Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Safe Sweat enough! They are a game changer and I knew I would love it as soon as I walked in for my first visit. The big box gyms don’t appeal to me for a variety of reasons… they can be intimidating, many have an unpleasant “locker room/gym” smell to them, having to wait for equipment, but most importantly for me I truly didn’t think I would get the level of personalized experience I needed and wanted when starting a strength training program. I get it all with Safe Sweat! The gym has an upscale feel, the individual private workout spaces are all fully equipped with top notch high end equipment and you can adjust the lighting, music, tv, cooling to your personalized liking. The owners and entire team are all so friendly and welcoming, I’ve been partnered with an awesome coach and Mike is really helping me step up my entire fitness game. I am truly grateful to have found Safe Sweat and look forward to being a member for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: Arguably one of the best ways to work out- Safe Sweat has it all. Extremely clean private rooms, the ability to structure your entire workout without having to wait for equipment to be free, privacy to do any type of workout you want (which is very nice for beginners or even trying out a new exercise) and the most friendly staff! Currently training with Coach Mike Chan and I cannot recommend him enough. He is very knowledgeable while also being approachable. His tips on holistic wellness are super informative, but he is able to lay out how to use them in a daily framework. His training sessions are targeted for what my goals are, but he is also very encouraging for me to push myself to my own limits strength wise. As a post partum mom who is trying to get her body back, I feel better after each session and feel like my goals are achievable. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to Coach Mike and how friendly and accommodating he is. Big bonus- as a new mom I can bring in my little one to work out in their rooms! They have a pack and play on site- so I feel completely comfortable leaving home and getting in a proper workout each day.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Safe Sweat in October 2024 and I am really enjoying my workouts with my trainer Callea. I noticed a difference in a matter of a month thanks to her. Callea is fun to work out with and doesn’t hesitate to increase the weight on my strength training to maximize my workout lol. I wasn’t able to attend the gym for couple of weeks due to things out of my control and was missing my workouts with her. I was back at the gym this week and was happy to see her despite my sore arms and legs. Callea is knowledgeable on areas of fitness, health and nutrition. Safe Sweat is a very clean gym and the concept of being able to have your own room and equipment is a bonus. The owners and staff are lovely to deal with too.

Fantastic experience: Safe Sweat has been such a warm and welcoming experience. I started my journey with Safe Sweat in the summer as I was feeling lost in the gym. I was not getting a good workout because I did not know correct form or I would do extreme amounts of exercise, which would increase my fatigue. I signed up for a membership and personal training with the lovely, Callea Roque. She is an absolute sweetheart, and so knowledgeable on women’s health and fitness. She helped me establish a balance between exercising and working all while helping me understand that food is not my enemy. She gave me many tips on understanding what foods I should be eating and what my body is lacking. Every week we had check ins on my macros and weigh ins. If I had any concerns, she always had an answer and great tips. For instance, I was having a difficult time getting in enough protein and I was also bloated. She suggested some great alternatives that I can sneak in the morning, and information about how to consume my macros, so I am upsetting my stomach. She made our workouts so fun and kept encouraging me to keep pushing when I felt like I couldn’t. Her believing in me got me from squatting 75 lbs to 170 lbs with the time we had, and I was able to gain enough confidence to join boxing again. Callea and the team care so much about their clients and members that I would recommend anyone that was a safe and supportive space to begin or continue their fitness journey to join Safe Sweat and hit up my girl, Callea, for training! Fantastic experience: I started training at Safe Sweat 2 months ago, with a plan to train with a trainer for the first few months until I learn how to manage my own fitness. I love it! Ops, did I just say I actuality love training? Who am I now Callea, my dynamic and confident trainer is making a huge difference in how I see my training and how I can push myself to new limits. Callea understood that I require a firm but friendly structured program with written routines and dietary guidance. I am already seeing results only after 1 month of training with her. I can't wait to see my results 1 year from now.

