Crunch Fitness - West Edmonton Mall

Fantastic experience: Joined a month ago coming from a women's only gym and I love it! Super affordable and convenient when you already work at the mall. It’s never too crowded and the other patrons mostly mind their own business or offer help super respectfully. The staff is always happy to help with form or figuring out a new machine or any questions really! The front desk staff have already learned my name and always have a warm welcome for me when I show up

Fantastic experience: Tim at the front desk was the best customer service I have had at ANY gym. No judgement, straight to the case, made my day! I came in this morning to cancel my membership, he processed everything in less then 10 minutes! Amazing personality, and an amazing person to talk to! This man deserves a raise.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. As a fat guy I have lost 80 lb in 8 months. Staff r friendly and there are not to many body builders so u don't feel bad for being big guy working out.

They truly give 110% every single day and with every single member! Not to mention the amazing equipment and facility, I cant raved about this gym enough! Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, Amazing group fitness classes !! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable and gives you hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts. The HIIT zone at jasper goes super fast and I really enjoy doing it. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Low prices High value. Where else can you go and get a hydromessage, tan and workout all in one place? And in a great location! Go shopping and hit up Crunch for a workout and then go home. Can't go wrong with that. It's a clean gym with the equipment you need for a great workout.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed environment that follows COVIDd regulation without making it stressful. I really enjoy the convenience of this location. Everyone here is so incredibly friendly, Ryan is my favorite but all the staff have been nothing but welcoming and helpful. It has most all the machines that anyone could ask for, it's spacious, clean, convenient and not overly priced. Good ratio, male to female, and diversity of people that come. There's a stand up tanning booth and massage bed available with different membership options.

Fantastic experience: For the price you really cant go wrong. Wide variety of equipment from compound to isolation. Lots of options for cardio. Staff is very kind, helpful and imformative. Also a great job with making sure gym is clean and safe for everyone to use. Especially Tones at the front desk always doing a little extra to provide a better experience for everyone! If she makes you guess a number between 1 and 10 to come in its 4!. Great gym! Definitely a good choice for everyone :)

The managers, Nina and Eddy lead a great team of dedicated employees who work hard to make their members happy. Its not as big as other gyms but it has enough of everything. Love the staff there. I as well decided to get a personal trainer with them and so far so good. Highkey recommend this place.

Sam is a great seller membership, I know how friendly she is because I talk to her whenever I work out. Besides, other members such as Zion, Andrea, Nina, Thea, Haylee,... they did awsome on their duty. I truly admire their female staffs when I saw them arrange these heavy plate just by themself

Fantastic experience: Great gym for a great price. Peake hours are usually 2-8 pm, but if you come before noon it's not packed and you can get the equipment you want when you want. Staff are pretty good and keep the place clean. I enjoy coming here.

Fantastic experience: Not sure why this gym would get a 1 star from anyone. The staff members are super friendly, always greeting you when you walk in and out. The manager is superb! Very enthusiastic and runs the place very well. They maintain cleanliness to the best of their ability. Equipment is cleaned almost every hour. They are doing their best to follow these new guidelines put in place, but it is hard to constantly bird dog people all day and still do your job. I honestly give this gym a 5 star. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. I hated going to gyms because most of the time the staff and the clients are very rude. My first day at Crunch Fitness I was amazed at how amazing the staff is. They take pride in knowing each customers name and make them feel right at home. All staff are constantly cleaning making sure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use. I personally want to give a shout out to the general manager Nina and a few of her staff. ( Clark, Thea, Haley , Francisco, Eddie , Beth and Kevin) You guys are a major factor of why I feel so comfortable at this location. Keep up the amazing work and professionalism , I know I will be referring my friends to you all!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym. Worked here for almost a year and have had nothing but good times. I love my members and I love my management. I have been working out here long before I had gotten employed, and am so blessed to be part of the Crunch Fam I am beyond excited to be back up and running after the pandemic and I’m so excited to see all your beautiful faces back in the facility!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best gyms to workout at. The price to go is super cheap way cheaper than any other gym out there. The people that work there are so amazing. no one is pressuring you into buying anything extra. no one is pestering you or bothering you about your workouts or trying to convince you into buying extra stuff you don't need. There is no pressure whatsoever. Everyone there is so nice and whenever you need help or something they're always there in willing to help. And to top it off there a 24-hour gym. I just want to say thank you to everyone that works there I appreciate all you've done for me.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and it is an extremely clean gym. I’ve only joined for the past couple of weeks, but so far I’ve had a positive experience. It’s also not too crowded and you can always find room to work out in private if you’re a bit shy. 10/10 great location. Also, it is crazy cheap given all that you get compared to other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great hours. No complaints except the fact that they use vinegar water to clean equipment after each use. Not everyone likes the scent of vinegar. (No reply to the vinegar. 1 star) (no more vinegar. 5 stars)
