Positive experience: I went because I had to make a transfer through Western Union, according to the website, the office was open, but the truth is it was closed.

Positive experience: Nice place with its unique architecture which is a pyramid. It does not close till 23.00 on weekdays which is great. The place is lively and so many people get together there

Fantastic experience: The Pyramid is walking distance from the Laval sports complex. It has about 10 quick service food options, a dollar store, pharmacy, and a grocery store that also has wine and beer. Bring your own grocery bag. The dumplings from the first ramen place on the right a you walk in (just past the Mexican quick serve) are the best.

Positive experience: The mall is good with lots of restaurants inside and the building itself looks unique. The only thing is they have gender neutral washrooms. The separate washroom in the basement was closed even though the mall is still open when we visited.

Positive experience: Great shopping mall that is shaped like a pyramid. The pyramid has 5 floors. There are a bunch of restaurants in the pyramid. I put 4 stars because the parking lot is not well organized.

Positive experience: I was waiting for someone to show up and receive my order at Chocolate favorite store. But the place seemed unattended. Even the cashier were left wide open with all the money easily reachable!!! There were no security who could help us with the situation.

Positive experience: Stopped by before went back to my place around 8 PM many store in this mall almost close. Lots of student still hanging out. I guess in the local area doesn't have too many tourist or visitors, lol. They look at us like we come from another planet. So what is the reason why I stopped here? The answer was one of my friends wanted to have coffee then another one wanted to check out if any restaurant in this mall still selling food and we can buy food back to out place.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place near Laval University. This is small shoping mall where you will get almost everything you need. For groceries, there is Metro, Dollarama, and also there are many restaurants in it.

Negative experience: I asked a female worker where the washrooms are… she pointed to something that looked like a women’s washroom. When I asked again she said the washrooms were mixed. I was shocked. I asked her if she used it, she said never. I went to buy protein, and asked the employee if there was a men’s washroom. He said only mixed. I asked him where does he go to use the washroom, he said he does not use the washroom there. I called management. The gentleman was rude, short and dismissive. He said “I have no interest in discussing gender or sexuality” in the context of washroom usage. He said they were “a private enterprise” and that it was the reality of the world now. It was my first visit and my only one. I will not be purchasing anything there again. Is it so hard? One washroom for men, women and another for family/handicap/other? Woke business, will not support.

Positive experience: Nice place to meet with friend and take on the multiple options for dinning/lunch. Also, very good variety in the shops making the place a one stop place for all you need

Fantastic experience: Great place to be, especially for food ; good variety of restaurants. Most of visitors are students from Laval University. Parking was free and easy to find a spot.

Fantastic experience: This place have a lot of restaurants and stores. I come here for groceries in metro, eat in shakers and thai zone. There are also ramen place, sushi, starbucks, and asian snack store that I want to go to. And this place can be reached with a lot of bus. Nice place!

Fantastic experience: A great local restaurant that is worth trying out in the Pyramide is Gaijin Ramen. There's Ogari-San that is also delicious! Recently, a new boutique also opened. It could be of interest for Asian cultures lovers, as it sells snacks from Asia, amongst others.

Positive experience: Went to metro supermarket, very small but fonctionnal easy to find things, lots of prepared food, it show that the store is right beside of university of Quebec.
