Negative experience: Saw staff and other patrons taking photos of young girls with their entire bums out in thong swimsuits. Very off putting. I wont take my kids here anymore. Shame on the girls for wearing that shame on the rec center for allowing thong swimsuits and shame on the men for taking photos.

Positive experience: Very nice place busy and big

Andrew Cury 10 months ago

Negative experience: Front desk reception was slow and terrible. Old guy working the gym was an incompetent man. Gym was poorly maintained. DO NOT COME HERE

Aries Mabelin 10 months ago

Fantastic experience: 1000/10 place. I had my very first date on my whole life and it was so fun.

Geet Ramchandani 10 months ago

Negative experience: Faced racial discrimination and was unfairly removed from the swimming pool for no valid reason. Here’s the full story: My friend/relative was helping me practice swimming basics to improve my skills. The on-duty manager made a racist comment and demanded to see a training license. When we asked her to show where it’s stated that a friend or relative cannot teach someone how to swim—especially considering that drowning is a leading cause of death, claiming 10% of lives in Canada—she couldn’t provide any evidence. Instead, she handed us a generic rulebook that didn’t mention anything about needing a training license. When she couldn’t justify her actions, she asked us to leave, again with no valid reason.

Fantastic experience: Nice recreation centre. It has lots of swimming pools (hot water pool included) and water area for kids (including big slide)

Matthew Bennett 10 months ago

Negative experience: been to this place only 2 times and had staff act ridiculous towards me and my friend twice, one time (which was recently) me and my buddy went skating and he got yelled at and the staff threatened to call the cops over a wireless ear bud while little kids are supposed to be wearing helmets. they were gonna ruin my friends life over a ear bud and made a mochary of me and my friend by yelling across the ice and have everyone stare at us. the first incident was I get yelled at for swimming in the pool... I asked the life guard what I did and he had no response then kept getting whistled at. and it's busy constantly there is never a time when it's not busy and everything is expensive. screw the staff.

Negative experience: Customer service staff are very bad and nasty attitude!!

Michael Bozek 11 months ago

Positive experience: Gee, I’m so grateful that some genius decided to build this ridiculous statue instead of a much needed parking lot. Your customers keep doing circles looking for parking spots for the swimming pool. Use your brain guys. That statue needs to go. Your facility is 5 stars. But your parking is -2. That’s how I arrived at 3 stars.

Negative experience: The feeling I have here is terrible. The front desk staff have expressionless faces, especially the female front desk staff who should go home to rest and not work here. They have always had a poker face and are very rude! no patience to answer any questions from customers! I moved to this community, but I will never come back here again!

Fantastic experience: Love coming here to ref. Staff is friendly and helpful. I find it always very clean there. Keep up the great work, it's being noticed.

lan “Nobody” 11 months ago

Negative experience: If you are looking for the worst front desk services in the whole world, get here. These two racist services mad at my mother just because she doesn't speak English and took less than 5 minutes in their useless life. That was the worst attitude I've ever seen Also no internet here, the signal probably got blocked or something, but that's not the biggest issue Those two are the problem

Honey Oat 11 months ago

Negative experience: Typically, we enjoy going here, but the last time we came, the water was very dirty in that area and in the hot tub. The water actually turned a greenish brown color from it, maybe even a yellow tinge in it.

Keny Valencia 11 months ago

Negative experience: The staff is great. However, the boys of the gym's facility manifest somehow aggressiveness, especially the ones smoking cannabis at the entrance, if there is a place for smoking that type , please try a better location further(pls, way more)or there should be a specific one designated for those with illnesses in case they suffer anykind .Although there is a place for them, that smell is expected to bother children and families entering the facilities, do not wait until many complains arrive for such . I think this can be helpful for the whole community: families , clients and responsible young men.

Sadaf Butt 11 months ago

Positive experience: They have a wonderful walking track upstairs where the gym is. There are nice people overall, staff as well as members. Altough one lady who sits by the elevator to check if you have a wristband (on monday morning) does not give a welcoming vibe at all... never says hi, never smiles, always a grumpy face.. idk I took one star off because even though it is mostly clean, few of the treadmills have gum stuck inside the cupholders...

Alexei Wyatt 11 months ago

Negative experience: Staff is hit or miss. Most are not knowledgeable at all and just plain rude. The older lady at the gym information desk is great though. Facilities are nice when they are in order but that is also hit or miss.

