The staff and owner Ralph are consistently super friendly and accommodating, as well as inclusive to diverse identities. The space is very well maintained. Only thing that would make it better is more stair master machines!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and I can honestly say this is the best community gym in the southern NDG area! Great staff and patrons, you will feel welcomed on day 1 and feel encouraged to show up and workout alongside other members of the community! And with the recent renovations, and new equipment the place feels like it is brand new with the same old familiar feeling!

Without a doubt, it’s the best facility in the area. The staff are exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. I’ve been thoroughly impressed by my experience here and would highly recommend Platforme in NDG to anyone. I’m extremely satisfied with the improvements and the overall experience!

Positive experience: Overall, its an amazing gym. Its hard to over state how friendly the staff are as well as how clean the gym is. It was already nice before, however now with the new equipment its even better. The reason for the 4 star is because of the music. As much as I love the gym, I do have to say the music is not the best. somedays its good however most days its pretty bad. It seems like the owners of the gym allow whoever is working the front desk to control the music. Now, I totally get playing music you like when your on shift. I do the same thing at my job, however Its important to make sure its music that the general population would like as well. I have spoken with a fair amount of other members at the gym, and they also hold the same opinion as me that the music is not the best, especially those who workout without headphones. Most of the bad music consists of either tiktok remixes of popular songs or some sort of 8+ minute fussion electronic reggae pop. Although i do understand that music enjoyment is subjective, I do think a lot more people (myself included) would enjoy it if they instead played music that most people can agree is pretty good, like classic rock n roll, metal, 2000's pop, rap, new wave, 80s music, etc. Other than that its an amazing gym. they just added more squat rocks too which I couldn't be happier about. If youre in the NDG area this is the best around.

Fantastic experience: Très beau gym dernièrement rénové avec un équipement complet et de qualité. L'ensemble du personnel est très gentil, accueillant et serviable. On y retrouve autant des machines que de l'espace pour les calistenics, plyometrics (box, sleds...) bref on peut y faire tout type d'entraînement. Je recommande! Shoutout à Frank qui fait toujours jouer de la bonne musique!

Fantastic experience: I'm OBSESSED with this gym! There's a lot of great equipment, the sauna is a very nice touch, and the staff...where to begin! Literally everyone is so friendly and encouraging, and they work soooo hard to create a chill fitness experience. Michèle is beyond wonderful when it comes to massages. Her methods are so professional and mindful, and she's also just an absolute joy to chit-chat with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for about a year and a half and I am so happy with it. As a former PT and someone who is pretty picky about the gym I choose, Platforme checks all the boxes. Clean facilities, great selection of equipment, good hours, lovely staff, and the other members at the gym are great as well. This is also the only recurring expense that has not changed drastically in the last year, and I really appreciate them for making this gym such a great place to workout at a reasonable price.

The staff is super friendly and it's always a pleasure. Don't forget to visit their new smoothie bar or take a massage from a certified professional. It's your all in one fitness center!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years, when the health club was an EnergieCardio franchise. I love the changes that the team is making now that it's theirs. You can see they take great pride in what they are developing. Always a smile and answer to your questions, and if you do have any concerns or complaints, they are handled quickly and professionally. I'm not a gym person - I'd much rather not go to one! But I do like Platforme 6610 because of the people, which is why I continue to go.

Positive experience: Overall it's a good gym, the staff for the most part are all really friendly people and the trainers know their stuff. The members give or take some rude/problematic people are also nice and overall it's a decent community Where they're lacking is in the equipment side of things, since becoming their own gym last year (used to be an energie cardio) they're heavily lacking in weights (dumbbells and plates) and need multiple of things like the squat rack. They're also not maintained or cleaned as well as they should be. With the members numbers rapidly expanding there isn't enough things to use unless you go very early or very late.

J’ai aussi fait ma rééducation sportive post-partum là-bas. Aujourd’hui je prends des cours avec Guillaume qui m’aide à rester en forme pendant ma deuxième grossesse. Ce qui fait la différence dans ce gym est l’esprit bienveillant qui est toujours présent. Le personnel est très gentil et je sors toujours motivée et pleine d’énergie. Je recommande à 100% ce gym, les cours de groupe et Guillaume si vous cherchez un entraîneur!
