Fantastic experience: I hired Helena & Jeenat to help my daughter prepare for the various fitness requirements in the Canadian Armed Forces (FORCES test, PPT, etc), as well as with general strength & fitness training throughout the rugby season. We have been extremely happy with the training, and my daughter leaves for Basic this summer fully prepared. They have also provided me with an opportunity to work on my own fitness, which I hope to continue. This is a hardworking family who are committed to their clients' success, and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My name is Mohit Malik and i live in cranbrook BC and its around 1000 km from this place. I keep searching for good wrestling practice places in Canada as i have also great interest in wrestling. I can guarantee this by just watching guys doing workout, practice that this is really a good place for learning wrestling and reaching to top level . I m hoping to do a practice session in future if i get chance go visit this amazing wrestling club. Heartily appreciate coach efforts of making young guys into good wrestlers.

Negative experience: I joined the club and went for a week and i didn't like it i gave him 1500 dollars and he didn't even refunded some of my money
