Fantastic experience: The walls are awesome, and the staff are even better! Really sweet CrossFit style gym included in the membership too! Only way to make this place better is to get Evan to set more of the walls!!

Positive experience: Staff are super friendly and helpful. Facility is well kept. Buying the punch passes are a more affordable option. The first time visitor pass that gives you a full week of visits including rentals for 1 low price is amazing amd got us hooked!

Fantastic experience: Very good atmosphere!! Friendly en nice staff. I was here at Tuesday morning, and they had a charity thing where you only pay $10, which goes to the charity of the month!! Would surely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Found someone’s house keys on the ground with a Rock Jungle tag on them. I called this location and gave them the tag number. They reached out to owner of the keys and I was able to return their keys back to them because of Factory Climbing. I don’t know a whole lot about climbing, but I do know good, courteous people and these are them

Fantastic experience: Great place, friendly staff and great environment. There’s plenty of wall for every skill level, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced climber or maybe somewhere in between, they have plenty of challenging routes to try.

Fantastic experience: This was a great spot to go with my son. The staff were very friendly and helpful explaining everything and going through the facility. While there definitely some serious climbers here, it wasn’t intimidating for us novices at all. Everyone there was friendly and even helpful with suggestions in some cases. Great spot to go for a day pass, or even sign up for a membership. Just be ready for some sore fingers and forearms if you aren’t used to it!

Fantastic experience: I gotta say, this climbing gym is awesome! The vibe here is super chill and welcoming. The staff are all legends, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. ( Shout out Ariana, and Tyrien! <3 ) What I love most is the sense of community here. It's like one big family, you're always bumping into someone cool to chat with that share tips, it makes every session feel like a hangout with friends. Honestly, if you're into climbing and good times, this spot is a no-brainer in my opinion! :)

Fantastic experience: Great place for climbing! Very clean facility and the staff are very friendly. I recently learned to top rope and the teacher who ran the class was very thorough. Can't wait to climb the routes more often and eventually learn to lead climb at this facility!

Negative experience: Great place! Facility was clean, the gentleman that helped my kids get going was awesome!! But, I gave it a 1 star because the blonde staff member at the desk was rude, nevermind talking about how drunk she was going to get tonight and all the new drinks she was trying! My kids are old enough, but the other 8 year old registering at the same time probably didnt need to hear all about her drunken escapades, and rye tips!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Rock Jungle gyms for 2+ years now, so it’s about time I left a review! I can’t say enough positive things about the whole climbing gym operation. Staff are friendly and helpful, routes are challenging, and the pricing is extremely fair. I find myself at Factory the most for it’s CrossFit area (the largest out of all 3 locations) and the unique top-most level which is technical, fun, and perfect for anyone still grappling with their fear of heights. If you’re on the fence about a membership, just do it. Access to 3 gyms is hard to find, not to mention the community. I’ve made so many friends from climbing - thank you Rock Jungle! Come for the fitness, stay for the people.

Fantastic experience: I come here with my son and there some really cool people rock climb here, usually a lot of good vibes. The facility is large and lots of options. I wouldn’t trust the negative reviews, this place is really hard to beat.

Fantastic experience: Factory Climbing is a fantastic experience! The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. Going as a group was awesome - they sectioned off spaces for us to use and made sure we knew what we were doing. We had 3 staff members stick with us the whole time, giving tips and leading some games. There’s more than enough walls that you’d have to come back a second time just to try everything. I’d highly recommend for experienced climbers and newbies alike.

Fantastic experience: My inaugural rock climbing venture was nothing short of fantastic. The diverse array of training walls provided a thrilling challenge, coupled with an impressive commitment to safety. While the fear of leaping lingered, the staff's guidance was reassuring—better to take the plunge from the summit to conserve energy. The cost, a reasonable $24 per person for an entire day, felt like a steal considering the inclusive package of special shoes, hand powder, and secure fastenings. Undoubtedly, it marked the epitome of an exhilarating and well-rounded climbing experience.

