Nautilus Plus Rockland

Fantastic experience: Clean gym with plenty of equipment so availability of machines not an issue. Staff is super friendly and informative. I like the TVs with different channels playing - a distraction when using the bikes/elliptical/rower. The classes are also much appreciated. I thought the basement location would be a downer but that’s not the case for me. I like that it’s in a mall with good shopping options with tons of parking. Finally, members are respectful and there’s an overall friendly vibe to the gym.

Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: It’s supposed to be open at 8 during the weekend, it’s 8:15 and still closed. There is no sign that says won’t be open.

Positive experience: I went to work out today and was shocked that the gym is closed Sunday at 5pm. Makes absolutely no sense. Had the same issue with xmas holidays as they closed for more days than any gym. Stores might close at 5pm on Sunday but I see all gyms are open. Also as I have asked management there is still no water fountain to properly refill water bottles with filtered water. Staff are very friendly and helpful and machines are ok shower curtains are non functional.

Positive experience: They never respond to your emails. I used to like it but once my membership ends I'm done with them. I'm sticking to the gym in my condo

Negative experience: I went there dec 31 and the place was closed, every gym in montreal is open at least half a day on dec 31??

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean gym. Friendly front desk people. Want to especially thank the gym manager, Kathy. I had to cancel my membership due to unexpected circumstances and she understood my situation.

Fantastic experience: Je recommande à 100% ce gym ! Lieux très propre, les poids sont bien rangés et le personnel est accueillant ! Je m’entraîne généralement très tôt le matin et c’est vraiment agréable car il y a pas beaucoup de fréquentation. Le matériel est soigné et en bonne étant. Les douches sont propre et le gel douche sent super bon pour vrai. Le sauna est toujours fonctionnel et sera vous réconforter après une bonnes séances !

Fantastic experience: Super gym! Je m’entraîne avec JP depuis plusieurs semaines et il est génial! Je vois déjà des résultats. L’endroit est propre, bien aéré et avec de l’équipement de qualité. Les vestiaires sont propres et en bonne condition. J’adore!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great people and great staff. Staff is very helpful and take the time to explain equipment and answer questions (Special mention to Kurt, he’s awesome!) Plenty of equipment so no issues with availability and no « douchebags » hogging all the equipment for their Tik Toks

Positive experience: Pour le moment je suis globalement satisfaite: le lieu est facilement accessible en vélo si on passe par Mont-Royal, propre et pas trop bondé. J'ai signé pour un programme de deux mois. Je pense qu'une personne qui va régulièrement s'entraîner serait satisfaire des équipements offerts.

Positive experience: So far I like it. Nice staff nice people, I just wanna see how deadlifts are here or if they’re even allowed.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for almost 3 years and the staff is still has the same enthusiasm. Everyone greats you when you come in, the facilities are always clean and the personal trainers do care about their clients. If they notice you dropped the number of times you come to the gym, they give you a call to check up on you and try to help out any way they can.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good gym close by. Unlike other places, Richard greeted me with the outmost respect and professionalism . He really understood my goals and my objectives. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain everything Nautilus had to offer and how he could help me to get back on track. He gave me a very good impression of Nautilus that's why I will definitely enroll without hesitation.

Positive experience: I prefer the downtown location. This location isnt bad. Its small with outdated equipment but hey, I just need a workout.

Fantastic experience: Entraîneurs et accueil toujours chaleureux, ambiance cordiale, équipement en bon état, la musique n'est pas trop forte! Cours de Zumba et je yoga agréables, et Fabrizio nous fait donner tout ce qu'on a dans le corps le jeudi matin avec le kick Boeing et le tonus!

Positive experience: Well equipped and the "per visit" card makes it attractive for those who need gym access a few times a month only. Being in the basement and often close to empty in the evening does not make an exciting locale but it is clean and covers most needs

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym chaleureux. Le personnel est vraiment compétent et gentil. Les entraîneurs et la nutritionniste Maude Martinez travaillent fort pour les clients. Extrêmement bien mené par la gérante Kathy.

Negative experience: Gym is good and quiet , however they use predatory pricing. Monthly pricing is very expensive compared to most gyms and if you try to cancel your membership they charge you almost 300$.

Negative experience: Avoid their promotions, it's a trap, you get a lower yearly membership than a monthly commitment, but if you want to cancel, you will pay a penalty equal to the months left to close the 12 months contracts. This is so stupid as unlike cell phone carriers, they don't give you any equipment or materials as your property, so the penalty is illegal and should be reported to Consumer Bureau Protection

Positive experience: Standard Nautilus plus with available machines.

Positive experience: Équipements complets, personnel correct (les meilleurs sont Kirk et Cathy). Seul problème: la musique est beaucoup trop forte et parfois insupportable. Ne remplissez pas leur carte d’évaluation; ça ne sert absolument à rien. Le siège social s’en balance complètement, considérant le genre d’accusé de réception insignifiant qu’ils envoient.

Positive experience: Good enough! I prefer this Nautilus to the one near my job in the city.

Fantastic experience: Ils ont rénové les gym depuis environs 1 an pour un look plus moderne. Les machines sont dans un bon état. Bon service, entraîneur sérieux et QUALIFIÉ (ils ont tous des bacc en kinésiologie ou équivalent. Vestiaires propres. Le seul côté négatif de ce nautilus est qu'il est dans un sous-sol, on y voit pas l'extérieur. Je vais à celui de Rockland car il près de mon travail, mais jai un abonnement à tous les nautilus.

Positive experience: Le stationnement du centre rockland fait en sorte qu'il est facile d'accéder en voiture. Le gym à de bonne machine même si il en manque quelques une. Les nouvelles aménagement font en sorte de mieux aprecié.

Negative experience: Pas à la hauteur d'un vrai Nautilus, c'est sale et l'air est lourde .. En plus d'être dans un sous-sol.