Negative experience: Disgusting, filthy, stinky, overcrowded change rooms, my son is disabled and there was no handicapped change room available (it was locked and the staff said they didn't know who had the key). Extremely busy swimming pool, too many rude pushing people and hair everywhere.

M 1 year ago

Negative experience: I feel so dirty going to this pool. This place is a mess.

Enka Jang 1 year ago

Negative experience: The rink during public time or membership time is crowded and very dangerous. I often see hockey skaters practicing, but they are always very fast. I have seen three collisions. I told the administrator that it was too dangerous, but the administrator said nonchalantly that they would control their speed. If they could really control it, there would be no collisions. If you take your children to skate, try to avoid the rink here. The safety of skaters is not the first priority.

Shehawah 1 year ago

Negative experience: Big place; but the pool is just too cold, hot tub isn’t hot enough. The change rooms are disgusting! The floors are so dirty with water and hair, there’s this weird stinky smell in the women’s change room, and while the swimming pools are nice -it’s always too busy! Can we have a couple hours a day to dedicate to just certain ages? How can people relax in the hot tub when a hoard of kids are splashing and taking over the stairs and lifeguards aren’t doing anything? It’s just too damn busy which is unfortunate, because it’s a nice pool. And close to home.

Negative experience: Very very crazy slow service it takes long time to take day pass even the white lady on the counter starts talking to people and takes forever to finish talking about facebook…. Like what this is nit your social service or community group people waiting in line longer than ever….. need to recurit more staff and good one. Busy rush time damn slow service

Negative experience: Getting in contact over the phone with anyone is almost impossible and the gym equipment doesnt get taken care of at all last time i was there none of the cable attachments were able to spin at all

Brittani Norstrom 1 year ago

Negative experience: I have never accessed a more disgusting facility in my entire life. The change rooms were absolutely filthy. There were people in their full on street clothes swimming. The water was bright yellow. If I could give this rating a -10000 I would.

Duncan Cochrane 1 year ago

Positive experience: Why is the pool water green. Everything on the internet would suggest algae or a ph imbalance. Quite disturbing given the amount of kids in there.

Kyn 1 year ago

Positive experience: Gym isn't too bad, but I do have to personally agree with what others are mentioning about some of the staff being rude. I had in incident 2 years back where I accidentally missed re racking a barbell in the squat rack area and got slightly injured, and apparently no staff in the upper fitness area is there. They're either walking around or just chilling and talking to other staff members when they can still talk at the desk. Had to speak to a lifeguard about it, and it seemed as if they did not care if I got toppled on by a heavy barbell .. There are staff who do care about the people who go there and some don't..

Negative experience: Racist Manager, Rude Staff we need better workers there .Unacceptable behaviors and actions .

Gabriel Roman 1 year ago

Negative experience: The gym is extremely dirty upon closer inspection, All the weights are always out of order, And most of the machines could use some lubrication, I honestly don't know what the staff do, literally if they weren't there it wouldn't make a difference, most of the sanitization stands are usually empty as well. Today I wiped down one of the bars on bench press and The wipe was literally brown after.

Negative experience: Ac not working during summer temperatures. Way too dangerously and uncomfortably hot. Ac doesn't work at the meadows either, which is why I tried this place. The city is really slacking on their rec centers. Had to get a membership elsewhere.

Corey Smith 1 year ago

Positive experience: Ice is good, always cool when it's hustling and bustling with 4 sheets of ice . Very clean and the Second cup and Booster juice are good for a drink or quick snack while you're here. Only suggestion would be if you know it's going to be busy get here early because parking cam be a nightmare during a busy tournament etc.

Renalyn Alquiza 1 year ago

Negative experience: Very poor customer service . Had a bad experience with Amrit and Melanie. They’re so disrespectful with guest who are asking for discounts with the recreations program. Answering our questions with Yes or No is much appreciated than laughing on us. I don’t think they know what customer service means or why they have a job in the first place.

Negative experience: ❌Disclaimer ❌ Swim with your slippers on !! First time visiting this place and someone stole my slippers. And if you want them to check the cctv camera, you need a police report. Never coming back for sure. Thank you.

Negative experience: Went to the steam room , to find a middle age man ,putting the towel over the temperature box that makes steam, he continued to do this for 30 minutes life guards on duty , like 4 of them did nothing, big disappointment with those workers that did not do their job as they continued to talk among each other and laugh, waste my time and money, plus change rooms are filthy, diapers on floor and toilet paper, will not go back !!!