Fantastic experience: Safesweat is most likely the coolest gym you will ever see You literally get your very own private room to work out in that has all the equipment that you need and it's also super high quality You also are in control of everything from the music, the temperature, even what's on the TV And what's awesome is there are zero distractions whatsoever and absolutely no waiting for equipment This means you can get your workout done probably close to half the amount of time And the quality of that workout is going to be far greater as well So you're going to hit your goals much faster and most likely surpass them because you're not being distracted and you're able to focus on the very thing you walked into the gym for At the very least check this place out in person you won't be disappointed

Emre, the host and trainer, has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. I had been wanting to get back into fitness for a while, but the atmosphere of local public gyms was discouraging. Safe Sweat allowed me to ease into my routine at my own pace, in my own space, free from any judgment. This privacy has been invaluable to my personal fitness journey, and I lost 17lbs over the course of 2 months so far. Having the freedom to use the equipment without waiting or feeling self-conscious has transformed my workouts. I can now complete a full strength training session in just 40 minutes, which is perfect for my busy schedule as a working professional. This place has truly made a positive impact on my fitness and overall well-being.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first session at safe sweat studio through class pass. The owner, Ermin, was very nice and helpful. The studio was very clean and smelled good. The concept of this studio is very different and innovative. You can play your own music and even work out with friends. I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: Been here for 3 days and already love it. I’m 20years old, been weightlifting for a while. But always hated how the gyms in the areas had such gloomy lightnings and scarcity on equipment. These private rooms have everything I need for good workouts. The system they have is definitely designed to keep you consistent with your fitness goals. The team here is great, friendly, and helpful. Everything is high tech, extremely clean, and functioning well. Overall , I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who doesn’t like a lot of the annoyances of public gyms. Great gym, I can see myself working out here for a long time

Negative experience: The concept of a private workout room is great. However it felt awkward to make eye contact with people in the room across from me. While using the treadmill I could make eye contact with people outside my room. Sadly I won't be signing up due to that one reason alone. Maybe lift the glossy design up another couple inches. Side note: really liked the rope pull

Fantastic experience: Safe Sweat is a game changer for me. No more procrastination, book a room and keep the appointment. Put my fav music on Youtube and the 50mins rockets by. Equipment is state of art and the Trainer Mike has set me up with a great strength program and monitors my progress. Very freindly and genuine staff.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this gym other than that it’s beautiful and has amazing staff which are key elements for motivation to workout consistently! Safesweat has clean private rooms that have top of the line gym equipment in each room including a squat rack, various weights, rope pull, TRX system, cardio and everything else to take your workouts from heavy lifting to full body conditioning days. Andrea and Emre (the owners) have been very friendly & accommodating since I joined in July & often check in with me about my goals and my feedback. They, along with Mike, have truly created a family atmosphere at this gym which I have never experienced at other big gyms. Also, Mike is hands down the BEST personal trainer EVERRRR! I worked out previously for years but noticed months of plateauing til I met Mike. I have been working with him for about 5 months now on random days & he’s written several training plans that involve strength training, cardio, conditioning & cross fit. My strength has increased considerably & have noticed that I’ve leaned out quite a bit & look better in clothes :) Mike is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work & his training sessions are always fun (but killer!!) He’s so motivating to push me through to my max reps & not give in, truly listens to my goals & when I ask for intense training plans, he delivers 11/10 recommend ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been making excuses for a while but finally made the decision to prioritize my health and fitness (instead of being reactive). It was this decision that brought me to Safe Sweat. I had been doing home workouts for a while but needed to advance and have never been a fan of traditional gyms. I've tried other local programs with great results but eventually got bored. Safe Sweat is a place I look forward to going to cut out all the noise and focus on me. I come in, dim the lights, crank my tunes and sweat it out. I love that my kids can come and sit right beside me while watching their show, catching up on homework or doing their own active training (stretching/meditation). I love that they see their mom getting strong and modeling a healthy lifestyle for them. The staff are professional and helpful and the place smells amazing (always a perk)! Equipment varies between the fitsuites and include: full set of freehand weights 5lbs - 100lbs, squat rack, adjustable cable machine, bench, fitbench and a form of cardio equipment. The aesthetic is gorgeous, all black with wood detailing. You can play music videos on the TV, BLAST your music, dim the lights and control the temperature in each room. They also have a variety of cable attachments and other equipment for you to customize your workout. Recovery equipment and body analysis available. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the founders Emree and Andrea are eager to help and create a warm and comfortable experience. Great way to workout with your friend in the luxe suites and catch a vibe. Best gym vibes ever!

