Fantastic experience: I have been a member since I was a teenager and really enjoy the facilities ! 1. I love the diversity of the classes-allows me to change up my routine and challenge my body 2. Enjoy the flexibility of the times when I can come in as a student! I always am able to come in and find machines or join classes based on time slots that work to my schedule 3. HOT YOGA- I am a huge yoga fanatic. It makes it so easy for me to workout and go attend yoga classes at the same facility! I think the instructors are great and it is always a challenging and mindful experience! 4. Clean, environment; great equipment- great machines that work well are available to me and the facilities are always well taken care of and maintained. 5. Staff is lovely and so friendly and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: This is a reply to Sandhu Navpreets review. Carpets are meant for wiping your feet. When you refuse to take your shoes off and track in mud and rocks it damages the machines and equipment. Also I don't like stepping in the puddles left by your shoes. The ladies at the desk are giving great customer service when they remind you to take your shoes off. She did nothing wrong and was not rude at all.

Fantastic experience: So far I really like the Shapes on Narin as my main location! Everyone is so nice and friendly as well as helpful. I am really enjoying the newer equipment as its easy to use and all level adaptable. It's also really nice to have child care offered so I can bring my 4 month old and have him in a safe area well I can do my workout.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Really like working out here. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers. Plus all the new equipment they brought in is insanely good. Their protocols with covid are great as well to help maintain safety. Keep up the great work .

Fantastic experience: Jyoti is simply THE best! She watches my baby girl in the daycare and we always love seeing her. She is so great with all the kids, most times a few of us moms come in to daycare after a workout and all the babies are fed and napping, magic! I truly appreciate all Jyoti does for my daughter and I. Then there is Shelby, she is also SO great. Such a pleasure to see her smiling face every morning. She is always helpful and knowledgeable of all things Shapes. If you're looking for a new gym, Shapes Nairn has the best people there! Thank you JYOTi and SHELBY ❤

Fantastic experience: Yo it’s really awesome coming to the gym and being welcomed by postive energy, good laughter and a joys person, it puts you in a really good mindset for the gym, and ready for the lift. And this lovely person named Britney is always the one providing need this mood, with a inviting and encouraging smile looks at you, and you feel the present of a friend. She keeps things professional and does it in a way that you feel understood and respected.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The machines are good, the facility is really fun and I love the classes. The people who go there are awesome and the staff are great too, including Britney.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy the programs that shapes has to offer. Today I took the Barre class it is excellent and a thorough workout. I looked up another facility for Barre classes and the cost was $17 for a drop in I get the same workout at shapes for only $3 a week. For those of you who haven’t tried the Barre class it is amazing it’s a mix of yoga pilates some cardio, stretching, and of course work at the Barr. The instructor has plenty of modifications for those with injuries or limitations. The hot yoga classes are affordable and taught by exceptional instructors. The facility is always clean and well maintained

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually do reviews but was very impressed, my wife and I have been shopping around different gyms and recently stopped in and Britney explained all the membership options and made everything very easy to understand compared to other gyms! We will be joining this gym!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite of the 3 coeds to attend. The manager Aura runs her club very well and her staff (Janet, Bella and Britney) are always smiling and they take the time to get to know their members. Another thing I love is that the club is always improving. From the Queenax area to the new squat rack (which is a great addition to the gym because for someone who is tall, using the squat cage can be hard on the knees/back/shoulders). I would recommend this club to to just about anyone. Kee it up

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. The staff is friendly and always has a smile and a hello. The members are friendly. The equipment is always fixed in a timely fashion if broken. There is lots of equipment to choose from. A very nice locker room with amenities. I live outside of Winnipeg, it's definitely worth the drive in.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in the city. Been to many other gyms in the city and this is my favourite. Not overly crowded, lots of equipment so you almost never have to wait for machines or dumbbells. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: All the ladies at the front desk are super helpful we had a coupon for a 6 day dollar trial and the lady gave us a free week pass and then told us to come sign up . We made the appointment and we got a really great deal for both our memberships . The facility itself is super clean spacious 24/7 which is super convenient for me as I do shift work . I can’t wait to start my new journey and look forward to all the sweaty times ahead !

