Fantastic experience: Super découverte sur Montréal dans le mile end :) Je cherchais un sport pour me dépenser et rester en forme et le power boxing (un des cours proposé) remplit toutes les conditions. Le +, ce sont les profs qui donnent cours. Ils vous boostent, vous corrigent (quand c'est nécessaire) et leur programme change régulièrement (ce qui permet de ne jamais s'en lasser). Je recommande à 1000% !

Before, I've done crossfit, running, cycling, weightlifting... but this power boxing class is what really transformed my body and cardio. Plus, the vibes are - Vasili and Anthony are the best coaches. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had started with these guys at the end of 2022 at their mile end branch after really enjoying a intro class. However as a result of travel and an injury was unable to go back for nearly 5 months. Unfortunately, during that process I lost my receipt for the 20 classes I purchased. When I contacted the main email on the website they said that they kept no record of my classes therefore could not give them back to me. I offered to show them a bank statement and they still refused it saying they could not know how many classes I did which I thought was weird as if they did not trust me. One day however, just as I was about to give them a bad review, I decided to pop by and talk to them in person. I was greeted by Vasilli (who was one of the main reasons I joined last year as i found him to be a brilliant, well rounded coach). He had no idea I emailed and told me my card was with them at the mile end studio since they changed systems. He thanked me for seeing them in person before dismissing Sherbatov based on my experience with the headoffice's email. So now I am back and loving this place again and the reason I am giving a 5 stars is for the Mile End crew. I am hoping to make this a regular part of my days and getting back to my old uninjured self. Keep up the awesome coaching and community guys

Fantastic experience: Je fais la muay Thai depuis environ 3 mois et je sens que je progresse cours après cours grâce aux coachs qui n'hésites pas à venir me voir pour me corriger sur la technique. Tres belle ambiance familiale/ amicale. Beau gym toujours propre et bien entretenue. Il y a même une boutique avec beaucoup de choix pour pouvoir s'équiper si comme moi vous débutez. Je le recommanderais sans hésitez !!!

Les cours de groupes travaillent la technique mais permettent amplement d'atteindre mes objectifs de conditionnement physique (cardio, force, etc.).