Fantastic experience: New member since early August and love the private fit suites. No nonsense and a focus on you. Your workout. Your space. Your equipment for that 50 minutes. The staff are friendly. And you can't beat the new facility and equipment. Fit Suite 2 for life? Who knows, I might even become a fitness influencer down the road. Probably not though.

Fantastic experience: Safe Sweat is an astounding gym for all people of different skill levels. I workout there with my dad. It is the first gym I have ever gone to. The staff always provide warm welcomes and the personal trainers focus on you by providing a personalized workout routine to get you to your goals. The suites at safe sweat provide privacy during your workouts which I find takes a lot of stress off me knowing I am free of pressure from others. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of the big box gyms. I’ve always had a personal trainer in a small group setting. When Safe Sweat opened up the idea of being able to workout in a room by yourself with no one watching was too good to an opportunity to miss. Safe Sweat has it all top notch equipment, privacy, tv, clean facilities, fantastic set of knowledgeable trainers who are always happy to help out and put you to work and the owners are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the gym. Ever since I was younger, I’ve been on the bigger side and tried to get healthy and start a consistent workout routine many times. Going to the gym is one of the best ways to do that, but my one deterrent was other people. I hated feeling uneasy and like others might judge me or my body. It made it hard for me to step foot in a gym, and as a result I never really could hit the goals I was hoping for. I found out about Safe Sweat through an Instagram ad and I thought I was dreaming because this is exactly the type of concept gym I have always wanted. I’ve been consistently going for a few months now and I have nothing but good things to say. I’ll preface this with saying that I live about 40 minutes drive from this gym and I’m willing to drive out 3/4 times a week to come here. The moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by a friendly face. Emre and Andrea are such joys to see when you get in the gym. They know me and my husband by name and are always interested to know how we’ve been doing and engage us in conversation. The Fitsuites are always clean and prepared with a fresh towel. I can blare my music out loud and get in the mood without bothering anyone else or feeling judged. I’m more productive with my time here than I have ever been at the gym before. The equipment is versatile and well-maintained, and the perks like massage guns etc. are just the cherry on top to end off a good workout session. I’ve also come to feel more confident about myself during personal training sessions with Joel. Despite not always being able to match his energy, I feel like he’s pushing me to stretch my limits and his encouragement and structure have been amazing as I get into the routine of working out. I’m so glad I found Safe Sweat, especially at a time when I felt like I wouldn’t ever be able to get into this sort of exercise routine and healthy lifestyle. Definitely hoping they’ll be able to open up more locations, but for now, it’s more than worth the drive :)