Fantastic experience: Nice poolside area, lots of gym equipments & very Helpful staff.

Positive experience: It's pretty good. Nice indoor playground and swimming pool, also good gym space as well. But the floors are quite slippery and sometimes the hygiene is quite low on a scale. I went here for swimming lessons and they're actually quite good! Nice skating rinks as well.

Lyndsay B 1 year ago

Negative experience: They need to focus more on hygiene in their change rooms and in the changing areas. They need to provide more staff supervision in those areas to keep people off of their cell phones. They also need to clean the floors frequently! At the pool and around it’s very slippery too. Over all just gross

Negative experience: I would like to share my terrible experience with Customer Service in Terwillegar Recreation Centre. Firstly, the Filipino lady was too rude to me. She was yelling at me and then just ignoring me. She basically started speaking with another person and completely ignoring me. I would recommend to fire her as soon as possible. Thank you

Kyle Murray 1 year ago

Positive experience: Nice facility for the family, but a bit disappointing that they charge a 4 day old to go into the kids play gym to just sleep in her stroller while her brother plays. They claim it is to keep a head count for the fire Marshall… airlines seem to be able to keep a head count without charging.

Negative experience: Worst rec center in Edmonton. Go to meadows, it’s 10x better. Even mill woods one is better!

Chase 1 year ago

Negative experience: Canceled my membership after 3 years today because this rec center can't decide what rules and policies it wants to have in place, changes week to week and every rec center is different apparently.

Negative experience: Today, April 11th they let inside a drunk guy. 7pm So, this place is not safe anymore P.S. reply for the comment of TRC: OK then, Tomorrow me and my friends will come drunk there as well. If it’s allowed for one guy- it is allowed for all then.

Jakes 1 year ago

Negative experience: - Quite a few problems with the staff so if you don't want to read my essay read this : If you are coming here to work out , or go to the pool or the basketball courts or generally anything , just don't. The staff will belittle you , and treat you like garbage. Always came here when I was little. Its a great pool and perhaps one of the biggest indoor pools in Edmonton included with a 12 ft diving platform +4 others. But I honestly have gotten fed up with this place. Every time I came here there was a new problem and the staff could care less. Had my wallet stolen from a free "secure" locker in the locker rooms and they did nothing about it. "Lost and Stolen items are not our responsibility" even though its in a locker. And the lifeguards within the pool area clearly have some problems. Forsay , if you went down the slide with more than 1 person the lifeguards would insult you , belittle you , and kick you out. They could always explain that you cant do that in a calm manner but I don't think they know how to do that. If you also decide to play pass with a ball in the pool and the ball accidently hits another swimmer, guess what? they will kick you out with no regards. These lifeguards have to much of a power trip in all of the name of "safety" But that's a lie. If you want to come to an indoor pool especially the terwillegar rec , just dont.

Negative experience: Showed up to buy bus passes 10 minutes before closing time was told they will not do it process. I Waited in line and showed up to the counter one minute before closing was refused service because they had issued a cut off point before hand, even though it was not even 8 PM. Hot tub is constantly in a state of need of repair, dirty water, dirty change in floors

Sukhdeep Singh 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Prisalla, She is responsive and efficient in customer service. I went to Terwillegar customer care desk, and Prisalla attended to my query. While leaving the desk, I forgot my belongings. Later, she ensured it's kept in safe custody and returned to me later.

Kasa Wang 1 year ago

Negative experience: Be cautious about the germs there!!!! All the sitting areas are not clean because a staff there clearly told me that there is nothing wrong on stepping or even standing on the sitting benches, after I'd reported a man stepping on the bench in his dirty shoe where we were sitting on. And don't try to report any inappropriate stuff to the counter staff. You could end up being taken away by the security and banned from entering the centre. No one wants to sit on a bench contaminated by dirty shoes especially this kind of weather when bacteria and germs thrive from melting snow. Nightmare. I will never want to come here anymore. Very insulting experience!!!!!

Negative experience: There is no nursing room. My wife went there with my little baby. She could not find a place for breast feeding

Dale Alton 1 year ago

Negative experience: Letting men in bathing suits into the girls change room, protects an ideology more than our children. How do we know this person was trans versus just presenting as such for a perverse and self gratifying reasons? The faculty, using the excuse of trans rights, while ignoring their responsibility to avoid trauma to young girls and their families is atrocious. Bad form.... Let the Twillever management know if you disagree with letting men into the girls change rooms at the discrestion of unknown men.

