Fantastic experience: I love going to this gym. Its my best part of the day plus the host is so nice. Harry is really nice person and he manage the gym really well. A nice person and a perfect employee anyone can have.

He was so kind and helpful, he answered all my questions and made my experience 10x better than I expected. As for the gym, it was clean and well kept with wide selections of machines! So glad I moved gyms!

Fantastic experience: I just signed up for Goodlife and the tour by Riley was great! My group of 3 ended up all getting memberships on the spot. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a friendly and encouraging environment. Harry helped us sign up and was amazing and super funny, time flied during the sign up process!

Negative experience: The reason to get this gym is 24 hrs, so far we don’t need mask anymore why the gym become close ever earlier. Weekend is the most time we have beside work and close like 8:30pm! Doesn’t make any sense!

Fantastic experience: Waking up early to go to the gym is not an easy task, but knowing that you are going to a place with a very nice infrastructure/equipments it helps, but if you really want to know why this place deserves a 5 start review it is because of its employees. Having people like Luca, Jeremy, Katie and Dana in the morning crew it is plus. Rest assured that they will receive you with a big smile and a positive attitude that will help you to push harder. These people makes this gym to go beyond a regular gym. I'm really happy about it and I think you(reader) should give it a try. I'm pretty you will not regret.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the GoodLife's and other gyms I have been to, this is by far the best out of them all. I think one of the main reason’s I go to this location is for the atmosphere and the amazing, friendly, and motivating morning crew. Luca, Jeremy, Katie, and Dana will always greet you with a big smile, a positive attitude and will motivate you to push hard that day when you would rather be in bed counting sheep then working out.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to this location of GoodLife. One of the best and my personal favourite. It’s always clean and organized. The staff is absolutely brilliant. Especially Harry he is one the best ones there always motivating others in the gym he is great making sure gym is absolutely clean. I always seen working hard. All other staff are also amazing there it’s great groups of people. I have made so many friends in this location. It feels like home here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years! The staff is wonderful, very kind and friendly; Harry always greets me when I come in . The gym itself is clean. Recently I acquired about a personal trainer and I was assigned to Vivian... let me tell you, if you want someone to push you hard and "die at the gym" she is your go to! She's pretty amazing and every session I have with her I'm wobbling down the stairs and covered in sweat.

No deadlift platforms, and it's a bit small/tight, but overall my favorite place in Winnipeg to work out. Handled the covid restrictions well, and they are always friendly and fair.

Fantastic experience: I started off my experience with a tour of the facility, and right from the get go I was blown AWAY. I was greeted by Brock and I must say he was BRILLIANT! I could tell by his speaking style that he was very passionate about fitness and health. He showed me the facility and all the excellent equipment and services that they offer. I originally was a bit wary about how the "Gym Life" would work during this COVID-19 pandemic, but he took me through all the safety practices that GoodLife has put in place and put my worries to rest.

Fantastic experience: Went into this gym with interest of getting a personal trainer. I was highly unmotivated and unsure about the gym environment with limited experience. The fitness advisors brought me through an extensive and thorough evaluation of what I wanted out of the gym, and what goals I am hoping to achieve. They are thorough enough that they can help me pinpoint realistic health goals while not prying into personal information. Very respecful. I had Aaron Fung as my personal trainer, and without exaggeration, I can say that he has changed my life. He not only gave me many tips on tracking my workouts and my progress, but he also gave me many helpful suggestions on everything I do outside of the gym concerning my lifestyle, such as my daily physicals activity, my eating habits, water intake, and everything else you can think of that will make you both physically better! When tracking my progress, he offers easy to understand charts to visually see my progress, as well as giving encouragement if I don't necessarily see progress instantly. I highly recommend GoodLife to turn your physical health around!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 best gym in Winnipeg. They've got all the necessary equipment for whatever your goal is, and on top of that, it's constantly cleaned and organized. They've also got amazing associates that are both friendly and responsible, keeping the vibes positive and COVID tests negative.

Fantastic experience: Great 24hr gym. Worth it for $24/biweekly corporate rate I pay. Pay for the whole year upfront and it's $22/biweekly including towel service. They include the red Good Life bag for free when you sign up, also a water bottle or book. Tons of classes for free including Yoga. Great deal for a great facility can't wait for the new flagship one on Waverly to open up.

Fantastic experience: My experience with goodlife is been Awesome! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers and Staff (especially HARRy) and awesome music create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, appointments for workout timings, water and most importantly they smiled every time i come to gym. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

Fantastic experience: This is the best and safest gym in the city, been to other big gyms around the city but this one so far is the best one. The entire staff welcomes you with great attitude. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a fitness centre, where you are treated like a King by the staff, and super friendly members, Goodlife at Kenaston will not only beat it, but raise the bar super high. I have tried other centers in the city and in other provinces, but I have been coming back to Goodlife for last 7 years. Moving to Winnipeg from Calgary was a huge change, however, Goodlife made it easy and warm welcome. Adam was the first person I met here, hooked me up with a pretty good deal, including membership and personal training. My personal trainer, Aaron, is the EXPERT in personal training. Not only did he offer 24X7 help, worked on my form, but tailored exercises to my need. In the morning, you will be greeted by a superb smile by Jeremy, and by Harry in the evenings. Apart from that, there are other staff members in the gym, which are literally there for you. Dear Goodlife, this is my post for the appreciation for the services I have received. I cannot believe how many people are going to signup for the club, which will make it difficult for us to book a workout.

