Fantastic experience: My son has been going to the SAS (Speed/Agility/Stability) sessions for a few months now and loves them. The sessions are often low ratio, meaning he gets personalized training at a great value. The performance coaches (Josh, Liam, and Nick) are top notch and all do an outstanding job of helping the kids develop and excel through fun and engaging exercises/drills. I would 100% recommend these sessions to anyone looking for supplementary, non-sport specific training for their child.
