Fantastic experience: After having many negative experiences at other commercial gyms I can confidently say I wouldn’t want to train anywheres else. Through the almost three years I’ve trained here I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, The staff and other members are amazing and I always feel safe no matter the time of day. If your new to the gym environment I would highly recommend NF !❤️

Negative experience: Beware of the fine print.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in New Brunswick -I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else. I would highly recommend Naturally fit as there’s tons of high quality equipment, it’s always spotless clean, and the staff are all super welcoming.

Fantastic experience: The gym atmosphere I missed :)

Negative experience: I would be very weary of this business if I were somebody looking to sign up for a g membership here in town. I tried signing up online for their "Bi-monthly membership" only to look through the agreement before paying to see that it's actually a 24 month contract with no way to shorten the terms of the contract. This is a very shady and misleading business practice at the very least, that borders an illegal business practice per the Consumers Protections Act. When I called into their business and was met with a "Uh....Hello?" I knew I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing company. Not only are their prices great, but I received my products within a few days of ordering online. There was a cute handwritten note, thanking me for my order.... As well as some samples of other products to try. Oh, they even included a branded t-shirt that fits great. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: good gym spot and everything you'd expect for a legit fitness gym with great staff. Spencer (the owner) was welcoming, very cool and took the time to introduce himself. I look forward to my training time and trying the variety of equipment they have!

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering supplements from their online store and very happy with their prices. Their shipping is free and they give free samples with every order. Definitely recommend them if are looking to buy supplements with reasonable prices

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews, but I ordered some protein bars from Naturally Fit and they arrived expeditiously, even during these COVID-19 circumstances. Along with the protein bars, they also added a Naturally Fit branded shirt, shaker cup, sample packs of supplements, and a handwritten note. I would highly recommend Naturally Fit and will order from them in the future. These small touches go a long way and show a true appreciation for your (our) business. Fantastic experience: Awesome spot to workout and get fit. So many different types of equipment for strength and cardio exercise. Great helpful staff. Woman's only workout room. A very experienced staff and personal trainers. Veteran owned and operated. Plenty of plans to suit all budgets and lifestyle goals.

Fantastic experience: This place might be the best kept secret. the customer service is phenomenal! It's literally the best experienced I've had on any online web service. They put a personal touch that humanizes the transaction. You'd know what I mean if you were a previous customer too.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is phenomenal. I recently placed 2 online orders and wanted to apply the promotion code for each. I had an issue with the promotion code for one of my orders and didn't realize until the transaction was approved. I emailed to explain what had happened. A couple days later, i received a phone call from Naturally Fit. I spoke to Chelsea who was very helpful and told me id be refunding for the amount the promotion would've discounted me for. Chelsea also added that she'd provide even more samples because of the inconvenice. I only have positive experiences when dealing with this company. Very pleased.

Negative experience: Could not have been a worse experience. After losing my order for a period of 7 weeks, a manager named Chelsea lied to me over the phone about several details of the shipping and her attempts to contact me. Not only that, they offered no discount or refund and it took me months to get them to give me my money back. Such an incredibly dishonest and shady business.

Fantastic experience: I ordered protein from their website and not only they were the only place that had the flavour I wanted but they also had the best price in Canada. Shipping was fast. They seem to care about the satisfaction of customers. Hope it stays like that for a long time!