Positive experience: Massive hockey arena sponsored by Subway. Great for the kids

Ian Hickle 1 year ago

Positive experience: The layout of the change rooms entrance and change rooms are way to small and seems to have been overlooked during the design phase. It's too tight and is a congestion point even when it's not busy.

Positive experience: The lady at the front desk today family day for swimming with long hair and glasses clearly hates her job and probably doesn’t like kids . Not welcoming at all . My child didn’t understand to go up the stairs and was being silly jumping and she said “ you can jump all you want I’m not gonna to give you a wrist band” in the rudest tone like communicate with the child don’t be so stuck up and rude your the face of the building and your giving it bad vibes . Anyways the pool was a lot of fun first time going and will be back

Negative experience: The receptions or the information desk has no idea what programs they have and they have no idea if you are registered it or not they will ask you for receipt over and over every time you came in they make you late for you for glasses my son lost his swimming session when he was there they need approve of payments every time you go and it's really really bad and I don't recommend

John Markston 1 year ago

Positive experience: I am there almost everyday and the staff are always extremely nice and helpful, the lifeguards and rink attendants are always great and the front desk staff at the entrances and gym are always awesome, except the one lady with red and curly hair, she is extremely rude and rarely ever pleasant to deal with.

Glenn MacDonald 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I have a feeling that the one star reviews for this page are written by chronic complainers who have lots of one star reviews everywhere. The complaints I've read so far are mostly just ridiculous. This is a great facility, whose only drawback is its own popularity. Parking can be difficult and the pool is usually quite busy, but what do I do? Get mad at the rec center for making a place where people want to go? These are signs of success, not something to be admonished. Keep up the good work, guys.

Negative experience: The amenities are disgusting and dirty hair and dirt all over the change rooms the toilets look like they’re never clean people spitting and blowing their nose all over the floor. Hairs floating in the pool all over and the staff hardly ever clean the place. It’s too bad it used to be one of the cleanest nicest rec centres in Edmonton. Now it’s one of the dirtiest and the grossest.

Andrew Rys 1 year ago

Negative experience: The Pool area is a Joke and Too many People overflowing it most days and Change rooms Dirty and overcrowded and unusable. The hot tub was Gross and Swim was a joke pool with Broken waves or no waves that never work or they just don’t care after a hard time this pool has Really gone downhill. The Group Fitness is ok but Careful in the change rooms or just prepare before you go. Try Confederation or Any other Pool then this pool. I did Complain about the pool or the Dirty rooms Staff didn’t Care and I just walked away

Negative experience: I don’t know if Terwillegar is a racist establishment or if only Brittany is. But I believe she must have been emboldened by her establishment’s covert policies. I was at the pool side and asked a lifeguard if it was okay to dive in the deep middle pool and he said it was. So I dived and was front-crawling when Brittany stopped me in the middle of the water to say I can’t dive. I told her I asked a lifeguard and was told it was okay to. She then said that particular diving is not allowed for people who can’t swim. I was literally in the pool, swimming, before she stopped me and still in the pool throughout the entire conversation. I told her she doesn’t have to worry about that as I took swimming lessons in another facility and graduated and can indeed swim. She said I can’t do it except in class. So I asked what to do when I forget the skill and then I am in a situation when I needed it? Should I just drown because after spending my time and money to learn life-saving skills, I tucked it away because Brittany said so, now I am drowning and panicking and can’t save myself. Then she said it is not allowed for children. I asked why we were continuing to have this conversation when I am obviously not a child. So she said she will give me an exception because I am an adult. I started to wonder why I needed her to “allow” me when she didn’t even have to talk to me in the first place. I believe what Brittany wanted to say really is “how dare you be in the pool?” Mind you, I am the only dark skin person in the deep pools. This happened 3 days ago and I still can’t sleep, forever traumatized by Brittany and her minion, Sarah. It’s difficult enough being in the pool at Terwillegar and having it gradually be empty as you’re in, but contending with a uniformed person policing you, and covertly telling you “you don’t belong here” is terribly disgusting, a canon event I don’t wish on anyone.