Positive experience: I just started at GoodLife in July, so I'm coming in at a strange time with everything going on right now. My experience has been very good so far, though! I'm very impressed with the cleanliness and how GoodLife is managing all the requirements around capacity, cleanliness, and physical spacing. I've been going to both Kenaston and Grant Park and it's been great. The staff comes in right after each class and cleans everything. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. All of the instructors have been excellent, but I want to single out Stephen, who I had for a Ride class and a BodyAttack class. He was a great instructor and kept me motivated through the whole thing! Angela and Joanna (who I've had at Grant Park) are also postive, energetic instructors who make classes fun. I have had a great experience overall and have really enjoyed GoodLife so far. But there is one problem: Some classes seem to be impossible to book. I have heard others talking about this, too. This is not specific to this location. After the first BodyAttack class that I attended, I haven't been able to book either BodyAttack or BodyCombat (I haven't been able to book one of these at all yet). As I understand it, class bookings are available one week before the class, starting at midnight. I tried once at 6:00am the first morning booking was available and the class was already full. Last night I happened to wake up at 1:30am and tried to book a class that had become available for booking at midnight. It was already full. I emailed the manager last week and asked if additional classes were going to be scheduled, and he said that due to restrictions no more classes will be added right now. That's understandable under the circumstances, but is there any way to make it easier for people to book these classes? Maybe a waiting list for full classes so that if there are cancellations, others who are waiting automatically get added? Penalties for cancelling bookings on specific classes that are extremely popular? The second really only makes sense if there are people booking the classes as soon as they're available and holding the spot until they decide if they want it or not. Maybe that's not what's happening? Again, my experience so far has been very good other than this booking issue. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: The assistant manager was super helpful and thoroughly explained all my options for my membership. She even re-explained the stuff that I didn’t understand. She was super nice, patient and really seemed to care about what works for me.

Negative experience: I like going to this gym because its on my way to work, but lately staff from the front desk specially the blonde young girl has an attitude. I have a towel service and every time i ask her she looks like she mad. So now i just try going to grant park seems like the staff there are friendly and nice unlike in kenaston. I hope when they move to bishop they will change the front desk ladies.

People are friendly, nobody I saw leaves their machine without cleaning it and the Customer Service is pretty nice and helpful. Especially when I forgot once my lock and the nice lady let me leave my bag in the counter area with her watching it while I worked out. Very nice!

Negative experience: One year contact, after one year, wanna cancel, charge you extra one times. They said give them two weeks to do cancel process but you still pay the bill for the two weeks. Go other fitness, even don’t have much branch, but don’t fool you.

Negative experience: When I signed up I told them that I didn’t want a year membership because I was going to have a c-section and would have to stop going for a few months. They made me understand that I would only have to pay cancelation fees if I had personal training. I told them that there were a lot of complaints about cancelation fees in the reviews. They said to not believe the reviews. Today I canceled and had to pay a cancelation fee. Don’t trust the sales person there. They will say anything to sign you up. I have explained my situation to the costumer service and in person, nothing was done.

Positive experience: Very average gym. They have anything you could need but very small. I much prefer Grant Park's Goodlife (except its not 24/7) because they're nice and open there. However, this is close to my house and can't really complain too too much about it.

Negative experience: Can you guys fix the stair machines at some point this year? It's been months and half of them are always under maintenance..

Negative experience: terrible. At very first, I told them I need to like suspend account sometimes, as I need to leave the city and travel around or work. And they said they can suspend my account at low anytime. But, when I actually went to the front desk they refused to do the suspension, because my account is less than a year but they never told me this restriction. So, I have paid like $700 before I can cancel my account and I actually barely used gym. FXXKING worst service!!!!!!! Liar!!!!!!

Negative experience: Thugs. Twice cheated on contracts. Will tell you any lie to make you sign. And then they will deny everything. Fines for cancellation are absurd. Avoid!

Positive experience: I enjoy this location because it's smaller and seems less busy. Usually here later at night. After 10pm. Staff is super friendly and place is always clean. Wish they had a bigger mirror in the tanning room but definitely not a big deal.

Negative experience: When I first set up for the membership services, I was not told that I cannot cancel the service within the first year. I first called to pause my service when I had a vacation and the agent told me I could hold my service but I cannot cancel it now. Today I called to hold my service again and agent told me I could pay $99 for the early cancellation fee to cancel it earlier. And also if I keep the membership the period extend to June next year since I have 5 months to hold my service. I know I am just one of your millions of customers and you probably don’t care much, but I still think this is very unacceptable. I have the right to know EVERY policy rule up front when I tried to sign up for membership and the sales should not try to hide any disadvantage of the policy just for the commission.

Positive experience: Very nice layout however equipment is in need of upgrading. Weights and machines seem alot older and worn out than other goodlife locations. Atmosphere is not as good as other locations due to the older looking equipment and and it feels a bit more cramped with the lower ceilings, not giving a nice open feel to the gym. Lots of good cardio equipment. Good selection of machines and free weights but the overall feel is not as good as other locations.

This facility also offers 24-hour service except on holidays so that's always a plus. The personal trainers that work there are also super friendly and are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. All in all, the prices for the membership are quite affordable for the amount of services you are receiving.