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about our shapes experience. I have worked out at a number of gyms over the years and this has to be one of the best run gyms I've been to. The the staff is friendly and professional. The facility is well kept and clean. There is a good assortment of very nice equipment. A real pleasure to be a member there.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this shapes since September and have been enrolled in the buddy training program with my fiancee, our instructor Carlos is fantastic, he pushes us just over our limit every time and knows when we've had enough. The space is very clean and well kept thanks to strong policies when members use exercise machines. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Happy to keep coming to this location.

Fantastic experience: I've been a Shapes member for about 2 years now, and I love it! Not going to lie, there was a hiccup when I first started as the recruiter/reception Rachel was very pushy and aggressive. I'd had a coupon for a free week there, and was not looking to purchase a membership at that moment. I don't regret that, but she was awfully put out that I insisted on reading everything before signing, and from what I heard, she had complained after I left about that. She also took an attitude after I cancelled the trainer within their 7 day limit, insisting I would NEED a trainer because I wouldn't stay motivated on my own. As I said...2 years later... But I don't think Rachel is there anymore, so I'm comfortable with giving 5 stars. Aura is an awesome manager. She helped me freeze my membership and waive the original fee when she noticed that I was actually going for surgery. Their fee policy is in the agreement, so I felt she went above and beyond. The facility is pretty well maintained. The only issue I'd have at this point is weight not being put back and machines not being wiped down, but that is just due to other inconsiderate members and is not the fault of the staff themselves.

Fantastic experience: I love Shapes! For the cost of a membership comparing to other gyms Shapes is very attractive. There are many classes to chose from, although there could be a few more at Nairn, but aside from that I find the instructors are so personable and excellent at what they do. They gym itself is very clean as the washrooms are too. They have done many upgrades to this gym as well. The staff is friendly and helpful.. some a little more than others but overall an excellent place to go!!

Fantastic experience: I use the gym regularly and it’s something I look forward to. I like to try different gyms around the city on the weekends. Snap and Anytime are pretty much the same; not much space, only one of each machine, but a higher level of equipment. The Wellness Center for me is great. There's a decent variety of machines, sauna and changing rooms are awesome; but the weight room is limited. GoodLife is in a bracket of its own, people seem to either really like it or really dislike it for whatever reason. All of the gyms I visit are fine in their own right. But the reason I keep going back to Shapes Regent is because of the people. It starts with the staff. Aura, Janet, Jyoti and Alyssia always have my best interests at heart. They always ask how my day was and even on the worst of days, they can draw a smile. If I’ve ever needed any help lifting up some of the heavier weights in the gym they are always there to have my back. Thanks Guys. It finishes with the other gym users. I go to Shapes Regent in the morning and in the evening. So I see two different crowds almost every day. Everyone is always polite, friendly and respectful. The best part is I never have issues with sharing machines. On the odd occasion people do need to share, its always done in a respectful and polite manner. (This is partly because Shapes Regent has almost 2 of every weight machine or free weight you require.) Cheers to everyone involved at Shapes Regent. Lovely stuff.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a year now and I got nothing to say except great things! I've joined with a couple of my friends back in 2017 and the experience was great! I never felt like I was being forced to join and the best part is that they also gave me a great deal with what memebership to choose after they heard my situation with my injury as well as my financial budget. So fast forward a year later im still loving the place, I'm working on my goal with a great trainer named Cindy (honestly check her out if you are thinking about getting a trainer, she is very knowledgeable and hella friendly! ) and I would like to especially thank Aura as well as the other managers because beside being very friendly and helpful, they make me feel like a family and that's great customer service in my eyes! Keep it up Shapes (Nairn)! I wish you continued success!

Fantastic experience: The places are always clean. The staff are always well-groomed and pleasant to be around. Lots of classes. I really like going there, and get motivated by seeing other people working out as well. I find my monthly membership very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Solid gym with a spacious layout so you don't feel jammed in like some other gyms. The recent renovations have improved the overall experience of being a shapes member. Everything you need in a fitness center.
