I love the flexibility of training at my condo gym with him and he's always on time and communicates promptly. Sessions are fun and go by fast but he will definitely push you to maximize results in a safe manner. I highly recommend him!

After years of thinking I’m invincible in my mid 30’s, while simultaneously wondering why I had back pain, I decided to get a trainer to right the ship. And Blake has been there for me to really tip the scales in developing habits and finally getting serious about maintaining a balanced health routine. In a tight 1 month back to weightlifting program, he checked my form, gave me a good workout each time, and taught me something new. The most impressive thing was that after 1 session he basically knew exactly how much weight I should use for each exercise to max out the 3 sets perfectly (Rep 10/11/12) — Something I still haven’t fine tuned on my own. If I was staying in Vancouver, I would’ve continued with him no doubt.
