Simply The Best

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a long time client at Simply the best and there is a reason for that! It works! In my younger years, I would use it as “maintenance” a couple times a year and drop 6-7lbs in 10 days. Currently, I am using it to improve my odds with fertility. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for almost a year. I’ve had many treatments and have never been able to creat more than 7 follicles ( the norm is 15-20). Yesterday, after being on phase 1 of ideal protein for almost 1 month, my ultrasound showed 11 follicles. I’m overjoyed! Not only did I lose almost 10lbs, I also made the most follicles I’ve ever made. ( for reference I am 5’2, 130lbs) I will be continuing the Ideal Protein diet throughout the rest of my IVF Journey!

Fantastic experience: I can’t find the words to express how much Marisa has helped me. After I gave birth to my son, I went from being completely healthy to having major health complications. Long story short, I wasn’t sleeping at night, passing out during the day and I wasn’t able to eat. Marisa helped to heal me through diet modifications, her exercise program and wellness treatments. After being sick for so long, I finally have the energy to take care of my son and tackle my day. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done to help me. She is truly a miracle worker! Fantastic experience: Marisa and her team at Simply The Best are world class. This is by far the best gym/treatment centre in the north. The facials are incredible. Marisa is so intelligent on health, I have learnt so much from her on how to eat healthier and get stronger.

Fantastic experience: It works. I was a bit sceptical about the claims of red light therapy. But a few sessions at Simply the Best changed my mind. The people are great, the facility is clean, modern, and pleasant. Some sessions with the red light has meant my new bathing suit looks fabulous, with fewer annoying middle-aged bulging and flabby bits.

Fantastic experience: Simply the Best simply is the best! I've been using the Vibrogym for the past three years and have gained a lot of flexibility while building muscle. Marisa and her team are very knowledgeable and are able to tailor an exercise program that takes your personal limitations into consideration. I can honestly say that I feel energized after a routine. I also enjoy wellness sessions using equipment like the Oxyspa, Ozone Steam Sauna and the Balancer. Fantastic experience: A short 5 months ago I stepped into Simply The Best and was greeted, explained the weight loss program without any obligation. From then on I never turned back. To date December 31st, I had lost 50lbs. The program is easy with alot of good information of foods we as consumers would not know how they affect weight . Fantastic experience: I started with Simply the best in the beginning of February 2021 to help me lose weight. Marissa helped me and gave me all the tools and foods I would need. Marissa is so knowledgeable about what she does and offers. I am down 22 pounds and couldn't be happier I have more energy now and just overall feel so good. She also has treatments you can go for. I have to say the weight loss pod is my favorite if you like heat and vibration while you lay there for 40 min it's wonderful. I love doing it on my lunches from work just to relax and de-stress. I also tried her new treatment called the Balancer which was so different but so awesome. You lay in a kinda snowsuit and it constricts you for 30 min and it was so amazing I would recommend Simply the best to anyone and their treatments. Fantastic experience: I tore a muscle in my forearm. A friend of mine suggested I go for pemf treatment. I also have spinal cervical stenosis and fibromyalgia. The treatment help ed with the forearm and spine. I have more flexibility and movement and the whole lot less pain. The staff is very friendly and professional. The prices are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for most.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was reluctant at first and now I am in love with the weight loss protocol. I am a busy mom of 5 children and I work full time on top of all my other commitments and yes lets not forget life stress LOL I did not think I would have time to take on such a huge weight loss challenge but I decided to give it a go anyways after seeing results from a few friends of mine. Fantastic experience: Simply the Best has, quite "simply", changed my life. I have lost 35 pounds since November, but more importantly, I have a new sense of vitality. I can move again! I have noticed a significant decrease in inflammation such that my pain levels have noticeably decreased. Fantastic experience: I went for a spray tan recently and LOVED the results. I left Simply the Best with a beautiful, even tan and the confidence boost I was looking for during these cold months. The tanning process and instructions were simple to follow, and staff made the experience run smoothly. It was my first spray tan and I will definitely be back for another.

Fantastic experience: I am so greatful to my dear friend who suggested Simply the best to me... I have had such great experiences since joining Simply the best. From great staff to a clean environment...... I have tried many things in life, but never something so time efficient. I'm in and out before I know it.... and the results show. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Simply the Best for just over 6 months. Marisa and her team go above and beyond to create a safe and fun community environment. I absolutely love that there is always a trainer in the gym to guide your work out, suggest stretches/ exercises and give that little bit of extra motivation. I have done many of the treatments at Simply the Best. My favourite are the FIT body wrap, red light contour, ozone sauna and the smart tanning bed. Recently I was introduced to the new intense pulse light hair removal- it was super quick, painless and there was no redness after. Andrea was extremely professional and did a fantastic job of explaining the treatment as she worked.

Fantastic experience: When I embarked on this journey, I had no expectations. I led a busy life and all I knew was that I wanted to bring changes to my poor eating habits and overweight body. The friendly team at Simply the Best, provided me with a structure that soon became an easy daily routine. The fact that I didn't need to exercise, during the weight loss phases (phases 1 and 2), was even a bigger incentive! Fast forward a quick 5 months and I am now 40 pounds lighter. I love the new readings from my weigh-ins: low fat percentage, good muscle mass, low visceral fat rating and my BMI is in check.
