Evolution Training Center ( Fight and Fitness)

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and great coaches! Classes are fun yet challenging, and you’ll meet lots of cool people. There are lots of high skill leveled students here from former pro to amateur fighters, there’s also people just beginning. Next time I’m in Fredericton I’ll be coming back!

Fantastic experience: My son has been with Evolution for the last three years. The difference the evolution team has made with my son has been remarkable. Three years ago my son was attacked by another kid he didn't even know. It was so bad the kid was charged but it left my son scared and very angry. Lucky after this happened he joined the Evolution Team and it has changed him. It has given him his confidence back and a love for MMA Can't Thank The Whole Evolution Team Enough.

Fantastic experience: Both my children train BBJ here with Cassio Martins. His program is very well done, safe and fun. Evolution is hands down the place to train martial arts in the Fredericton area. If you think about putting your kids in a program or want to do one your self check them out. Give Andy the owner a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this gym. The energy, the staff, the classes...I always have such an amazing time. The culture is what really does it for me. I know if you've never kickboxed before, it can be intimidating but I didn't feel that a bit. The insturctors were very helpful, and the participants were welcoming and encouraging. All levels and abilities are welcomed! Also, there is a certain level of satisfaction that comes with kicking and hitting a bag. :D

Fantastic experience: My two children do kids BJJ classes here. The facility is awesome, the instructors are too notch, such a great training center! I wish you could see a little more from the viewing area, but other than kids classes it's not really an issue.

Fantastic experience: I was walking on King one night and a masked man in some sort of freak inverted guard slid onto the path and immediately heel hooked me. I had no choice but to give him my keys, wallet, shirt, and 2'x6' poster of Bruce Buffer. I was devastated, how could someone so easily take what was mine? Now I train at Evolution. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: There is no better gym in the maratimes than Evolution. From the moment you step in this gym you will see the talent on display. Exceptional teaching along with friendly training partners makes this my second home.
