Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at 9round mcphillips winnipeg for the past 3weeks, and i will be more impressed with both the facility and the personal training experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the clean, well-maintained gym environment, free weights, and functional training and strength training The gym’s layout is spacious, and it never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours, which is a huge plus. There’s also a strong sense of community among members, which makes working out here a motivating experience. Plus, the additional amenities, like the locker rooms are always spotless and convenient. I’ve been training with Amber and Wesley for few weeks and they have made all the difference in my fitness journey. From day one, Amber and Wesley took the time to understand my goals and trained us accordingly. Fantastic experience: I'm going into my 3rd week since starting and really love this program! I've been trying to find a workout regime that works for me for awhile, and 9round is checking every box. I love that it's a quick workout that hits full body and gets my cardio up. My schedule is always changing so being able to drop in without class times has been working really well for me. All of the trainers are great to work with and very motivating!! It's a great way to get a good workout in, without always having to plan it. I'm really excited to see my progress over the next few months, definitely reccomend trying it out!!

She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the different membership options and answered all of my questions. The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The circuit-style training at 9 Rounds is perfect for my son, as it allows him to move quickly from station to station without any downtime. Fantastic experience: They have well designed exercises for busy people. In just 30 minutes, you have done both the cardio and body toning exercises, and you are drenched with sweat. The movements you need to do change everyday, so reaching plateau is unlikely. Previously, my blood pressure reading was average of 130/90. After only a week at 9Round, my bp is now just 120/75. I highly recommend 9Round.

Negative experience: The Gym Trainers are great especially Jay, Jake, Julia. However the equipment/ gloves has one of the worst quality upon esclating with the manager the response was directly approach to the headquarters instead of providing a solution. Also, the gym need to work on their documentation when disclosing policies There is no written updated policy either on website or on the agreement they email when the client sign up. Upon asking the copy of polices there is no acknowledgement given neither email are responded. The only thing manager and owners cares is whether they are able to getting maximum money out of clients pocket not the client's experience. The Gym is not cheap , however the equipment and policies are too cheap.

Fantastic experience: The reasons I love 9round is the high and welcoming energy as soon as you walk in the door. The trainers are excited to see you come in for your work out which keeps you motivated to keep going. The workouts are fun to do and are different every day. The 30 minutes go by super fast but the full body workouts are incredible. In just 2 weeks I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength and endurance!!

Fantastic experience: I've been on my fitness journey since 2019. I've tried a few different gyms, each time I would just kind of flounder around and do my own thing. Id ask questions of the staff and not get proper answers. I find 9round has the piece I've been missing to be consistent and stay motivated. Fantastic experience: I recently signed up and I am loving it. The trainers are all unique and have diverse personalities and push you learn technique and push you physically. The vibe is really upbeat and positive. Amber is the beautiful blonde that will explain everything and she is super compassionate. She is intense in a good way and truly cares about people! The workout challenges your body and mind and is really great for stress relief. You are held accountable for being positive and encouraged to be self compassionate. Adaptations are made for injuries and all skill levels are embraced!! I recommend going for the improvement in your physical health and in addition you will become a more positive confident person! Great people to be around and everyone that works out there is friendly!

I've had memberships at other gyms in the city, but this is the only one I actually "go" to This is not the typical gym where I dread going, or feeling insecure or think people are judging me, or end up "donating" to the gym (aka - wasting my money and havent gone for months...years...lol). I always look forward for the 30 minute workout and make time for maybe another drop in during the day! I feel comfortable and motivated to be there! It's always a fun vibe/atmosphere at 9Round McPhillips, and the other members and the trainers become your friends. The 30 minute workout is challenging but always feel so good after the workout! Amber (manager) and her team of trainers are so supportive, truley cares for the members, and wants to help with your goals. The trainers are all amazing, from helping adjust your form to pushing you to your limit...and more. You're not just another number at 9Round McPhillips - all trainers know your name and they continuously engage, encourage, and motivate the members, and they remember the things you need improvement on and know what you're best at as well - or complain at most everyone loves burpees.

Until I came across 9Round Mcphillips. My first visit, Amber was so extremely kind and really went deep into why I wanted to be active and got to know me as a person. Fantastic experience: Having 2 kids in hockey and dance takes a lot of my commitment, it was difficult to find time for myself to workout. However 9round GC came to the rescue! 30 min workouts burning close to 1000 calories you won’t find any other place. Positive experience: Amber and the staff are great! Awesome actually!! It is definitely no joke and a killer overall high paced workout in 30 minutes that covers the total body!! My only thing with it all is the price is steep and the hours are hard to work with OUR schedules but maybe that’s just for US. I would highly recommend this for people wanting or needing that “kick in the butt to get going!”

Fantastic experience: If you're a beginner I think 9round would be a best workout for you. It's fun and you don't need to think what are you going to do when you get there because there are a planned exercises for the day that you can just follow. I also like how Amber and the other trainers keeps on motivating and pushing you throughout the workout
