Negative experience: As someone who trains at most of there montreal branches, I find the staff here very unwelcoming. The gym does not get cleaned every night, there is bad ventilation in the locker room especially in summer and clients there are old for the most of them. This gym is not inspiring.

Positive experience: It's a good gym, but the place it's too small unfortunately. Not so many machines and during peak hours it's hard to find a place or machine to work with. Classes are great but they have just a few.

Negative experience: Once enrolled you will be stuck for a year. They have the worst cancellation policy and they are highly expensive when compared with their major competitors. Even if you want to cancel it, the staff will find stupid ways (additional costs) to not let cancel you. Those additional costs are more than the membership fee. Don’t fall for their boomerang program. It’s just good marketing for them and not for their customers.

Positive experience: Le gym a plusieurs machines et j'aime beaucoup la lumière naturelle avec les fenêtres. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens durant la journée ce qui est bien, ça devient très occupé le soir. Un peu plus d'entretien des lieux, papiers, désinfectants seraient une bonne amélioration, parce que c'est sale par moment.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible horrible service! Monsieur Félix merci d’avoir profiter de moi pour être meilleur employé du mois. Ton service est horrible, après m’avoir charger 700$ de plus, et m’avoir insulté à plusieurs reprise je dois avouer que j’ai malheureusement pas réussi à rejoindre ton fameux directeur. J’ai malheureusement pas le choix d’écrire ce message. J’espère que ça pourra arriver aux oreilles de quelqu’un pour rectifier la situation. Plusieurs personnes se plain de ton service au gym. Negative experience: AS SOMEONE WHO USED TO LIVED IN TMR AND TRAINED AT NAUTILUS ROCKLAND BEFORE MOVING TO VSL THIS GYM IS DISAPPOINTING. I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY CLEAN ENOUGH. I HAVE HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK A FEW TIMES TO ASK FOR PAPER TOWELS IN THE MORNINGS. THE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY. PEOPLE THERE ARE NOT NICE LIKE AT ROCKLAND. I HAVE HAD MY THINGS STOLLEN 3X IN THE LOCKER ROOM IN THE 4MTHS I HAVE BERN THERE. I FORGOT MY THINGS SEVERAL TIMES AT ROCKLAND AND I GOT IT BACK ALL THE TIME. THE GYM IS ALWAYS PACKED BECAUSE IS SMALL AND THERE ARE TOO MANY PPL. PPL GET IN YOUR WAY WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO TRAIN. IF YOU ARE USED TO ROCKLAND AND THE ONE DOWNTOWN, YOU WILL HATE THIS PLACE. Negative experience: Felix Trudel est simplement un employé qui ruine l’expérience à ce gym. Le Nautilus était vraiment un gym moyen avant que cet employé arrive, mais la il est horrible. Il rend l’expérience misérable et très médiocre. Il a fait une erreur dans mon compte et je me suis fais charger en double j’ai essayer à plusieurs reprises de parler avec le manager, mais il n’était jamais là. J’ai changer au power flex de l’autre bord de la rue et je suis très satisfait. Je suis beaucoup plus heureux. Je ne recommande vraiment pas le nautilus a personne puisque M. Felix Trudel sera la pour ruiner votre expérience. Il ne sait pas parler avec des clients je le trouves très impolie et zéro professionnel. Finalement je ne suis pas le seul à avoir eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet employé plusieurs de mes amis ont quitter ce gym à cause de lui.

Fantastic experience: Je ne dis pas ceci à la légère: Émile (mon entraîneur) est mon sauveur. Je suis abonnée au Nautilus Plus Bois-Franc depuis 4 ans maintenant, mais je tiens à écrire un avis aujourd’hui parce que je suis profondément reconnaissante du travail de mon coach. J’ai des douleurs lombo-sacrées intenses et je fais une partie du travail avec une physiothérapeute (privé) + suivi en physiatrie, et Émile est absolument essentiel à mon rétablissement, ainsi qu’au maintien et au développement de ma progression vers un quotidien moins douloureux. Il est patient, compétent, connaissant, à l’écoute et il comprend instantanément les situations et les défis que je lui présente. Il est minutieux et ne fait rien à moitié. J’ai su rapidement que j’étais entre de bonnes mains. Merci infiniment, coach!

Positive experience: Overall an ok gym. It’s got everything you need and it’s a good gym if you want to stay in shape. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a gym rat or hardcore gym goer as the ambiance is way too calm and i didn’t feel that motivated when i went to the free trial. The weights feel pretty light too. I could stack more at Nautilus than at Fit Forme, Gold’s or World Gym. Staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is pretty clean too except for some machines where i would leave with dirty hands.