Fantastic experience: Warning...Longer than normal review for anyone thinking seriously about choosing a better workout facility to build a better you! Physically & Mentally! After almost a year of joining Safe Sweat, I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life! To clarify this...I am in my 40's and have been working out since I was 18. Worked in the fitness Industry for many years and was a personal trainer for a few of those. That said, I can attest to the fact that the Safe Sweats "1-of-a-kind" modern concept, premium facilities/equipment, and helpful staff have been key in overcoming previous physical goal plateaus of the last 20 years. The private air conditioned (with fans as well) rooms allow for unbeatable focus/workout intensity, a wide variety of premium equipment & accessories allow me to change up workouts frequently which are always available & maintained, the private rooms are cleaned after every workout both physically and via automated air purification...I love this! The owners and staff are simply fantastic! I'm not talking about your typical hello & goodbyes like you get at most other facilities...IF you even get that now a days. They really make you feel at home. Like you are part of the facility and they are happy/grateful to see you each and every workout. My wife, 14 year old daughter and I have a free fitness center at our complex, BUT choose to pay to go to Safe Sweat and this is one of the main reasons although there are many. You get a complimentary workout towel for each workout, can choose your own music/youtube etc., turn the volume up or down, turn the lighting up or down, get instructed through a session via a private on-demand virtual video workout, fill your water bottle with COLD filtered water, and clean yourself up in the modern washroom that provided all the bells and whistles. Like I said above, they make you feel right at home. A REAL Premium experience. I thought the session time limit for the private room would be an issue for me...But, it has clearly proven to be a HUGE benefit. The 50 mins allows me to stay laser focused on getting my workout done which has increased the intensity/efficiency 10 fold. It is to easy to get distracted now a days. Working out at Safe Sweat has helped me discover that this was an issue when using my complex gym and commercial facilities in the past. Always waiting for equipment, looking for accessories, wiping someone else's sweat off the machine, etc. Gone are these days and it is amazing how these little things can affect you physically & mentally...workouts are focused, smooth and I always leave feeling relaxed. The private rooms and 50 min time limit have been crucial in enabling me to achieve an optimal physique in my 40's! BUT, don't take my word for it...take a day (right now if your free) and go visit Safe Sweat for yourself! You need to have a workout there and see it in person to appreciate the facts I have mentioned above. Fantastic experience: Love Safe Sweat! I like the private rooms with upscale equipment, especially the Woodway treadmill. There is the right blend of privacy and the assurance that there are well qualified staff to assist. Trainers are exceptional and I would be happy to work with everyone of the trainers. The gym is very well maintained, clean, inviting and well maintained. I look forward to going to Safe Sweat!

Fantastic experience: After all the Covid restrictions were lifted I wasn’t sure I would ever go to a public gym facility again. Perhaps a small group fitness class but that was about it. Always being used to working out in gyms with other people adjusting to working out at home alone was different. I had to invest in equipment and adapt to my new at home workout regime with limitations. When Safe Sweat came to South Surrey and opened up the Fit Suite concept this amazed me in the most positive sense. My own private space with both weights and cardio enquipment all in one beautifully designed suite… umm yes please. Can play my music or que up my own workout without anyone to disturb my very sacred time to get my fitness on! I can’t wait to see more Safe Sweats pop up! Excited to see this incredible concept grow. It’s a dream gymming experience and I am so grateful to be part of the Safe Sweat community.

I love having a private, clean room with all the fitness equipment I need and will ever need as I progress in my fitness journey. It’s been helpful knowing that when I hit a plateau, need a new fitness plan, or have a quick question, I have a variety of knowledgeable personal trainers to choose from. Fantastic experience: AMAZING! Love everything about this gym. Everyone is welcoming, caring, positive and respectful. My experience has been just wonderful and so inspiring to get my fitness to the next level. The gym itself is always clean and equipment is all top notch. The rooms are catered to the clients with attention to the littlest details - my favourite is the ability to dim the lights while stretching at the end of my workout. Definitely, want to highlight Tora as the very best trainer to work with. She is able to create a program specific to my needs and creates a safe, encouraging and positive space to workout. Did the intro pack with her as a new member but just made a long term commitment with her because I just love her! Always looking forward to my gym sessions.

