Our flagship program, CrossFit, offers intense, functional training that is both challenging and accessible. We provide a wide variety of classes designed for everyone, including Cardio-Functional sessions for cardiovascular health, specialized programs for Seniors (55+), and engaging Children and Youth divisions (ages 2-14) that develop physical literacy in a fun, safe environment. We also offer Yoga classes to enhance flexibility and mental well-being, as well as Free Training sessions for those who prefer to follow the WOD of the day or create their own routines.

Beyond group fitness, Centre Neofit distinguishes itself with a comprehensive range of specialized services. Our expert team includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaches for mental preparation, Kinesiologists for injury prevention and rehabilitation, and specialized support for sports teams, schools, and corporations. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness, combining physical training with mental resilience and professional therapeutic care.

Fantastic experience: Coole CrossFit Bude. Wir haben das WOD am Freitagabend mitgemacht. Der Trainer hat super erklärt und das Team hat uns mitgezogen. Wir hatten super viel Spaß und können das Studio sehr empfehlen

Fantastic experience: Le centre Neofit est un centre très convivial où on peu s'entraîner, peu importe notre forme au départ. Il ya des athlètes aguerris tout autant que des gens au début d'une remise en forme. Les coachs sont compétents et s'adaptent au besoin du client.
