Fantastic experience:

Fantastic experience: I've been to many of the pop in classes and have some one-on-one training at this gym and was very happy with the level of knowledge my trainer had. I've been able to take these lessons and apply them to my at home gym (which isn't nearly as extensive as this gym is) and I've been able to continue my personal fitness progress. If you're serious about making a change I would recommend CC Trainers.
