Fantastic experience: Planet Fitness Review: 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to many gyms across different locations due to my frequent travels, but my local branch is exceptional. I often walk in around 4 AM or 6 AM and am always greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, which makes a huge difference to start the day right. A special shoutout to Eric and RJ, who are always cleaning, mopping, and dusting every corner of the gym. I’ve never seen a facility kept this spotless and up to such high standards. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance here far surpasses other gyms I’ve visited. Kudos to the amazing staff for creating a positive, clean, and welcoming environment!

Fantastic experience: I haven't went to a gym in a few years and I was very nervous going in. The staff made me feel welcomed and showed me around. Always a kind greeting when you walk in. Looking forward to booking a class soon. Oh and I'm definitely enjoying the body enhancement. Great work PF!

Negative experience: Worst management at the gym morning shift guy was so rude ( Thursday 3 oct. 1:00 pm) . I went to gym for taking membership but after talking to guy for 2 minutes i cancel my plan to join this gym he did not know how to talk with customers.

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff, clean. Lots of equipment, everything in good working condition. Love the atmosphere, everyone belongs whether you are a beginner or a fitness pro. The price is right and it’s great to be able to bring a workout partner for free with the black card. Always nice to chill on the massage beds or chairs.

Negative experience: This gym used to be so convenient for me because I always used to work out after work and I work till midnight almost every day. Since they changed their hours I haven’t been able to find that consistency that I need at this gym. It really sucks that you guys changed your hours. I will be canceling at this gym!

Negative experience: I signed up for this gym under the impression that it’s open 24/7 excluding any major holidays of course. I noticed that not only Planet Fitness has reduced hours now, but so does Crunch. I think it’s time to move my business over to Fit4Less.

Fantastic experience: I like this place. People leave you alone which is . I go early in the a.m. and it's very quiet - beat the 'morning crowd' that arrives a bit later. It's clean, inexpensive and lets me get in a workout before my kids wake up for the day. If you're looking for group classes, one on one training and more of a personalized experience, then this isn't going to be your best choice. However, if you have a routine (cardio to start, followed by a 2 day split of push/pull, for example) you like and are just looking for a place to get it done, this is gonna serve that purpose just fine.

Fantastic experience: Having hip surgery weeks I am able to finally use the treadmill. It's great when it's raining out. My goal while using the treadmill is to be able to walk 3km. Having to learn to walk all over and build up leg muscle tissue Urban Planet had been perfect.

Fantastic experience: This location is located in a excellent spot. I get to work-out and do other things after. For me I feel when I don't know about something the staff is friendly and when I ask them they are quick to help me. The cleanliness of the gym is excellent. I haven't been to their other location but I hope to one day try their's also.

Negative experience: Poor gym management the unfit former manager I was informed was promoted I wouldn’t have the character pick up garbage let alone manage a gym and the friend of his that is manager now is just as shady need different management at theese gyms hard to believe there are any customers with such lousy management not the woman manager but the guys most guys are trouble anyways

Positive experience: Decent gym well cleaned I was a member of the free summer pass for high schoolers. Only thing is me being 15 I was at the dumbbell area where there are 2 big mirrors I finished a set and proceeded to quickly check my bicep as a gym goer would I was approached and told I'm intimidating others did well on my ego but was confused on why I was being judged for trying to see gains. Only had one bad encounter with a staff member. others were really helpful in setting up my account at the start.

Negative experience: Left my girlfriend there five more minutes than me. Manager felt the need to come out and discipline me as I waited in my car. Vanlifer, who’s been to probably 80 different locations, and never seen people care so much in their life.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out , no judgement , real comfortable , it gets a little busy some days , but that’s probably because it’s a great place to work out , the staff I’ve interacted with so far have been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend planet fitness to anyone . Specially if you’re new to it like I was . Most people have their headphones in anyways and are focused on their routine so that makes it all the more comfortable. Staff will answer any questions you got . I suggest drop the extra and get the black card membership, it’s worth it

Fantastic experience: What a bang for your buck. This gym has it all from state of the art facilities to futuristic tanning beds. If you are looking to enjoy your workouts and reward yourself then you may want to get a BLACK CARD membership, this allows you to venture off in a few directions but you will always end up in one of the incredible massage chairs. Windsors Planet fitness might be one of the biggest facilities in Canada so there is room to stretch and a void of lineups. Have fun!

His classes are are always welcoming and the right amount of challenging. Trying anything new is usually intimidating but within minutes you'll fit right in. Thank you Dan

Fantastic experience: I love it! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly; the atmosphere is definitely "no judgement" or is ever uncomfortable in any way; the variety of equipment and classes provides never getting bored; the black card spa is something I always look forward to after my session, and I love that I can change it up between lots of different options.

