Fantastic experience: I CANNOT express my GRATITUDE enough. I am living PROOF that WCF is life CHANGING. On October 30,2022 I attempted the PREP test for police and dropped out of the test at level 5 - 1/2 ….. I was extremely depressed and had no clue what to do next …. Miraculously I noticed WCF’s sign outside Carrots and Dates - and just like that November 01,2022 I joined WINDSOR CROSSFIT …. Consistently showing up at 5:30am class and On July 14,2023 I PASSED the PREP test for Windsor Police and on to the next stage of hiring process…. If you KNOW… you KNOW how difficult it is to pass especially for WOMEN … BUT WINDSOR CROSSFIT does not DISCRIMINATE TRAINING alongside people EVERYDAY who wake up early THROW-DOWN in the BOX and head to work right after. The most HUMBLE people I have ever had the opportunity to get to know. WCF…. WELCOMED me with open arms and the COACHES are sweating with you EVERY STEP of the way. Some of the most KNOWLEDGABLE coaches in this city are HOME to WCF and I cannot THANK YOU enough. Each of you have SUPPORTED me throughout my weight-loss journey and I am so PROUD to say that I belong to this COMMUNITY. Since I started I have successfully lost 35lb in 9 months and gained a FAMILY in the process. WCF is the BEST CROSSFIT COMPANY in my OPINION and ACCEPTING of ALL people. There is something for EVERYONE. Cant thank you enough from the bottom of my deepest squat clean, for helping me achieve my GOALS.

Fantastic experience: Just finishing up one year at WCF and very pleased! As a 'senior' athlete (they call it Masters - which sounds so much better!) they push me hard. Every work out is a challenge and I love it! A welcoming community - great coaches - very glad I was invited to join.

All the workouts can be modified to your skill level as well as your health limitations. All the Coaches are there to make sure you do your personal best and they are fantastic. Trust me when I say I know how tough it is to try something new but you only grow though putting yourself in uncomfortable situations. All you need is to come out for one class and you’ll understand

Fantastic experience: The coaches at Windsor CrossFit are awesome! They will make you feel welcome and modify moves for your specific skill level. At the same time they will motivate you to try new things that fall within your fitness level, never making you feel dumb or ashamed of your knowledge/lack there of. I have never worked out as hard as I did at Windsor CrossFit - that place is super motivating and I recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Started at Windsor CrossFit in December 2022 and have nothing but great things to say about it. The coaches are very helpful and always push you to do your best aswell as the other members. If you feel “intimidated” to go like I did, just try it out and you will be welcomed by everybody. Be prepared to accomplish new movements that you have never done before. I highly recommend Windsor CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: The vibe here is AMAZING! The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive and are more than excited to share their passion with newcomers. The fellow members have adopted a “no man left behind” mentality and cheer-on/offer encouragement to everyone else in the WOD. Newcomers go from being shy and nervous to one of the crew by the end of their first workout!

Fantastic experience: 3rd time to drop in class last wednesday and every time I go in the WOD is different and it is always fun, exciting to go in. Coaches are so supportive and people who you workout with are motivating. Those are the kind of people you want to be around if you wanna feel great in mind and body. Friendly and approacheable. Coaches, Rick and Kim are so nice, if you are new they will guide you. At first, I was hesitant but everyone makes you feel welcome and it keeps me coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: Best box I've been to. Staff is attentive and members are welcoming. Top notch facility with high roofs that allow you to do proper rope climbs. Separate olympic lifting area. Tons of equipment to accomodate the class no need to substitute movements for lack of bars, kettlebells, bikes, rowers etc. Even have a shower and a health concious vending machine. You can't get it all in with just one visit.

Fantastic experience: I love working out here. My coach Lauren is awesome. She always pushes me to the farthest of my abilities. The classes aren't too hard, that you can't keep up but not too easy where you don't have to try. Crossfit is a high intensity workout and it is so addicting. You begin to look forward to the workout because after your workout, you feel like you're on top of the world.

Fantastic experience: I travel to Windsor a lot and love when I get the opportunity to bc I love this crossfit so much! They literally feel like family! Coaching staff really listens and happily answers any questions I have. They really seem to enjoy what they do and give everyone such an individual and personal approach to their own fitness goals which is rare and puts everyone else at ease. When I started I couldn't do 5 push ups or 5 ring rows, I could only lift an empty barbel. Now I am happy to see major progress! I have never felt more energy, stronger, more positive and happier! Fantastic experience: Been going to WCF for a couple months now and just love it! My personal trainer is very educated with the different work outs that we do. I have some personal health issues and she works with them to better strengthen me while not cause any unnecessary pain.

Coaches care about what they are doing and it shows! Members become awesome friends, and all the off site WOD's and events at their box just make it perfection!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. After 4 years of CrossFit and a member at 3 different boxes, WCF has by far has been my favourite. They have multiple coaches who are all very educated, and knowledgeable. You are set up for success at this facility with all of their specialty classes, personal training, goal tracking sessions and health-related services (physio, chiro, massage and fasical stretch therapy). Their members come first 100% of time. They run a ton of community events year round and I have made lifelong friendships here. Thank you WCF!