Fantastic experience: This place has completely transformed my life in terms of achieving my fitness goals. I used to get an increasing amount of anxiety about going to the gym as the fitness centres in the area became filled with loitering younger, as well as much older men. It became alarmingly worse as years have gone by and it got to the point where I could only feel safe going at certain times of the day at these gyms. Despite the many times I brought it to the attention of staff there, the amount of harassment I was experiencing and observing other women experience (and heard from women directly about the harassment they also experience) became unbearable. So grateful for this fitness centre concept. Finally a place I can get done what’s needed for not only my physical, but especially my mental health.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Safe Sweat is literally everything I’ve been looking for - for YEARS! I’m a Women’s Health & Fitness Coach, retired Bikini Pro Athlete and fitness influencer, so you could say the gym is a big part of my lifestyle. Not only do I go to the gym 5 times a week for myself, but filming content is a big part of my job. I’m at the point now where I hate a busy gym, it’s unmotivating waiting for equipment and not being able to execute my training program effectively. When it comes to filming, I am very courteous of others privacy and make a huge effort not to get anyone in the background of my videos, but at a busy gym that is impossible. Safe Sweat offers me the best of both worlds! A whole private gym to myself - MY PLAYGROUND! And a space to film my content in a luxe space. I’m obsessed with the aesthetics and small details of this space, or even smells like a spa! I’m so excited to have stumbled across this gym, I hope more pop up in surrounding areas! For now it’s definitely worth the 50 minute drive. And the OWNERS!! They are so personable and kind. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: safe sweat truly is the best gym out there!! I love that I get my own space to workout in and don’t have to worry about waiting around for any machine especially a squat rack! Having my own space in a gym is something I really love and I can focus solely on myself without the pressure of others. Going to Safe Sweat in the morning is the best way to start my day as not only is the gym itself so amazing but so is the staff, they are so knowledgeable and are always there to help! Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mike at SafeSweat since the beginning of the year. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Mike is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I would recommend Mike in a heartbeat having also met and trained with a couple of the other trainers in this company. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I have never been this consistent in my life and have never seen this much progress. Because of having my own suite, I feel more comfortable going to go work out and instead of it feeling like a chore, it has become something that I actually want to do. I used to hate going to the gym because I am new to working out and don’t know how to use many machines or proper techniques but safesweat has allowed me to feel confident while working out and not be afraid to try new workouts and has allowed me to work on my form and techniques without feeling judged. It is definitely worth every penny and you will never see me at a public gym ever again!

Fantastic experience: I'm in town helping my family through a tough time medically. Safe Sweat is a perfect place for me to come and workout and feel safe. Visiting my dad everyday in the leukemia ward I need to make sure I am "out of public" and this is my answer. Timing wise, having the space to myself is key so I get in and out and back to my dad. As a fitness professional myself, I love the lighting for filming, the quality of equipment, and the knowledge of the staff. 10 out 10. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of doing some of the construction in this amazing building and met the owner and I also follow him on IG. He is as sincere in person as he is online! So when you see him smiling, laughing etc that’s no front! This man walked through his gym a lot and I mean ALOT before it opened and it usually annoys workers trying to finish jobs but he walked with purpose, passion and pure kindness. He obviously needs the income like we all do but this is his passion and it isn’t just a pay check for him! I’m so proud to have been part of a gym like this after losing 110lbs myself and knowing what he stands for hits close to home for me!!! Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to begin going back to the gym as I had a routine set out at home through Covid. Once I saw the fit suite I knew I was making the right choice, with top of the line equipment and having my own personal space it was a done deal! I am so happy I chose safe sweat and highly recommended to anyone who is on the fence about signing up!

Fantastic experience: I started at Safe Sweat just over 2 months ago. I enjoy working out privately but needed some "me time" away from the house. I feel like I manifested the idea in my head and the universe delivered (technically Andrea and Emre delivered). The facility is amazing, always clean and ready to go. Every time I enter I'm greeting with a smile, the positive, no judgement energy everyone on the team brings just allows me to focus on myself and my workout. I've hit more PRs in two months then I ever had at other gyms. It's simply because I don't feel anxious about people around me. I also love supporting a locally owned business not some big corp. They know me by name, value my input and, just understand my life because they're parents too. I'm super grateful and it's hard to put into words how much mental and physical value this gym has brought to my life.

Fantastic experience: Safe Sweat is such an amazing facility. My friend and I were treated with kindness and openness during our tour of the facility and were each offered a free trial session. Both owners were welcoming and asked for feedback on how to make the experience better, you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The concept of having a private workout experience and being provided with everything that you could need draws you in. From cardio machines to cable machines to massage guns, this place has it all. I would highly recommend giving it a chance.

Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe this place, it is a state of the art fitness facility. From the moment you walk in you are presented with friendly staff and a space that draws you in. There is no fitness facility like it. No details were missed or over looked, from the design of the space to the bathrooms and hand soap. Each FITsuites has top notch equipment as well as a range of recovery tools provided. Honestly it is the best place I have ever worked out in. I would highly recommend this space.
