Fantastic experience: I love it at Crystal Pool! The diversity of patrons is great and the staff are professional but warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have this 50m (long course) public pool in downtown Victoria! When I travel to other cities I can never find 50m pools, only 25. Great atmosphere, fun but professional staff who are very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I spent my Spring Break in Victoria and was very fortunate to discover the Crystal Pool. I ended up coming here everyday of my 10 day vacation. The pool and gym are great, however, it is the staff that makes this place incredibly special. I can't say enough how much these people enhanced my vacation: Skylar: Your energy and enthusiasm makes the whole place shine. Lifeguards Nicky, Tristan and Malcolm, and Tristan your sense of adventure is so inspirational! Quentin: Your time and dedication to my jeep every time it wouldn't start (3 times in my 10 days) Quentin came out and jumped it! You don't meet people like these guys anywhere. Fantastic experience: A Very nice place to go and Work Out without being surrounded in big muscular people snickering because you're only lifting a portion of what they can do. Instead, it's more of a Rehabilitation thing, helping to keep each other more mobile! And the Hot Tub afterwards is great!

Fantastic experience: My favourite pool to visit for splashing around or swimming laps! My girlfriend and I love to go from 9pm-11pm because drop in is only $2! There’s lanes for laps, a splash pool for the kiddos, a hot tub, steam room, sauna, rope swing, and a WATER SLIDE!!! Great fun for the whole fam

Fantastic experience: Loved this retro space! The friendly and accomodating staff opened the slide for 2 grown adults :) nice cheap lockers. Free admission if it's your first visit. Huge space! But lots of stairs as it is an older facility.

Fantastic experience: Great facility. They have a wet and dry sauna. Hot tub is a nice size. The basketball court outdoors is awesome.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! They bend over backwards for me and my family. I don't have to worry about my girls because pretty much all of the staff knows them and keeps an eye out for them. My family has been going there for over 20 years at least three times a week. I can call the front desk and ask to pass a message on to my girls. I know that if they are there that they are safe. The lifeguards are well trained. I've witnessed the quick response to avoid children's heads smacking on to the pavement. Or when the little ones get loose from their caregivers and simply step in to the deep pool. It's like watching a well orchestrated dance number. The facilities definitely need modernizing but last year when I mentioned the fact that the one wheelchair bathroom was about one foot too short for a motorized wheelchair I noticed that they had made the change. They are aware that they are not as accessible as they should be but they do what they can in order to accommodate people with different needs with what they have at hand. All the staff are super friendly. I can't say enough about the place and the people who work there.

Fantastic experience: Very extensive facilities: enclosed tennis courts, large pool, workout machines, ice rink, sauna, steam room, wading pool, large hot tub. Diving boards gone, now, replaced by a climbing wall edge of pool.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to John - excellent aquafit instructor. The time flies in his class; lots of fun and variety and good explanation of the moves. The pool is wonderfully big and bright- thanks to the large glass dome sky lights. I hope the new pool has the same features - whenever the city finally gets around to building it

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The pool is older but so bright and open. The staff are all very friendly. The gym spaces are a bit random and hot - that's my only complaint.

Fantastic experience: You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal then the 2$ swim from 9 to 11 mondays through thursdays.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, unfortunately I don't own sports shoes so I cant use the gym itself, but the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub are all inclusive in the membership, opening and closing times are great, unfortunately not so for the weekend however. The only suggestion is to get a mini cafeteria inside the building, other than that this is a good place for all aspects.

Fantastic experience: 50m lanes, sauna, gym, hot tub, what more do you need?! I love this facility, it has everything I need in very central location (I've moved 3 time in the past year and still go here!) They also host plenty of community events/clinics and have a child care program in-house!

Fantastic experience: We always book my daughters private lessons here as the team are great with my very shy 9 year old. The front office staff are also excellent. Can't wait for the upgrade and then it'll be perfect!

Fantastic experience: Affordable and mostly clean. Pool, diving board, sauna, steam room, hot tub, cardio, weights, activity room, this place has everything you want and more. This is the ONLY place for full length lap swimming in the city.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for recreational activities. Great programs and staff is excellent and very helpful. The place is clean which is important. They have a nice cardio room with good floors for aerobic activities. The change rooms are very large. Lots of room to move around. Close to downtown.