L’équipe de gestion, Simon le gérant ainsi qu’Émile et Sitesh, est toujours très professionnelle et à l’écoute . Mention spéciale à mon fabuleux entraîneur, Antoine, excessivement connaissant, stimulant, enthousiaste et dévoué… toujours une solution adaptée pour rencontrer mes objectifs. Negative experience: I signed up at this location since it’s one minute away from my house. I’m a national level competitor and I’ve trained in many gyms in my life but I’ve never seen any gym dirtier and smellier than this location before. I have brought this issue to the staff’s attention a few times and they told me that I’m the first person who has complained so far. There’s no ventilation system in this facility and they allow people to train with flip flops. No safety procedures whatsoever. The machines are very old and let’s just not talk about the music. If you’re looking to signup I’d highly recommend to go to powerflex across the street for a better price and better quality. I have to admit that I made a mistake and I’m stuck with my contract for 9 more months .

Negative experience: As much as I didn't want to get here but people deserve know what they're going to be dealing with before signing with This gym. I Got charged more than I had to pay, my contract was supposed to end 31 oct2022 but got changed till 7th Jan 2023, those two months (chargeable) they added, were the ones to balance off when the gym was closed during COVID, that I have already been charged during Covid even tho the gym was closed, and they said unfortunately nothing can be done they don't do refunds and that I have confirmed the payments! (as in I had to refuse when it's my credit score being affected) They care more about money than giving legit services. No communications whatsoever The only emails they will send you are the ones advertising other services they have "you know what it means" And if you want to cancel know that you will have to pay full regardless two weeks, 5 months or whenever Me honestly It's not even about money, I barely used this subscription although we expect a good service back in return when we are paying for our services. Type of gym to sign only one contract to never going back. So disappointed Just save yourself a headache, time and invest your money elsewhere worth it

Fantastic experience: je n'ai jamais été régulier dans un gym. j'ai eu un diagnostique de prédiabète en décembre. Je m'entraine â bois-franc depuis janvier 2022. 7 mois plus tard et 17 lbs de gras en moins et quelques livres de muscle en plus. Mon dernier test sanguin montre des signes très encourageants. C'est grâce â la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du du staff que j'ai pu arriver â ce résultat. Merci infiniment d'avoir contribué â ma transformation, vous êtes vraiment les meilleurs. Un grand merci â ma coach personnelle Mme Cynthia Picard pour ses conseils et encouragements, elle est vraiment douée pour ce métier. ''je te dois cette réussite madame''! Positive experience: Mon ancien gym régulier L’espace cross-fit est un gros gros plus et il y a plusieurs rack pour faire du squat C’est un très bon gym pour faire de l’entraînement conditionnel Pour faire du crossfit ou du powerlifting c’est pas forcément la meilleure place… Laissez tomber vos poids et vous aurez sûrement quelqu’un qui vous demandera d’arrêter

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years. I love how bright and open the gym is compared to any other I've been to. The trainers and staff are always friendly and competent. I also love their group classes, I just wish there were more of them! I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are in the neighbourhood.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever ! I registered for the boomerang membership then one week later they close due to COVID . I had a fraud on my credit card after that so it was no longer valid and I got a new one .When they opened back , I did not get any phone calls or emails saying that my membership is still going and that I need to provide a new credit card. So 5 months later they call saying I have to pay for these 5 months ( I did not go at all during this time) .Literally, they told me it is my responsibility to cancel , but I know from my experience with other gyms that's not true, it is their responsibility to keep me updated. Long story short, don't register with them, you can get 10x better customer service for half the price at other gyms . Seriously, very poor communication , any legit gym sends reminders on time not call 5 months later.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the people who work there They were always helpful and my trainer Antoine is the best. Although I wasn’t an avid gym goer when they had to shut down the gym because of covid I was very disappointed and cannot get my groove back. I will be joining soon