Positive experience: I enjoy going to activities at Twerlligar because it is close to home. I participate in Pilates, Essentrics, Yoga, Living Fit, Cycle and Pickleball and am pleased with all instructors. My concerns are that if attitude of certain attendees who behave rudely during classes and activities. They are late in arriving, insist on relocating yourself to accommodate them because they are late, yet there is plenty of room towards the back, do not cleanse their equipment after usage, interrupt and speak while the instructor is conducting a class, return items to the bin while the instructor is still teaching, remove names from a set game for pickleball, which leaves players with no one to play with due to their favoritism, etc. I find this all rude and disrespectful and, therefore, a reminder should be noted on the wall for everyone's sake. Or the instructor should say something at the front end of the class or at the end. I'm aware there is a billboard on the pickleball court and most participants can read English, but choose to ignore message. Their attitude and aggressiveness ruins it for others who are there to have fun and not simply to compete.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym facility. I'll be coming here over GoodLife; GoodLife is just way too expensive now. More equipment at terwillegar than the last time I came a number of years ago. The facility is starting to show signs of aging though. Not a fan of the lockers with codes, I'd rather use my own lock but I can see there being less chances of someone breaking into lockers this way. Plenty of parking in the evening. When hockey season is on, parking is very challenging. Rates are very reasonable. If you are a City employee or get city discounts with your employer it's worth getting a pass. Best deal out there now.

Positive experience: Bathroom is nasty in family bathroom. They need more bathrooms then just 1 stall. Rude teenagers using swear words in the entrance fooling around not being mindful of people going or entering. They should have a security in the entrances. Other than these two suggestions its great.

Negative experience: SOME of the staff were helpful towards me today when my bag was stolen in the locker room and my car keys wallet and ID were all taken. What bothers me most is the fact that this facility has had a car stolen from this place last Thursday same instance..many other cars stolen by a 14 year old boy and there isn't a single warning notice or information about this to keep people aware and it keeps happening! Where is the prevention action taken by the city or the facility to keep its members and users safe from theft??? I'm so upset that this person has my address and the key to my vehicle. It's just a headache to replace the cards etc but they know where I live and can come take my car whenever. I will never visit this place again.

Positive experience: My husband and I waited in line for 10 minutes to purchase memberships. We were the only people in line and when it was our turn, the staff member Anna, put up the register CLOSED sign and left (presumably to go for lunch as it was 11:40) Thankfully staff member Karen W. offered to help us even though she wasn’t responsible for registration. Karen was amazing, very professional, and went over and above to help us out. (She had witnessed Anna’s poor and unprofessional treatment of us.) Thank you Karen W. for being so kind and helpful. The facility is excellent and we will continue to enjoy it.

Fantastic experience: Nice rinks, change rooms, and overall facility. Probably one of the best Edmonton Facilities. Bit of a walk when carrying gear, but it's a pretty big building with a big parking lot so it's to be expected.

Solange Schau 2 years ago

Fantastic experience: This is my favourite rec centre in the city. It has ample parking, both regular and accessible. It's always clean and so many people use it that has to be hard. I never have a bad experience here. I love their pool, likely the best in the city. Wave pool, lazy river, diving pools, sauna, hot tub... ample amenities at this location. The staff are always friendly and understanding as well.

Positive experience: Good place to go for casual people like myself. Gym is not perfect, but it's better than the ones I've been so far. They have enough equipment that I hardly need to wait to use something, even on peak hours. Changing room need some loving though, I advise wearing flipflops or something. Never been in the pools but steam room is nice. What sold me is the fact that if I want to cancel my membership it's hassle free.

Positive experience: I don’t live in the south but love coming here. There is a swimming pool, 3 gyms, workout centre and 4 hockey rinks. Parking can be hard in the winter time because of the hockey tournament.

Dion 2 years ago

Negative experience: Don't believe any of the good reviews here as far as the aquatic area goes. The place is a toilet. Water is gross, change rooms are gross, and It's over capacity. People loitering there endlessly. 20 families of 6 kids, just doing whatever. While the rest of the family, and another 4 of their adult friends take up every seat, leaving their garbage everywhere, and just sitting there for hours on end. Never again.

A G 2 years ago

Negative experience: Great pool but the lifeguards either don't care at all or are very dim. 4 teenage boys were punching eachother, having eachother by the necks and holding them down in the water, almost hit my daughter. The lifeguards just stood there and watched. This went on for at least 15-20 minutes. At one point, there was a wide circle around them, people were all standing there watching and moving out of the way so they didn't get hit. That's when I got my kids and left. Unbelievable.

