Fantastic experience: I wanted to give a shout out to Andrew and his staff over at MFitness Decarie!! They're always there to help a hand, the equipment is great, and you have underground parking in a central location!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The staff is super friendly, even the other customer are nice. The gym is clean, it lacks nothing. The only thing I hate are the burpees during bootcamp class lol

Negative experience: I'd like to leave a review about physio in the need. So I don't usually leave reviews and, especially bad ones but this really disappointed me. I've been having alot of back pain and recently an ad showed up on my tiktok for physio that can help with such pains etc. And that it would cost on 60$ so for me that sounded like a steal. So I called and got appointment with the Jewish guy David if I'm not wrong. So we spoke on the phone for about 20mins and I explained to him in detail about injuries pain etc and then he said look I will send you documents and just sign and put everything you told me in detail so I can prepare a file and were ahead of this case when you come. Which seemed pretty professional to me. But when I got there. In the middle of talking this guy asks me to give him to money to continue. Neither before or after!! Literally in the middle of the first session. I found that odd but I was like wtv and then he wasted my 40mins again asking samethings about injuries etc which we had already spoken about on the phone and I had sent the detail to him online. Then he saw that I was in pain. And I asked him can you do something for my pain relief and give some strectches that I can do at home but he completely ignored and asked if there's anything else. And before leaving, he shows me a cream to buy that will help me relax my muscles but couldn't even apply a little bit at the time of my session. It was 95% talking and 5% showing. Very disappointed 1/5

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I’ve been an active member for a few years and it never disappoints! Love the friendliness of the staff as much as the clientele. Always easy going and particularly love the fact that you are always welcome no matter your fitness level!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Always clean and nice ambiance. Owner and front desk receptionist are very friendly and attentive to their clients’s needs. It doesn’t get super packed no matter what time of the day. Has the most machines I need to workout for legs, arms, back and core.

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 2 weeks so far. I joined because I work in the same mall and it's super convenient. Andrew has been extremely welcoming and professional as well as the other staff and even the members. Although some of the machines are outdated, you can pick up wipe cloths and disinfectant at the entrance to wipe the machines before using them and that makes me feel safe and reassured. The gym has everything you need. I'm very happy I joined.

Fantastic experience: Great place for a workout. fully equipped gym, full range of equipment machines and free weights from 3lb to 150lb for the seasoned weight lifter or the first time beginner.

Negative experience: Definitely not coming there again, horrible service. They keep charging you even after u cancel.

Negative experience: Guy in the entrance is very rude. He have no Idea what is a customer service. They have only 3 month which is around 200$!!!! And the gym is not even good. Or they have 1 year with 50$ per month or so and if you don’t want a year it is your problem. And that’s it no other options.

Negative experience: Point positif: -grandeur du gym et diversité des machines selon la région du muscle souhaité travailler. -Sauna Point négatif: -service à la clientèle , ne répond jamais au téléphone, aucune boîte pour laisser de message disponible . Lorsqu’on souhaite se désabonner à distance cela est excessivement compliqué. -Il faut toujours se reconnecter sur le wifi dont ne fonctionne pas certaines fois. -Des gens viennent faire leurs séries de biceps devant toi lorsque tu es assis aux bench (desfois ca sent)

Negative experience: Disappointed not by the gym itself but by the cold reception from the owner Andrew, made me feel like I should not be there, the other staff employee I interacted with was ok. Came to try out the gym and bought a 3 access pass. I guess each person will have a different experience. In contrast, a woman who came before me and seemed to be signing up, was well received with pleasantries and such...Moral of the story if you happen to be one of those person deemed worthy of being nicely welcomed, you may be tempted to sign up...

Fantastic experience: The perfect gym! This is the best gym I've gone to in a long time! Plenty equipment so you never have to wait. Never too crowded and always clean. I switched over from Golds Gym last summer and it's so much better. The staff great and everyone is super friendly.

Owner knows a lot too so super helpful and has friendly staff too. Separate room for classes or stretching too.