Fantastic experience: Stuff is friendly, the gym is pretty big, is clean and the machines look in great shape. Plus only $15 CA a month make it completely worth.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean throughout. Lots of planet fitness clubs both sides of the border, so you can enjoy the club when traveling, or going south for the winter.

Negative experience: Edit: to the response provided…. I did let staff know, they said the manager was not in and that there was nothing they would do to help. The gym itself is nice but super frustrated with the staff. I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for well over a decade and I have frequented locations all over Canada and the US. I have never had so much disregard for the 30 minute express work out area the whole point of that is to get a quick workout in and to follow the red light green light. At this location there was just a bunch of people randomly in there. They would occupy the machines for long periods of time instead of following the lights. I couldn’t even get my 30 minute workout in and when you are strapped for time, it’s very frustrating I chose PF because of amenities such as this which they are happy to advertise but the location doesn’t make sure these amenities are actually made available. I spoke with the staff and they were like oh yeah people just use them, pardon me but the same machines are also on the floor to use if you aren’t doing the circuit. The staffs blatant disregard for enforcing the rules, clearly printed on the wall have me questioning the competence of the management of this location.

Positive experience: The gym is open 24 hours. Facility is hood but extremely crowded at peak hours.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. I enjoyed the hydro massage and massage chairs. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming.

Positive experience: Clean and friendly environment, the 30-minute circuit area always has a group of guys just sitting on the equipment hanging out. I hope they do something about this so that the area can be used for working out.

Negative experience: This gym would get more stars if it weren’t for the fact that they do not let you downgrade or cancel your membership unless you come into the physical location. The explanation I was given over the phone was that “I needed to sign something” and that it wouldn’t take long. They have no problem renewing your membership without a signature, but make you jump through hoops when it’s the other way around? The employee agreed it would make sense to be able to downgrade or cancel via phone or the Planet Fitness app. It screams of shady business practices and wreaks of “this is our strategy for retention”. Bad business practice.

Positive experience: Stop giving out free memberships all summer this location is so overcrowded and overwhelming. We can never get a machine. Shoulder to shoulder with people who stand around and use the internet to the point it won’t even work bc it’s overloaded. I leave more stressed out than before I came. Some of the girls that work the front desk are incredibly rude. The one upside is the two guys that work midnights on the weekends are awesome and super nice. Do better planet fitness. Update : I will take into consideration the membership itself is a great price tanning and massage chairs. And half off drinks. I will up my review to 3 stars and bc of the awesome staff who work midnight shift on the weekends.

Fantastic experience: Although I've only been going for a little less than a month the whole experience thus far as been amazing. Especially with the staff they are professional and friendly each time as well as being very helpful. I being a germ freak, appreciate the fact the facility itself is not only always clean (which I observe staff moving about the facility cleaning at random} but the cleaning stations are always stock so you never have to look for a station some place else. When it says this is a "NO JUDGEMENT ZONE" they truly promote that here. From what I've witnessed personally, everyone is treated with respect regardless of size or color. {Very important for me as a plus woman of color) The most important aspect of Planet Fitness on a whole is the price and the fact you are not bound to a yearly contract, and that I can attend any PF in Canada or the USA. Great move PF!

Fantastic experience: I have so enjoyed being a part of the Planet Fitness Community. I use the Lauzon/Tecumseh location most often as I find the staff so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. There is so much going on as far as opportunities for different classes and support from the trainers. I am looking forward to my journey with this gym.

Positive experience: Very nice staff, good amount of cardio machine but can be difficult to use the weight machines if it’s busy. Number one gripe is the temperature, I find it way too hot in there even before I start my workout. Especially bad in the spring when the weathers warm but AC isn’t on yet

Negative experience: Update: after I filled out an online survey about my experience with the gym, Ryan (a “manager”) called me to talk about my comments. I told him I’m busy right now, don’t have time for this call, and hung up. He called me immediately after I hung up asking me if I hung up on him. I said yes, I’m busy and hung up on you. out of revenge, he banned me from entering the gym. My membership is still active but I’m not allowed to enter the gym. So now they’re trying to steal money from my bank out for a service I’m not allowed to use. The consequences of Ryan’s actions will end up costing the gym a lot more than his salary. What a liability. This is what I’m talking about, unprofessional customer service. My dog can do better than that. The employees keep interrupting people’s workout because they have nothing else to do. They just stand around bored and decide to bother the club members. Get a real job. This is extremely unprofessional. Cancelling my membership