Negative experience: Unfriendly and unwelcoming staffs generally and front desk especially, they don't change routes often so routes from 5 months ago are still on the wall, some rocks on the wall are not stable and it feels unsafe, I don't recommend membership, I have purchased annual membership and I regret it

Fantastic experience: Factory (and additionally Boulders) offers an unparalleled experience not just for climbing, but any of service/business in the city. The staff are welcoming and after a few visits, become familiar with you and make you feel at home when you come to climb. Pierce for example, has gone above and beyond in always saying hello and chatting, as well as helping with problems on the wall and giving words of encouragement to get to the finish hold. There’s so much to do from bouldering, top roping, exercising at the gym, or even just hanging out in the lounge, you can really get so much out of a single visit. Factory also does so much in terms of accessibility and inclusivity; from their Fems and Thems night to Karma Cleaning, they really do so much to welcome anyone of any age, gender, race, etc. This place has helped me improve my health, wellbeing, and I’ve made great friends here. I couldn’t give it higher praise!

Everyone who works here is an absolute pleasure to be around, which makes for an inclusive and friendly space. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone who's looking for a new and healthy hobby.

Negative experience: The people here are very nice. I was surprised at how dirty the facility was, I found it quite unpleasant. The lack of information given to myself when I came (regarding their top roping, auto-belay etc.) the other day to climb in a harness for the first time, left me very lost.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I brought my child to try rock climbing since she was so interested, and the staff promised we could climb together and that they’re family friendly. We wasted money and time here, we spent 10 minutes here and were disappointed, and while leaving the staff didn’t care at all, did not offer a refund and I was so upset I didn’t bother asking out of embarrassment. For a “family friendly” rock climbing place, they should make sure the child is able to enjoy it before charging so much. We will never come back and I’ll be making sure everyone I know is aware of how terrible this place was. Huge disappointment. Paid over 50$ to walk in and out of the place.

Fantastic experience: It has been great using this facility to get into climbing. There is a lot of bouldering, Top rope and Lead rope available to keep you learning and growing indefinitely. Highly recommend checking this place out and the extra bonus is that if you have a membership here you also have access to Boulders downtown gym as well!!

Positive experience: It was slow when we got there around 4:30 but it fills up quick. There was a friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere with people from first-timers to more experienced climbers. They have payment options for if you just want to try it out once (all gear included with rental) to monthly or annual and family payment options. If you've ever thought about climbing for fun or if you're looking for a hobby that gives you a good work-out at the same time, this might be worth trying.

The gym it's self is awesome, tons of variety and is generally not crowded. The route setting is always fun and it's just an awesome environment to be a part of!

Absolutely love this gym and the deals they do on Tuesday make it incredibly affordable at great times when very few people are there. This is my favorite climbing gym and I go at least once a week. Positive experience: I have just recently started going here to rock climb, it is honestly one of the best places I think you can do this at. They change the walls every week and the people there are the nicest. I just got the $25 Week Tryout Package & I think I'll be going back to buy a membership! I recommend this as a good date idea or as a great place to stay in shape! I wouldn't bring young young kids, however it's all ages!

Fantastic experience: When it’s busy in here it gets next to impossible to have a chill climb but this place is busy/popular for a reason. A lot of space dedicated to different types of climbing and Route-setters do a great job of doing a variety of problems for beginners that makes it feel like less of a jump in skill is required to move to more difficult routes.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!! If you’re new to climbing it’s a great place to go as they have tons of different levels for all levels of experience. It’s also dog friendly which makes for meeting lots of adorable doggos. Their offer of $25 for the first week is 100% worth it. You can go as much as you want and rentals are included, you can really get a good taste of what the environment is like during different times of the week. Staff is also super supportive and they have lots of amenities such as showers, lockers and locks, band aids, hair ties and also snacks and drinks to buy. Favourite rock climbing spot in Edmonton.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to climb. I spent about 3 hours just bouldering all the walls they had. I bought some shoes at a different store, but ended up returning them. Holly and Sierra were very knowledgeable about the shoes. They knew how different brands fit certain feet and what to keep in mind when the different types of materials broke in. There was a good selection of styles of shoes for all kinds of feet. I am very pleased with my experience so far, and I plan on getting a membership soon. Keep up the good work!

The staff are amazing and the culture within the gym was really relaxing. Other people were more than helpful. Definitely would recommend and I will be coming back !!

Positive experience: Seems like a great top rope gym, with really nice sets, but the bouldering area was a bit small. The sets were fun, with large holds and nice creativity, however the walls felt empty. Might have been because they were set for a competition at the time. Mats were decently soft. Pets were allowed, so it was nice to pet some dogs.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Much greater after the recent renovations. The new climbing walls are fantastic and the new revamped fitness area is incredible. I always love the people here too. The only downside for me is that it's far away from where I live. Luckily Rock jungle boulders is downtown, that place is also cool.
