Fantastic experience: So true Dave, all the haters hate but Troy always believed in my rap career and next week I’m quitting the laundromat so watch out world.

Fantastic experience: Not only does this place have squash courts, state of the art machinery and a fine dining restaurant upstairs, it’s got one thing no other gym has- a boy named Troy. From my very first workout, Troy made me feel like a warm bun, fresh out of the oven. Not only is he a Greek Adonis with a physique rivalled only by Zeus, but he also moves like a young Yao Ming on the courts. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know both “long hair” AKA Keanu Troy as well as “short hair” AKA Neo Troy, and I gotta tell you- there’s no style this kid can’t rock. Troy, thanks for all good times, laughs and memories. Too many good times. Shine on sweet child.

Negative experience: Very shady business practices. Don’t give them any of your money, paid for a membership and now I can’t even get access. Then they just “cancelled” my membership randomly yet still have a a charge on my credit card.

Fantastic experience: Great place to play squash but not the nicest gym in the world.

Fantastic experience: Had some of my best years working out there. Down to earth gym great owners and staff. Sad not to be there anymore. Hope to join when I return to town.

Negative experience: I used to love this gym been coming here for years but I think I have lost respect for it after what my mom experienced today. Usually me and my mom sometimes come into the gym an hour or a half before closing, and staff would always let us stay after hours to complete our workout. Never was their a problem with that. However today their was a new girl I think that worked there and my mom was about to finish up her workout a couple minutes after closing and the lady demanded she leave right now because she is not a 24 hour member, with 0 regard to my mothers workout. It’s already enough we are paying $60 a month for a gym so small, and my mom can’t even finish her workout. We will be switching to another gym. Management is giving themselves a bad reputation. Not to mention, they have horrible a communication with members. They’ve been shut down for a week and after they said they would reopen on the 1st they failed to and my key card no longer worked, and on the 2nd I still couldn’t enter the gym it was completely closed with no sign about what’s going on. Not the best place for people who want to stay on top of their work out routine.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed that they continue to take money out of my account despite signing a membership cancellation last year. Would never recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to work out. Owners are great and helpful.a gym regular folk can work out without being judged. Relaxed atmosphere and not only friendly staff but friendly people in gym. Love it there.

Positive experience: Cons: Price too high for a small gym with limited equipment. Hard to cancel memberships. Pros: Not too crowded so it's easy to work out.

Positive experience: Good courts in need of some TLC though

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym where you can lift weights, do aerobics, play squash, do martial arts in a state of the art studio, where women can do dancercise or circuit training in separate studios with trainers who care, this is the club for you. There is also a friendly neighborhood pub upstairs. If you want a plush, expensive place to be seen at, with staff who are all about your money, this is not for you.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with decent amenities. Staff are helpful and the environment is very relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Loved this gym when I lived in the neighbourhood. The staff and clientèle are mostly quiet people who just want to work out. Some of the equipment is old and it's not huge but the community is great.

Positive experience: Great staff. Gym is not too busy. They have squash courts.

Negative experience: Honestly, one of the worst gyms I have ever been too. The equipment is old, there is hardly anyone at the front desk ever. They do not ask to sign in, the one time I was asked to sign in to the gym the girl at the front told me to leave because my membership had expired. Yet my friend and another person who walked in after me were allowed in without having to sign in or anything. Their employees often disappear while I was working out there and you couldn't find anyone if you had a question. One of their employees would stand or sit on equipment while talking to members. They have a children karate there which is great but they let the children run wild in a small area with free weights everywhere and the kids would play with and mess up the weights and machines. I went there for about 6 months and will never go back. Absolutely horrible customer service.
