Fantastic experience: If you're thinking of having a birthday party here DO IT. Omg we had the absolute best experience with the venue and the two staff members who took care of every single detail so we could enjoy the day with our daughter. Every attendee (kids from 2-9 years of age!!) left feeling that it was such a fun and entertaining time. I can't recommend birthday parties at My Gym enough. Thank you to the staff members and everyone who was on charge of booking, receiving party supplies the day before, walking us through the process etc. AMAZING experience ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had never heard of this facility but when I found it in Google for bdays I thought ya sure I loved that it was exclusive to our party but man the day came today and I (along with the other parents) were blown away by the caring attentive instructors we had and their ability to capture 12 ,4 and 3 yr olds attention continuously for the entire party! They did everything for me from setting up serving food and cake and drinks cleaning up and everything in between but honestly the structure and attentive kind loving playful warm interactions with the kids and myself was what will keep me coming back!!! Thank you so much for a great first bday party MyGym and especially to Maddie and Aubrey (I hope I spelled the names correctly)

Fantastic experience: Our son started coming here for drop in free time with his grandfather at 18 months. He LOVES it. Our nephew has been coming here for a couple years also.

Fantastic experience: Attended a birthday party here. Staff were very organized and great with the kids. Lots of activities for the kids to do - guided and on their own.

Fantastic experience: We had our son's birthday party at My Gym and it was amazing. The kids were engaged and entertained with the party hosts. I can not say enough good things about the hosts, they set up, cut and served the cake, cleaned up and even packed up the presents. Truly seemless experince and I got to sit back and enjoy the party which was amazing.

Fantastic experience: Just had my son's 2nd birthday party at the NW location and it was great. The staffs communication prior to the party was great and helped us plan our portion. The decorations looked great, location was clean and ready on time. The activities captivated all the little attendees attention and ever parent in attendance left happy.

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter’s b’day party MyGym. Dalyn and Christina were amazing. Kept the kids engaged for the whole time with lots of fun activities. Made my daughter feel really special on her day.

Negative experience: Please beware! Signed up my granddaughter for membership at their south yyc location , they charged my visa, and one week later decided to close permanently. That was in June 20 ,2022. Have tried numerous emails and text for refund and no answer yet . Very unprofessional. Would not recommend .

Fantastic experience: My kids love My Gym. I trust the staff, they are well trained and have been carefully chosen by Nasim , the owner. Summer camps are well planned and kids enjoy a lot.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely adored it! Friendly and flexible staff, an out-of-this-world facility--I was honestly jealous of the kiddos!! We did a girl guide event here, and it was so good that the girls were asking when we could come back! Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending MyGym since she was 11 months old (since they re-opened after COVID shutdowns). I've always been very impressed with the structure, cleanliness and the staff. Everything is very well thought out, and there are new games/activities each week to keep the kiddos interested. We take advantage of the drop in classes as well as our regularly scheduled class, and the drop-ins are easy to book online. It is also super easy to pause membership for whatever reason (illness/vacation), which we have taken advantage of on a number of occasions. I'd recommend this place to anyone, my toddler loves it.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Our son is typically quite shy and he LOVED the classes. They change things up every week and have fun little activities throughout the class. And if your child doesnt want to participate in the scheduled activities, they can always do their own thing. HIGHLY recommend for active little kids.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to take your kiddos to have fun an socialize, very friendly staff so careful and helpful. Nasim is very kind and lovely. I would totally recommend my gym Royal Oak.

Fantastic experience: Staff is absolutely amazing here. Have both of my kids in classes here and couldn't be more impressed. I have a smile on my face the entire time and I know my kids do, too. They have everything planned out so well and the kids are never bored. Always something to keep them challenged and entertained. This place is an essential service, 100%! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We have been loving our time at my gym. This has been such an amazing introduction to classes for my 12 month old after not having access to any classes due to covid. We attended the little wobblers class and it is the perfect balance of structure and free open play. We will join again in the future.

Positive experience: Nice, clean and thestaff are awesome. It is I would say it is for small age, Maybe up to 5 years Max. My son is 7 and he liked though.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the staff of My Gym for going over and above to make sure our son (almost 2 years old ) has a clean and safe play center to interact with other children. Before the pandemic my wife and I noticed our son would interact with other kids on a daily basis. During lock down and quarantine he became somewhat anti-social towards other children and was hesitant on wanting to play with them. I would highly recommend My Gym "Royal Oak" for it's caring staff and friendly atmosphere each and every week allowing my son to safely play with other children his age.

Fantastic experience: This is a great little place to take your tikes to socialize and play. Very safe and clean environment with careful screening and cleaning before and after class. The teachers are very friendly and equipment is well kept and clean. My kids love coming here for their weekly gym time.

Fantastic experience: Happy, patient, fun instructors. My children have all been through this wonderful experience. I don't have the best behaved children, but the instructors some how managed to get all three involved and happy as can be. There is a variety of equipment to play on, but "my" favorite part is how the kids are happy and played out by the end of class. Thank you to all the instructors. It is worth while mentioning that there is plenty of parking around the back of the facility.

