Negative experience: It was a very bad experience. Unfortunately, our shoes were stolen. Just think, it's -20 °C outside, 40 cm of snow, and our shoes were stolen. I am still in shock. This loss is quite expensive for our family, and we have to buy new shoes instead of Christmas gifts. We are very upset and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: They stopped letting people in cuz to many but I like it

Negative experience: 10/10 would never recommend coming swimming here. Especially if you have a small family. I never complain on reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a pool. To start there’s only 3 private change room stalls/showers for family’s and when busy those are never open. So I took my son (4yo) to the lady’s room to change and then he needed to use the washroom to go pee so when I took him to the two stall bathroom it smelt like fish and piss and there were gross puddles in both stalls and a pile of toilet paper on the floor in the one and my son even commented on how stinky it was and didn’t want to go pee in there so I had to walk him back out to the washrooms by the library and on my way back in I told the front desk about the conditions of the bathrooms so she then told me that there’s only male custodians (which I understand that they wouldn’t be able to clean them till the end of the night) but Lawson needs to hire some FEMALE custodians because that bathroom was extremely repulsive. And then at the end of the swim me and my son were able to get a change room in the family change rooms (I prefer to not shower in public/ around strangers due to my own personal reasons and I also feel the same about my son showering around strangers) and we even left an hour early to avoid the rush and were extremely rushed and had people banging on our door shortly after we got in which made me feel so irritated because I have to shower and dress my son before I can shower and dress myself.

Positive experience: Clean and tidy pool. Suitable for families of all ages. Sauna and hot tub. No water slides or diving boards.

Positive experience: Only really visited for the gym, but would recommend the pool and library for families anytime. The gym was quite small, I wouldn't recommend it for people who go to the gym regularly and who are looking for a comprehensive gym session. It is perfect if you're just looking to do a quick workout or just walk on the treadmill. It was also not busy at all and I was there at 5pm on a Wednesday after work. The front desk staff were very friendly!

Fantastic experience: My son just finished swim lessons here yesterday and they turned the waves on the last 5-10 mins or so of his lesson and I got jealous lol. So we had lunch and came back to go to the public swim. The wave pool is pretty fun. And it sort’ve feels like a beach with all the waves. The staff here are pretty nice and helpful. Thanks! My son is looking forward to more swim lessons.

Positive experience: I enjoy bringing my niece to the splash time and appreciate that they’ve got such a wide range of time set aside for it. It’s a great place to spend time, especially in the colder months. 2 Wednesdays ago there was a grandmother with her granddaughter there and they went to use a pool noodle. The woman who was running the aqua size class basically pounced on them and told them they couldn’t use one. It seemed strange, as my niece has been allowed to use them often and even with the people taking the class using them in that moment, there were still at least 15 to spare. The grandmother asked if it was a new rule because they too, have often used the pool noodles and the snarky woman said “no, it’s always been a rule!”. It was just a strange and off putting thing to see and didn’t seem to make much sense.

Negative experience: I have a terrible experience with The Lawson Leisure Centre. On 18 th March, after calling innumerable times and an exhausting wait of 4-5 hrs, the lady at the desk finally picked up my call, confirmed the dates and booked the 5 private swimming lessons for my 14 yr old for the month of April and May. Thereafter, I made the payment through my card. I did receive an e- receipt in my mail but no schedule for the confirmed dates . So, today, 27th March at noon, when I call back to verify about confirmation of my dates and time, I am told that there’s no booking at all. The lady did charge me the full amount but failed to attach the dates. As a result, there’s no booking for my daughter and the schedule is full for April and May. Seriously ! Is this my fault ??? This other receptionist checked and said sorry . Either you get your refund or book again after 2 months I guess .When pressed upon , she said she will let the supervisor know. 4 hrs of waiting and still no call back from supervisor. Calling up again this time to speak up with the supervisor after expressing my frustration , all I got was that the supervisor left at 5 The bottom line is they don’t care, neither do they want to help. I am highly dissapointed by their carelessness and unprofessional attitude .Its high time they step up and handle their negligence efficiently.

Negative experience: I drove 35 minutes to go swimming here. I entered and the pool was at "full capacity". There were maybe 20 people in there. The front attendant told us that we would be able to get in when others left and I saw 2 families leave, and nothing. We ended up leaving. Very disappointed. Maybe update your website ? Waste of people's time.

Positive experience: Was a bit late so they said to us that they were at capacity. And that they needed more lifeguards. I said I am a lifeguard. But still didn't get to go swimming. Probably would have sucked with that many people I. There .

Fantastic experience: I have taken adult swimming lessons here from Jan to March 2023. The staff are nice, especially, Nate who was my swimming instructor. He is very patient, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely let my kids to take classes here in future. I recommend this place for swimming classes.

Negative experience: Giving one star for the lack of changing tables in the universal changing rooms. Very tough to safely change a 4 1/2 month old, who likes to roll, on a bench that is set far from the wall with a large gap.

Positive experience: Great place for swimming lessons for the grandkids.

Positive experience: This is my favourite pool for swimming lessons as you can work out while you watch your kids swim! The attached library makes it easy for older siblings, 10+ to be in the library alone, to wait for other lessons to be done. I do wish they’d reopen their food services as it’s nice to be able to grab a hot snack when you’re there for a few hours, but I noticed all pools we’ve been to have been lacking food services this year.

Fantastic experience: super place!!! especially artificial waves! almost like going to Miami for a day)!! Just add some fun! the music is not very loud. and open a cafe on site. the more you have it. If there is tea / coffee / juice / hot dog, it will be a nice bonus to a super vacation!

Negative experience: I called the office to ask some questions, but the lady who answered the phone is super rude and hang up the phone without any notice!!! If your work is for destroy people’s life, you did it! The phone call happened on June 10th around 1:30pm.

Negative experience: Very small and outdated. The family change rooms are small and cramped with no garbage cans. Thankfully my children are no longer in diapers. The pool itself only has the wave pool aspect and nothing else. It gets tiring after the first 20 minutes. The hottub was an utter disappointment. For most of the time the jets didn't work and when they did they blasted cold water. It was just a bunch of people sitting in a mildly warm tub. There are much better swim options in the city.

When she's supposed to provide specific information for patrons and customers. The staff is expected to give good customer and not to hang up on people who asks nicely.

Fantastic experience: Saskatoon civic centres are fantastic! This one has a wave pool and the gym is rarely busy. The gym is small but overlooking the pool so feels bigger than it is.
