Fantastic experience: I really like the vibe of gym, quite open spacious, not very crowded and have everything you need. , before posting review tried for around 3 weeks. Take special care of cleanness. Very friendly and helpful staff. Checkout for once by yourself absolutely recommended. I have been to multiple gyms. From Econofitness, energie cardio, good life and a lot more. So far it will be the best one.

Negative experience: Before committing to a gym membership, it is important to test the gym first and see if it is suitable for someone who wants to train there and also to see the machines are working as expected and are well maintained. (There were plenty of gyms I tried and regretted joining due to bad maintenance). I wasn't even allowed to train there once for free to test the gym and equipment before committing. They charge 20CA$ for ONE visit. When asked about the pricing, they offer no monthly membership options, only yearly ones, which is frustrating if you only live in the area for a shorter period of time (or less than the whole year). I was offered something in the range of over 100 CA$ a month which is more than any other professional and larger gyms offer in Montreal and the rest of Canada. The gym might be good for locals and long term residents who are doing mostly basic gym training, but for anyone else not that great of an option… Especially with those prices.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. No better place on this planet for martial arts academy. Great for all ages and all shapes although the Taekwondo will have you in shape in no time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a very affordable gym, a 12-month membership comes out to roughly $30/month (payable in bi-annual instalments). I've been going here for three years and mainly use the gym (I don't attend the martial arts classes). They have all new Atlas equipment (including a power cage!!) and multiple cardio machines. The pictures on the website are dated and don't show the upgraded equipment. It's rarely crowded and I almost never have to wait to use equipment. The gym staff are very friendly and helpful. As an added bonus it's above a grocery store, convenient if you get hungry after your workout!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant venue, machines and free-weights always available. Nice chill out rooms for stretching, skipping etc. Good crowd of folks who attend and run the place, for friendliness adds to motivation. My only gripe was a one time exposure to a Phil Collins playlist - a long, long 26 minutes.

Fantastic experience: The classes are well organized and the team shows respect for the students, at the same time teaching discipline. The owner is a experienced Master, used to coach athletes for top level competitions. But the most important part is that my son is happy and showing interest for learning.

Positive experience: Way better than west YMCA First of all you don't have a wet floor in the changing room. At the Y you are sharing it with people swimming. 2. It is not excessively humid because there is no pool and the AC works fine. 3. It's way more affordable. 4. Despite the outside, the inside is nice. BUT they need to install hooks in the lockers.
