Fantastic experience: F45 is incredibly amazing! The members are kind and the staff are kickass! Always pushing me to do my best and push past my limits. Honestly it’s group personal training and they are also there to help keep that form proper as well! You will not regret visiting this gym! FOMO on the days I can’t go. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to F45 PTBO Central for 3 weeks now and I can already see a huge difference in my strength and most importantly my energy!! The trainers have really done a great job of building a community here and keeping things fun while still challenging you to perform your best! If you want to take charge of your own Health, this is such a great investment to make in yourself.
