trainer Anastasia, Paul and Karandeep. I am happy to say that I’ll continue coming to this studio! I definitely recommend anyone hesitant to try out this studio!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this studio! From the first day you walk in, you feel incredibly welcome every class. I’m always so impressed that the coaches remember everyone’s name! They are super encouraging without being pushy and provide guidance and suggestions during the workout. As someone who has leaned towards more of a low-intensity workouts, F45 intimidated me and I didn’t know what to expect. But truly, everyone is welcome at this studio - regardless if it’s your first time picking up a weight or you’ve been working out for years. I actually get excited to go to class and break a sweat.

Fantastic experience: F45 has been great. The instructors are helpful and motivational. The classes are 45 minutes of hard work but go by so fast. Finished the trial and now I am joining. Would definitely recommend F45 in Crowfoot! Hope Mark Walberg shows up for a workout!!

Fantastic experience: This model works for me. Different stations targeting all parts of my body. It’s quick and targeted. Location is nearby. The instructors Aram, Sheney, Paul, all the others keep me going and correct my form and provide alternates for my comfort. Aram has worked with me on my schedule and rating model. His flexibility and support make me want to come back. The timing and different style each day all work very well for me.

The trainers are motivating, encouraging but also give you the extra push when needed! The classes are for all levels but personally they give the extra push that I can’t get when I workout alone! The owner is very personable and has a passion for coaching and getting people to their goals. They have different memberships and trials to accommodate anyone! Im so glad I chose Arbour Lake! Also he shared his story on his health and recovery due to getting fit and in shape, which speaks volumes to his dedication. He made it personal and made me feel very welcome. The crew are ALL fantastic, every trainer is very enthusiastic, professional and encouraging. For my goal to get back in shape and to the level of fitness I want to be at, I have found the perfect place. F45 = FUNCTIONAL which is the most important thing for me. The workouts are varied and ever changing which I look forward to. Watch this space, I can’t wait to share amazing progress. Also the. Gym is kept in immaculate condition, coming out of COVID, that time and effort the trainers take to clean and tidy goes a LONG way!!! Fantastic experience: F45 Arbour Lake has been fantastic! I was looking for a workout that is quick, but doesn't sacrifice on results - this place has been just that. Timings are flexible, workout are tough but quick (3% of your day), and the other members have been awesome. The group fitness setting and real-time coaching is very motivating and makes you want to keep coming back. I would recommend F45 Arbour Lake to anyone who is looking to crush their fitness goals and not spend forever doing it. Loving it!

Fantastic experience: Coming from a more conventional gym experience I was unsure how this type of work would fit with my style. Overall I'm really enjoying the fast paced workouts offered by F45. They make me sweat and there's a nice variety.

Fantastic experience: Workouts are fun and challenging. The trainers are really nice and motivating, they're always making sure your form is correct so you can get the best out of the workout and avoid injuries.

Negative experience: They ask me for try out for $10 for two weeks but and I agreed and they told me if I am interested then I can sign the foundation membership. Never visit them yet then now my bank has been charge for membership with authorization and tried calling them but no answer. Make sure not give you card with them for try out, they will charge your card without your approval until now still waiting their call.

Fantastic experience: Love sweating it out with the crew at F45 ️‍♀️ The workouts are great and the trainers Kelsey & Colin are awesome .Their eyes are on you all their ways for correcting your posture Whatever square you chose variety in workout makes it a different experience each time. I highly recommend trying it out if you’re thinking about it, you won’t regret it! I would be more happy if someday they allow me pictures for my insta reels lol
