Fantastic experience: By far the best training environment I've ever been apart of, I'm a new member of this gym and it's quite evident after your first class why they have a 5 star rating. There is certainly no exaggeration when it comes to claims of professionalism. Eric certainly make you feel welcomed as though you've been there for years, he is very helpful and encouraging. Something that stuck out most to me is that the head coach, Coach Peter had not been present at my first few classes, the first class that I was at with him instructing he found out my name, just to come to me and coach and encourage me personally. When someone goes out of their way to welcome you like that, it does not leave you. Can't say enough good things about Central Thanks for everything so far guys.

Fantastic experience: With my hectic and constantly changing work schedule I didn't think I'd be able to get back on the mats and I've been trying to find something that worked for me in Windsor for a while now. Central makes it too easy to get a proper workout in my day. Whether it's catching an unlimited class or bagwork in the dark hours of the morning, I'm making gains the way I love doing it most.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best mixed martial art club I've been to. There is an incredible team atmosphere, every training partner I've been with has been super friendly and respectful, no egos whatsoever. The coaches are very welcoming and will take the time to answer questions and help with your technique. The gym is very clean and they offer morning and evening classes for full time shift workers. There's even a weight area if you want to squeeze in some weight training on your own time!

My home for about 6 years now and that will never change. No egos or anyone trying to make a point, everyone just trying to make everyone better, best gym atmosphere i’ve been apart of. The deal to train here is a steal for the quality of coaching.... it’s a no brainer to sign up if this is what you want to try out! And remember.... you don’t have to compete... a very large portion of the MMA community trains to stay in shape, stay sharp, stay confident, and always be able to protect themselves and their family.

Adult classes are quite large in size with a good wide range of skill levels to work with. Members are all great people and easy to get along with.

From the first moment I started classes I was made to feel comfortable regardless of my skill level and am able to constantly improve and excel.

Fantastic experience: i learned more here in the free week then i did training at another local gym for almost 2 years and pretty much anyone i talked to that trained somewhere else and came to central had the same experience. there are way more members here because the coaches actually care about the beginner students as much as the fighters and dont just use them as punching bags. plus this gym is always clean and looks bran new.

Going into a martial arts gym could be intimidating as a woman but everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I’m very comfortable when I’m training. My children enjoy the youth class and it teaches them how to protect themselves but gives them discipline and provides them with a sense of accomplishment and confidence. Highly recommend!!
