Fantastic experience: Dropped in to a class while spending time in Edmonton for my daughter’s Volleyball Nationals. Great community and coach Jason was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this gym to regulars in the area or visitors from out of town. Thanks again Jason.

Fantastic experience: Great community, great programming variety, and a spacious well stocked gym! The coaches are certified and are good about helping their athletes meet their goals. They provide feedback and help you find appropriate scaling options so that everyone gets a good workout. If you are on the fence about trying crossfit, take a intro class and see what it's all about!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a couple CrossFit gyms before and this is one of the best. I am always challenged, love the atmosphere and learn something new every week.

Fantastic experience: I visited here in the summer and the Owner Glen was very kind and a great instructor. There is a great sense of community here at this Local Sherwood Park Gym and they should be proud of themselves for accomplishing that. Best of Luck during Covid.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place! Great trainers, great facility and great people. Hit a new PR by 45lbs on my front squat on my first visit! Form and function is everything, combine that with knowledgeable trainers, a fun community and your are garenteed to be hooked. I will be going back every time I'm in town. The only downside to this gym is that it is not in my town.
