Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this Anytime Fitness for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. It's not a huge gym, but it has everything I need for a great workout. I've never had to wait for equipment, even during peak hours. The place is spotless, and they seem to really care about keeping it clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I love the fact that it's open 24/7. As someone with a crazy schedule, that kind of flexibility is a lifesaver! Plus, I can actually bang my weights without getting the stink eye, which is a big plus for me. Highly recommend this Anytime Fitness!

Positive experience: Too small of a space to rent for a gym. Machines are too close to each other or too close to walls. Would not come back to this location due to safety concerns. Vibe was good and staff was helpful and nice.

Negative experience: This gym has been constantly giving me headaches. First, they gave me such a hard time trying to activate my membership, and now that I want to cancel it, for some reason they advised me that my home gym is now at a Markham location? How did that even happen?!?!?!? I am no where even near Markham!! Why would I have my home gym there?!?! The staff at this location is being operated by incompetent kids. They are stealing money from me. For any future customers reading this. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION!!

Fantastic experience: I usually visit in the morning sometime between 5am and 7am to avoid crowds. Evenings are crowded so you might have to wait for the equipment/machines. Otherwise it is a good little gym with enough stuff.

Negative experience: What's the point of having gym membership when you can't even workout? 16 degrees? Seriously it's not even healthy to keep the inside temperature this low. No wonder the gym was all empty.

Negative experience: Seemed like a good place, made a appointment and I work nights so a 24hr gym is necessary. The website gave me a appointment at 830pm that I made the night before at 9pm when I woke up. Was there early 820 and no one bothered showing up....eventually went back to my car at 840 and waitied till 9am and no one went in and opened the staff doors....if this is how it's run then I think I dodged a bullet.... I eventually got a call at 330pm the same day, why so long ? I was sleeping. I don't think I'm ever going to talk to the staff there if this is how they do things

Fantastic experience: There has been a noticeable increase in the air quality during the last week may b the ventilation system was updated. much though it was already my favourite spot to work out, this modification made the experience much better.

Negative experience: The air quality in this gym is pure unhealthy. They have terrible ventilation system or possibly none in this plaza unit! To mask the smell of the very poor air quality they spray heavy aerosol perfumes which further add to the poor air quality. When you exercise you need good air to breathe, not a strong smelling toxic mixture. If they pay to have that fixed they would have double the amount of customers as this gym is located in area where there are no other gyms miles around!

Negative experience: Weirdest payment plans ever. Carry over months if you take time off, crazy fee to cancel so if you find a better or cheaper gym you need to give a 30 day notice aka pay that extra month on top of the cancellation fee. Random withdrawals from your account. Just let people leave your gym without an arm & a leg cost if they don’t enjoy your service. Not difficult to not be greedy as hell.

Positive experience: You are paying same amount monthly fee membership than LA FITNESS for smaller gym and less comfort. If you don't need to use amenities such as indoor pool and others you will be okay.

Music was ideal for the work-out, facility was clean, equipments were in great condition, showers were available. I had the opportunity to speak with the site manager, Tamanna. Positive experience: In terms of equipment, it has everything you need. I can complete my workouts without modifying due to lack of equipment. But it’s the dirtiest location I have been to. I put my phone down, picked it up, and found tiny bugs crawling on it. So warning, don’t let your stuff touch the ground! Washrooms look like they get cleaned once a week

Fantastic experience: This a great gym!!! I’ve been here for 3 years now and the atmosphere here is better than any gym I have been too. The weights, benches , bars and etc are always sanitized. Change rooms are very clean as well. Never had any issues here with peers or staff. I would definitely recommend this gym! Guarantee you won’t doubt it!

Fantastic experience: This location is a million times better than the Anytime fitness on Mississauga Road in Brampton. Which happens to be worst gym in BRAMPTON. Even worse than a high school weight class. Terrible. Equipment is outdated, they don’t even care to fix broken machines or TEST to see if they work properly. Just overall trash. Anyways. I am so happy that THIS location exists, it’s worst the 15 minute drive as opposed to a 5 minute walk to the Mississauga location.

Negative experience: I recently moved from Windsor, ON to Brampton, ON. I haven’t worked out in a while and I’m looking to get back to it, so I signed up for free trails for the clubs that i have never been a part of, LA fitness, Anytime fitness and Orange. Today (26/03/2023) i signed up for a free trial of Anytime fitness, visited the club and the first thing i hear from the club manager there is they don’t have any free trials at their location, I don’t understand how they can deny it when i signed up online, but the manager said since i am already here they will let me workout once. But i was already turned off by how unsupportive the staff is, that is the first thing I noticed, i wanted a community that is supportive and empowering. I don’t want to give my business to a club or organization that aren’t supportive. 2nd- i said okay, i will try it out but in my head i was already turned off, so i did not workout and left the club. I regret signing up for the trail and visiting the club, what a waste of time. Never had such experience. 3rd- they make you ask for plans and offers. Poorest customer service. I’m taking time to write this, so someone can be aware of what is happening at the club. Also the club had weird odor.

Fantastic experience: main guy is called AKASH i think, he is best at his job, he helps everyone with vast knowledge he has. Suck a great asset to perfect gym. I tried multiple Anytime location in and out brampton, by far this location provides the best personal support and quick response that no other location can. Good luck guys. Just one suggestion that make this gym a little more big if possible. OVERALL GREAT GYM SPEACIALLY THE STAFF

Huge shoutout to Mina who, without a doubt, has the best customer service skills out of all the staff members I’ve spoken to so far. He was patient, informative, and just overall, extremely kind and welcoming. You can definitely tell he knows what he is doing and that he does his job with a passion. He made me feel extremely comfortable my entire visit and it’s clear that everything he says is truly genuine. Anyone looking to start up at this anytime location, 100% ask for Mina.