Fantastic experience: My 4 years loved the place. Really great and helpfull staffs. one day we had a misunderstanding and the lady gave us a ride back home... I was not expecting such a great gesture.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here for class since 10 month old and now she is almost three. She loves the class and always excited to go. I really appreciated the flexible make up class policy. All I need to do is to book online for the time work best for us.

Positive experience: The staff are so serious for working in a kids play area but they do their job good enough! my problem with them was just by accident I checked my credit card bill which I normally would not and I noted there is 240$ un authorized charge into my credit card and kept me busy with resolving this with them for a good 2 days! finally it is refunded but so time consuming and inconvenienced. all in all they are good but I will not experience them again!

Negative experience: The place is very exciting to my toddler. But as mentioned below other parents. it is very difficult to cancel the class, even if we travel for a while, they were not in systematically processed methods at all. they have to change their cancellation progress system. except on this, everything is good

Fantastic experience: Amazing, fun filled place for kids! Quite interactive!

Negative experience: We'll see - we're in the middle of trying to cancel, and no unlike other experiences we have heard, we are having a really difficult time. The website cancellation is very misleading, you feel like you're cancelling right away, even though you have to a month in advance. We were initially told we were paying for the first 8 weeks, because we had to sign up for eight weeks and couldn't do just four (!?). No unlike a 'real' gym - it's all about paying every month. Hopefully we'll come back with a positive review as they look into our failed attempts to cancel - fingers crossed

Negative experience: Terrible place to take your child. When my husband signed up for the new membership, they never informed us that they would charge for two months when we canceled it. Now they said, we signed for it so we had to pay for it, even though we never knew the second month was going to be charged and we did not go for the second month. Terrible business mindset to gain their profits over families with little ones. We paid around $200 for 4 times.

Negative experience: We had signed up for a summer special for several months and paid over a hundred dollars. Our friends were able to make up missed days but for some reason we were not. You pay a fee for a "membership" and then have to pay monthly on top of that yet still you wont be allowed to make up missed classes. Well some people will and you might not get lucky. Please save your money and take your child to the park where there will be other children, slides, swings and everything else you have in this class. I cant stress this enough, this place is just out to get your money. They dont care about your child or your child's development. Just want to add that our last class was cancelled by MY GYM. They first said it was due to an event then said it was due to a gas leak I the building. When I asked if we would at least get to make up this 1 class as it was cancelled by them we were also told no. LOL. Bad experience for us. Please take your kid to Gymboree aa they also offer classes with better service.

Fantastic experience: I love this place for my son. The staff are so good with the toddlers and make such a personal effort to get to know them. The 50 minute class is filled with such a variety of activities but also gives the little ones a ton of free time. It's always clean. My son has a lot of fun just exploring all the options for play. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We had our son's 5th Birthday at My Gym and are thrilled with how things went! The staff was beyond amazing with all the kids, knowing everyone by name within a few minutes and assuring everyone was included in the games. As a parent, it was wonderful to have the staff help set-up and serve all the guests. It allowed us to sit back and enjoy the party instead of worrying about all our guests - I actually took photos this year! Loved the fact that they made our little guy feel so special on his birthday and have been told by many kids that it was the best birthday party they had been to! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place to have a child's birthday party! The facility is beautiful and clean and the equipment is great for the kids (they are so excited!). The staff is very flexible, accommodating, positive and fun! They have a zip line, trampoline, ball pit and play structure amongst other fun activities. Heads up that adults must wear socks inside and kids go barefoot. They have a great set up for the table for serving food at the party and great activities for the kids. Lots of parking. Staff is engaged and really cares. They make sure the kids know the rules to be able to use the equipment. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Great place to take your toddler, expensive monthly payments. This is great if you are diligent in taking your kid often.

Fantastic experience: Both my 3.5year old and my 16 month old LOVE it here! The staff is amazing and they all worked with both my children to earn their trust and to get them more comfortable with people other then myself and my husband! God love em as this was no easy feat! Now both are excited for gym class every week.

Fantastic experience: We started at 3 months and now my little one almost a year...love it here. Always something new for the kids and great way to build skills and interact. The staff is great and its always clean!

I would highly recommend signing up. Also I've been to a number of birthdays here and WOW. It really is the perfect place to have an all inclusive birthday party where the parents can totally relax and the kids have a blast.

Positive experience: We take our daughter here for gym classes. It is a great facility for infants to older children. The staff is friendly and really great with the kids. While we haven't done a Birthday Party here yet we have heard rave reviews from other people and they do EVERYTHING for you from setup to cleanup so nothing to worry about. If you are looking to put your kids in a program, both parented and un-parented available, I would highly recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: I love this place for birthday parties. The staff are fun and caring and kids have such a great time. And they take care of everything from serving the pizzas to cutting the cake and all you do is to watch and talk to the other grown ups.
