Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere

Positive experience: I attended a Fight cardio fitness class as a guest, led by Dominique. She is a fantastic instructor, who teaches in a fluently bilingual way. She demonstrates well, exudes excitement and maintains eye contact with participants. The club itself is somewhat dated and filled with equipment, but the members seem very happy to be there.

Negative experience: Employee , especially the manager is not giving is great service. They lie, cheat and give you wrong information about their membership. I asked the staff if they have less than 12 months membership and they told me no whereas there is actually a 1 month membership , that’s all I needed few weeks . They send my file to a credit company and want me to pay for 4 months 257$ meanwhile they didn’t informed me correctly & stopped going they after less than 10 times . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. RUN FROM THEM , orange theory is far better plus they give correct informations and offer great service

Fantastic experience: Merci infiniment de ton coaching Guillaume Tremblay, meilleur coach chez énergie cardio .J'ai commencent le 2 juin mes premières séances de coaching et pendant 3 mois j'ai commencé de remarque le grand travail qui a fait ce coach professionnel et très compétent qui influe positivement sur ma santé et l'évolution musculaire de mon corps.

Positive experience: So far so good, just i wish they mention it to those who drop the weights its really get on the nerves. I know there are som rules but some people don't follow

Negative experience: Worst Gym Ever. Fraud and worst management. They lied and took extra money from me. They refused to cancel my membership multiple times. They were harassing by sending emails. Not recommended at all.

Negative experience: Yesterday I went to this gym to get some information about the registration. The employee explained the whole programs they have with the prices. Today, when I went there to register and start my session, the woman ingnored what I was heard yesterday about the price and she didn’t accept that it was their fault for presenting wrong information to the client. Even the manager of the gym insisted on the different price that I was told yesterday by thier own collegue.I don’t recommend this gym to anyone because of their unprofessional attitude.

Negative experience: Came through the front desk, forgot my card and asked them to let me in. Was told by the staff it's my 3rd time (in the past 4-5 months) and next time I will have to pay $20 to get a new card -a piece of laminated paper which couldn't cost more than $1. Honestly I find that quite humiliating. Never going back.

Positive experience: Good gym, but it gets packed here. Customer service is nice. If you don't want to get hit on by sweaty men, then do not come here during rush hour. Sauna is good. All energy cardio gym music is top 40 stuff...not the best!

Positive experience: Looks like a nice facility but the guy at the desk on the weekend doesn’t actually listen to people. I asked for a flyer with pricing that I could read and he made me wait for 10 minutes and then started to try and sign me up. Turns out he had the pricing on a sheet of paper and just wasted my time.

Fantastic experience: I only go for yoga with Patricia. She is very experienced and often introduces new elements. She keeps me motivated enough to go to her class 3-4 times s week.

Fantastic experience: I did the trial week, felt motivated enough and comfortable to go thrice and decided to become a member. Counting the trial week, it’s been two weeks and a half and I’m really enjoying it. Friendly, bilingual staff, nice group classes (I tried the Zumba one; unluckily the spinning one had been canceled the time I showed up) and there are enough machines for everyone. As many reviewers said, it can be somewhat crowded around 5-7pm: this can affect availability, but if one uses different machines, it’s easy to avoid this problem using other machines in the meantime. I’ve read comments about it being pricey but those must be older prices. I have done some research before actually subscribing and found that it was the most affordable gym in the neighbourhood –much better prices than the Concordia gym (I haven’t seen their facilities though) nearby for instance. Also, because I’m at the moment flexible enough to do that, I have tried different hours: opening hours in the weekend (quite empty), as well as daytime (am & pm) and evening hours during the week. The only real peak seems to be somewhere around 4:30-7:30pm.