Steve 2 years ago

Positive experience: I go here to use the gym and not much else and they have lots of equipment but the parking lot sometimes it's hard to find parking and ever since they got a high school next door and they have the new youth membership for like twenty bucks a month and there's a million kids there which makes it tough to get in and out of there quick on alot of days. I got the monthly pass because I figured I could go swimming and use the steam room but I find a barely ever use any of that stuff so I might have to go check out GoodLife fitness because it's cheaper with less congestion. Other than that it's a good facility with friendly staff.

Positive experience: Drove 2hrs to visit steamy p00. It was a wonderful experience, for the most part. The steamy p00 as described was indeed very steamy, and there was a fair amount of p00, which pleased me. However, due to not having a great memory, I left my sunroof open. When I returned, there was also steamy p00 in my vehicle. During the process of wiping it up off my center console and seats, I suffered some pretty bad steam burns from the p00, and the smell lingered for the drive home. Hands down, I would return, but make sure all my windows are closed. The staff were pleasant. Expectations of the steamy p00 on my windshield were surpassed. Highly recommend making the trip to get steamy p00 on your windshield!

Fantastic experience: Best steamy p00 by far. I really recommend asking for a double dose of steamy p00 on an windshield. My husband was in horror honestly how could they not give extra to him for free!!! Either way 10/10 steamy p00 with just enough corn.

Fantastic experience: Sauna was excellent. Steamy as promised. Customer service was also excellent and as described. I'd even take my dog here. Only complaint was that the p00 was not steamy as described.

Negative experience: I went into the rec centre, as the facilities there are really nice. however, someone took a p00 on my windshield while I was working out. The p00 was everywhere! I couldn't drive home because of the steamy p00 on the windshield as it covered the entire front window!

Positive experience: We took our grandsonnie to hockey practice here. 4 rinks with elevator access to the viewing decks. Lots to do here. The Second Cup Cafe has awesome Americanos!

Fantastic experience: A great facility with a huge swimming pool, fancy water slide, gym, and much more. Reception staff are very kind and helpful.

Positive experience: Our everyday spot now, especially for our infant who spends time in the play room and the kiddie pool. Massive facility, staff is mostly good barring a few grumpy people. Facilities are good, can be maintained a bit better. Changing rooms at the pool need cleaning more often, kids tend to pee in there and it's nasty sometimes ! Also, when you get out of the pool, there is a cold draft of air , making it extremely uncomfortable, wish someone could fix it. These are the only reasons I am giving this a 4/5.

Negative experience: First time here with my 5 year old today. Pluses: lazy river, waterslide, indoor playground, second cup, and a booster juice Negative: Family change rooms smelled of sewage and also did not have bathroom stalls. Also, as we were swimming next to the pool skimmers I kept getting whiffs of sewage as well. We probably won't be back until this issue is fixed... it's pretty gross. And the hot tub was closed. To add to the negatives, as it's located right next to a high school, we made the mistake of leaving around 3:30pm on a weekday and we're faced with a major backlog of traffic to exit from the parking lot onto the street. This problem would be easily solved by either putting a 4 way stop sign or installing a set of lights there. That should probably be addressed sooner rather than later.

Negative experience: Very disappointed the changing rooms smelled of urine, the pool was cloudy, and the hot tub was not in use.. surprisingly the slide was working and the wave machine wasnt working like always. Not to mention the cold breeze. Do not recommend this facility

Negative experience: So many things that were disappointing at my last visit there like. -The family changing rooms were disgusting, literally smelt like urine. -The hot tub was closed. -2 diving boards were out of order. -the swimming water was polluted. That will be the last time going to this rec centre.

Negative experience: Bad experience with admin stuff. I was here for ONE day admission to indoor playground. Lined up on the "admission" line. As want to know if the monthly membership offers better value and being told "if you want know information about the membership, you should line up on the other side. This is for Admission ONLY". Wa.......I do remember this staff's name, but don't want to share. Miss the staff before COVID as has way better experience with them.

Fantastic experience: Had so much fun so many things to do inside the rec centre price is good pools nice warmer water than most. Restaurants inside too so it’s a one stop shop.

Fantastic experience: Similar to another review, the cleanliness of the pool and floors in the change rooms does leave a bit to be desired at times. Though it is mainly due to volume of people. Otherwise, Me and others really enjoy Terwillegar
