Some of our gyms offer swimming pools to give you variety for your workout. Depending on the location we offer a wide range of Aqua fitness classes led by certified instructors as well lane swimming. Our pools are also a great way to increase your fitness or relax pre or post workout.

Virtual fitness is now available across Canada. Classes are held in the respective studio (Group Fitness or Cycling studio) via a projector and screen during off-peak hours. The goal of Virtual Fitness is to give members the opportunity to try Group Fitness classes when live classes are not scheduled.

When they first reopened after COVID I was hesitant on going in for a workout but I feel completely safe and comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean facility. Locker room is tidy most of the time, considering how much traffic there is. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special mention to the Jump! staff. My daughter loves going to the play area while I get my workout in.

Fantastic experience: Best GoodLife in the city. Friendly staff, convenient location and very rarely you get those unexpected shutdowns or maintenance closures. You also don’t feel the pressure of signing up for training as they aren’t pushy salespeople. They also have a lap pool, whirl pool and about 6 massage chairs for you to use.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed using this location during my recent stay in Windsor, appreciated the helpful staff. Just a couple of comments: Some of the equipment need to be relabelled with the purpose of the machine and how to use it. Also, since the entrance is outside the mall, I'd suggest they put a clear sign inside the mall pointing the way to the entrance. I entered the mall both from the bus station and the front entrance and if I didn't know the mall a bit already, I wouldn't have easily found the place.

Best of all, most of the clientele are of the sort to put things back where they belong and wipe up after themselves. Much more than other locations anyways.
