Fantastic experience: Working with Hannah was such a great & professional experience. I was communicating with her as Precision Pilates Studio is the only official retailer of Xero Shoes in Atlantic Canada. She was quick to respond, knowledgeable, & so helpful. She had a range of shoes to try on in my size and was able to order anything from the site that I wanted to try. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Pilates studio is good but no use of private lesson, it’s not organised at all and won’t benefit. Regular classes will do you same good as private lessons, although they sell you ok getting private lessons but refrain.

Two pregnancies and one serious motor vehicle accident and the team of teachers brought my body to a place of strength and stability that I hadn’t had before. If you are looking for strength in your body, visible results, engaged and knowledgeable teachers and fun and loving studio environment…this is it.

Fantastic experience: Update March 2024: I am still LOVING this studio! I am so grateful to be able to join virtually. One of the very best Pilates studios in the world... fantastic classes & private sessions!! Precision Pilates is such a wonderful studio!  Cara and her team are so knowledgeable, kind, and funny!  The virtual classes leave me sweating and laughing - such a great workout!!  I really appreciate how much they care about the safety of their community, and I can't wait to visit in-person very soon!
