Fantastic experience: i love it here!

Negative experience: The management at MyGym is in complete disarray. They overcharged me by $73 and refused to refund the excess, insisting it can only be credited. When I asked to cancel my subscription, they informed me I need to commit for a minimum of eight weeks, while my friend was able to cancel immediately after just four weeks of subscription

Fantastic experience: A great place for young toddlers to safely learn some play skills like climbing and monkey bars... The teachers make sure the kids are having fun... Worth it!

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring toddlers for gymnastics Classes and just a fitness play class where they can play with others. Also a great place to meet other parents. Their classes have 2 teachers and they are so great with the kids.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place packed of fun! This is not an ordinary indoor kids gym. Their well-trained professional instructors lead every class and bring out different equipment/props/toys to make sure your kids have an awesome fitness workout time. What we love about My Gym the most is their super caring staff. They offer great flexibility with their classes. You can reschedule your class and manage your subscription online or with a text message! It's so convenient for busy parents. We highly recommend My Gym to every kid in the lower mainland. Just so you know they host themed birthday parties too which we will try next!!

Fantastic experience: I recently hosted my daughter's 4th birthday at MyGym South Surrey and it was amazing to say the least! It was a party of 20 kids ranging from the ages of 18 months all the way to 8 years old and to my delight there was something fun for each child for the entire duration of the party. The staff were so wonderful and enthusiastic and brought out the fun in everyone, even parents! I loved how they brought out different activities which made the kids so curious to try out and play. They organized the games so well and it was delightful to watch the kids eagerly play and giggle! The staff helped with serving the pizza to the kids and cutting up the cake and serving to all the guests! Everything ran so smoothly and they made it so special for my daughter's birthday! She felt like a star! Thank you Mygym South Surrey staff especially Danica and others! Best Wishes!

Fantastic experience: We have been sending both our kids here sense they opened. From classes to parties to camps, they have done it all here, and loved it. We reccomend my gym to anyone with kids 7 and under! We will be sad when our littlest ages out.

Fantastic experience: Attended a birthday party here, and the staff were friendly and really engaging with the children. For a "smaller" space, they utilize it quite well with a variety of equipment and "stations" for the kids to run, jump, climb and swing. The children enjoyed the experience immensely.

Fantastic experience: This is a prerty good place for kids. We've been to quite a few birthday parties here and kids had a lot of fun. Space is good, staff is great, prices are affordable (in Vancouver range), I really like this place. The only thing I'd like to see more is better thought out games, with more goofy but challenging obstacles. Something like those competitions with jumping, climbing, crawling, dangling...

Fantastic experience: A great place to take the kids for a weekly class. All of the teachers, especially Teacher Sydney, do an amazing job with my special needs child. Held my son's birthday party there and all of his friends and their parents were blown away with how much fun the kids had.

Positive experience: I personally don't like my gym for a couple of reasons. For one I think it's overpriced for what it is it's a $75 membership per month and what they don't tell you up front until you are signing the papers and in out case until we had signed the papers was that it's a minimum of three months and they need to months notice for cancellation. Secondly the drop in classes especially the evening times are an absolute zoo and I found for my 9 monthd it was actually quite dangerous, there are kids there that are at least five and the instructor doesn't really watch for things like other children throwing toys I had two young boys whose parents stood by while they literally threw balls in the direction of my nine month old and I sat there right beside her swatting them away the parents didn't say anything to their children. The instructors, I find and my husband also noticed this when he took our daughter for an drop in time, also don't really pay attention to the age range that is there and don't put out appropriate equipment there was one drop in where at the very last 15 minutes they finally brought out equipment that a baby would have interest in playing with. I essentially stopped taking her to the evening drops in because the space was way too crowded it's relatively small and then with 20 kids and 20 adult adults sometimes 30 because both parents come it is absolute chaos I'm not sure if they have a cap at how many people can drop in. Not to mention that there is only one drop in time four days a week and if it doesn't work for you tough luck. So then why the three stars? The actual class which is once a week you choose which day and time works for you is actually good but for the price of $75 for really 4 structured classes I think it is really overpriced. The class itself is fun and when there's two instructors they're enthusiastic and are very vigillent the classes itself are not over crowded and there isn't too much of an age gap between the children. I enjoy the structure of the class and I find that my daughter is busy going from one age appropriate activity to another. All in all I would say go in with the mindset of 4 classes for $75 sometimes they have a promo for a month I would ask otherwise I personally wouldn't sign up for this again.