Fantastic experience: It's very good gym, they have most, if not all, of the machines needed, they also have a seperate room if you want to do HIIT workout. The Staff is very very nice and they have showers and a sauna too. The best thing it's not crowded at all, so if you are beginner this is the perfect gym for you

Fantastic experience: I have been doing to is gym about 4 month now I love the gym 10 minutes drive from my place the location is excellent free parking is old school style gym (not old) I have been already i met with very nice people there from the front desk (Andrew) and his team they are very nice and helpful, and the boys and girls at this gym they are nice and friendly if you like to transform your body, get motivated from others talk to like minded people this is your gym I think the difference between this gym and others is the people and energy in this gym is the best

Negative experience: Owner is a good guy . The gym is old and and the communication within the boss and the staff is very bad . I canceled my memebership for personal reasons and they owner told me what he said he would do for me to be able to cancel the contract and till now nothing has changed , yet they still take money from my account . I was calling them to cancel it by phone and no one was answering , yet they were open till 9pm . I had to go there to know that the one on the front desk is on the treadmill running . I was so upset and as i get there she was telling me the opposite of what the owner told me he would have done to cancel my membership which i appreciated from him for his understanding . Since he is on vacation , i am still paying for it and not even going there and still wanting to know what’s going on. One week later still no call from them or him to know what’s going on . Just really bad service from their part . Thank you .

Negative experience: I finished my contract with them last October. And in my surprise they took money in my account twice this year of April, and spoke to Dennis over the phone and told me he will take care of it. Two months passed no news, I personally visited the gym last June 29 , and I was told that he no longer work there and Andrew is the new guy, and he told me the same thing “ will take care of it”. In my surprise they took another $50.13 this July 7. Never ever will deal with any pre-authorized withdrawal , lesson learned. Mfitness will never get any recommendation from me. And I demand that my money amounting $150 be refunded.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Ive been going to this gym on and off for close to 30 years when legendary Jimmy Caruso use to run it. You want to get better? This is the place to go. The equipment is hardcore and definitely a place for the like minded. The location is great, the owner is a great guy and the staff very supportive.

Negative experience: Been charging people non-stop since last July!!!!! The gyms are closed and they keep taking payments ! sometimes twice in a month. Sent emails, called and provided many opportunities for them to either refund the charge or communicate with no avail. Any company that cannot communicate with their paying customers is not one to do business with BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: Great open space with tons of free weights and machines. Locker room is really spacious and comes equipped with nice stall showers and a sauna. You can even get a smoothie or protein shake too. One of the city's hidden gems.

Positive experience: Gym is alright, bathroom is normally super dirty, looks and smells like they haven’t washed it for months, equipment is kinda old, people are nice and it’s never full which is nice so you don’t have to wait for machines.

Positive experience: Pretty old equipments but it works. 5lbs-150lbs dumbells, 6 free weight benches (3 flat, 2 inclined, 1 declined), 3 squat racks, 2 smith machines, Sauna, 2 punching bags (1 broken), 5lbs-50lbs kettle balls, 6 treadmills, 6 elliptical machines. Friendly staffs

Positive experience: Pricey gym, equipment a little old but offers showers, sauna and limited classes, though some you may have to pay extra for, opened for late gym goes not, but open early. there is also a personal trainers onsite and a health wet bar

Negative experience: Gym ok but really bad communication between employees and really bad managment. Its been more than 2 months i am waiting for a refund because they charged me a extra month when i was done with my membership and didnt renew it (i spoke to 2-3 different ppl that didnt leave notes in my profile and gave me wrong info. They didnt even knew i gave my pass back and had my 20$ back...).

Positive experience: Awesome place, been training there for years, prices are okay, lovely people and staff and parking is available as well as training services. On the down side, the gym lacks management specialy problem solving and maintenance.. Still a great place to stay healthy.

Positive experience: Bring your own headphones unless you like listening to the same 20 songs every day. These guys don't believe in Spotify or satellite radio.. or even regular radio..