Negative experience: this gym is the worst. i had my free trial, spoiler alert: never going again. when i went to the locker room to pick up my stuff to leave (which by the way do not have built in locks) i opened my bag and saw that my wallet was half open. the next thing i know, all my money was gone. i had 1160 dollars, and it was just all gone. my first reaction was to report this. instead of finding any way to help solve the problem, the worker who i had reported the incident to asked why i had that sort of money on me. i was also informed by the worker that earlier this week someone else was robbed of 500 dollars. clearly, this gym is letting incidents like this happen instead of strengthening the security system and making sure people's belongings are safe when they are working out. there wasn't even a security camera covering the doors of the locker rooms. and no staff member warned the public that theft is going on in the gym. find another gym to work out in, do not risk having your money or belongings stolen because of a place that doesn't want to insure the safety of all. thank you.
Hello Joseph, we are truly sorry for what happened. Unfortunately, as it is written in our rules: Nautilus Plus Inc. declines all responsibility for loss or theft of belongings. In all centers, security boxes are available for valuables and money which may be used if the operational procedures are respected. Upon arrival, the member must write in the register book the date, name and membership number as well as the time of arrival and keep the security key which is given in person by the employee in charge. Upon leaving the center, the member will then write in the time of departure and sign in the exit box in the register book and personally return the security key to the employee in charge. Padlocks are also available at the reception desk to ensure the security of our members' personal belongings in the locker rooms. Negative experience: Worse place to deal with. They trick you into getting a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Then wont cancel the contract. We are in a pandemic all i wanted is to work out and now im stuck paying over 600$ and they wont cancel anything. Stay away . UPDATE. Followed your instructions emailed you and still not willing to cancel unless i have a doctors note. Long story short will never recommend service's

Positive experience: Dirtier than I thought. Since Nautilus Plus’s COVID protocols suck I bring my own rag (as do many others) and Lysol. This green rag was spotless before I used it to wipe off every surface I touched. And the included photo shows after.

Negative experience: When I went there the nutritionist Marie was very rude and unprofessional. She forced me to take a plan I didn’t quite agree on... I don’t suggest this place. The manager at the time, Micheal is quite arrogant and when there’s a problem he has no willingness to do anything about it, leaving the client without options as to what to do to fix it. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Good price and new equipments, including heavy dumbbells. I wish they closed at 10:30pm on weeknights instead of 10:00pm. Lots of parking. Very clean locker room. Great view from the windows. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bois Franc, since one of the centres closer to my home, shut down. I enjoy the natural sunlight when working out, the staff are polite ,friendly, bilingual and helpful when needed. Gym is clean and machines are always maintained in working order. My personal preference are the Bootcamp classes given by our favourite instructor and manager, Simon. We appreciate the time and effort that is being shown to us members, both in our BC classes and in the gym itself. Highly recommend this center!!

Fantastic experience: J'adore cet gym.Mais j'ai l'adore surtout pour les prof.avec qui je travail,qui te donne le gout de me réveillé le dimanche pour arriver au cour de pillates a 8.45.Qui mets leur cœur et leurs habilites pour t'aider a donner le meilleure de toi même. Les cours de yoga et pillates sont SUUUUUPER et la Eve(la prof.)est géniale.Son Cours de pillates sur le balon du mercredi matin c'est FANTASTIQUE.Merci EVE!

Negative experience: Employee tried to fat shame and guilt me into taking a yearly subscription after I clearly said I only needed to burn off excess energy because I was off work for a few months following a very physicaly demanding job and wanted to stay in shape during that time between contracts. The guy kept insisting I was fat and needed to lose weight, continualy trying to push the yearly subscription on me. ....I weight 114lbs.

Pour commencer quand je me suis inscrit j'ai fait par à Mr Jimmy que cetais possible possible que je déménage en abitibi dans 6mois pour le travail puisqu'il n'ont pas de succursale je leurs ais fait part mes craintes à ce propos si je devait avoir à payer les mois restant même si je ne suis plu en région je n'étais pas en mesure d'accepter ce contrat si plutard j'allais devoir payer 2 abonnement de gym puisque Peut importe la ville je continue de m'entraîner messieur Jimmy ma fait part que si j'ai une fin de contrat de travail ils pouvaient faire exception sans problème que je n'aurais pas de frais à payer mais me voilà aujourd'hui dans cette situation j'ai applez le gérant à plusieurs reprises aucun retour d'appel il étais sencer de m'envoyer un document que je vais lui faire parvenir ensuite que je paye une pénalité tout le contraire de ce qui avait été mentionné à la signature du contrat méchante cross !!!!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: I am generally very satisfied with this gym. It is a smaller gym so sometimes a lack of machines, but very clean and friendly staff. My only recommendation would be to somehow expand, but that would be difficult in this local. Cedric is an amazing personal trainer, I keep going for his great techniques and for helping me really enjoy the gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym I've ever been to. Even though I have membership, I generally dislike Nautilus, but this branch and the one nazi employee makes this place the Planet Fitness of QC. Nautilus generally isn't a gym for competing bodybuilders... amateurs welcome though.
