Fantastic experience: Great experience. I got charged twice every month due to some system error and two accounts payment on one card. But Manager Matt helped me in this matter. It was a complicated calculation due to two accounts payment on one card. But manager Matt spent more than hour with us to resolve the matter and getting refund was an easy process because of him Once again special thanks to Matt.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Manager Matt is really helpful. He is always running around cleaning the place. The place is very clean and is also the biggest Anytime Fitness in Edmonton. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Staff is hard working Large open areas for fitness and cardio, large studio, open door or closed doors. Lockers for your gear, I believe 2 showers or possibly 3 showers on site. Staff usually around till 8 pm to answer and help with questions, towels provided.

Fantastic experience: Don’t usually come to this location but I felt I needed to share my experience there. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. The facility was cleanly and they even had some equipment my location doesn’t have.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this gym. It's always clean. The staff are great the manager Matt is really good to deal with and is always ready to answer any questions you have. I've had the pleasure of working with their trainer Kelan and have to say he provides a perfect balance of pushing you outside your comfort zone but not so much that you won't enjoy your workouts. He really pays attention to you and equipment you really like to use he will add into your workouts. For the most part the people working out there are great too. As a bigger person trying to get healthy I wasn't comfortable going to the gym but the people have been great with making me feel comfortable coming to the gym. The biggest issue I have with this gym is that a small number of people do not return the weights when they are done using them, I see staff and other users tidying up all the time and it would just make it easier if everyone would just return the weights when they are finished.

Fantastic experience: In response to the March racial posting…..I was present for the alleged incident and it in no way was racially directed. The attending employee was nothing but patient and professional handling the situation. This was a simple case of pure of entitlement and total disrespect for the facility, staff, and other members. If your are committed to your fitness journey this is definitely the facility for you. The staff’s commitment to a clean, healthy, safe, unbiased environment for all members is a top priority.

Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the best gyms in the area. I recently moved half and hour away and would still prefer this location over the others. The staff and gym members are overall extremely friendly and supportive as if it is their own community. Matt in particular was extremely helpful when it came to joining the facility, any questions I had he was able to find the answers, and he would always help whenever I needed something in the facility. I would highly recommend signing up for this gym and this location in particular.

Fantastic experience: A great gym! Always clean, large space with lots of room inside. Staff has always been helpful and punctual with questions or concerns.

Fantastic experience: The main gym area is large and the equipment is very good quality, there are no dedicated locker rooms but there is an area with lockers if you need them. The owner and staff are very dedicated, after I posted my first review I recieved a phone call two and a half hours later and the issues I had were fixed next day. The codes to the tanning and massage tables just require a quick text to the owner and you can get access. TL:DR, Great gym, the staff are very dedicated, definitely worth the price. Fantastic experience: The facility and staff were great when I was actually using my membership The only problem I had was navigating cancelling my membership but when it wasn't working they were very helpful in clearing it up for me.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago I left a negative review of this location due to the actions of a man named Jim who misrepresented himself as the owner. Thankfully the actual owner Rob contacted me to smoothen things out. He took the time to hear my issues fairly and acted like a true businessowner. In the end I chose to stay with Anytime Fitness thanks to the professionalism of Rob. I wanted to be treated fairly and he gave me that proper treatmentn

Fantastic experience: I was working out at the Kingsway location and prefer this one way more. The gym is bigger, has a more variety of equipment and I don't feel so cramped. The added amenities like tanning, massage bed and red light therapy are also huge bonuses. Whenever I am there, the staff is always friendly and ALWAYS cleaning (which I love to see). The owner has also been a pleasure to deal with and is available through text or phone if there are any problems/concerns. The membership prices are really affordable too! I don't have any negatives to say about this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Best location BY FAR, more spacious than most the other locations and not as busy. The new GM is working with all customers to make all improvements needed :). I made one suggestion and they made it happen within 5 minutes!! Super clean location and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: The most spacious, best lit (ceiling to knee window panes on three sides) ATF in Edmonton, just North of the overpass over Whitemud on 50th street. Aside from being super accessible this location is industrial park and sparsely populated after suppertime. They have three lifting cages AND a Smith Machine. And I've never seen anyone waiting for cardio machines full at any time of day. Did I mention that the AquaFrixio(tm) massage table that is almost never in use? But if you need a real live RMT, we also get a discount on therapeutic massage at the clinic next door. Plenty of tradespeople come here to stay fit for work and are mostly very friendly and supportive of beginners. I vastly improved my front squat technique here through coaching from another member. There are also two very healthy restaurant options in the plaza to fuel a strenuous workout. Joy's Cafe makes everything to order from scratch with love and plenty of fresh veggies in serving a fusion of Korean and Western cuisine but is price competitive with fast food. Best of ATF club in Edmonton but only because Allendale doesn't yet have a heavy bag, heh!

Fantastic experience: I always love 24 hour gyms due to my hectic schedule. But after being to a few in my time I find Anytime Fitness to be my favorite. It's always clean, never crowded and provides all the equipment I need to maintain a diverse workout schedule. They are very friendly and very attentive to any customer requests or concerns and truly place a client's fitness as a priority. Thank you Anytime!

I made a suggestion and they actually listened to me then made the change the following day. Taking care of their clients is definitely on the agenda at this location. Fantastic experience: First I don't want you to go here because one of my favorite perks of this gym is its not to busy.... but they are really good and deserve the rating. Very very clean and organized. All the equipment you need from olympic lift pads to leverage machines. Free tanning and red light therapy. Supplied towels so you don't need to worry about forgetting one. Fob entry and cameras keep your things safe. Private shower rooms which is great, also a negative though since there is only 2 you have to wait a lot. As long as you don't mind waiting on a treadmill or just playing on your phone its ok. Oh! Great wifi. Anytime is the best bang for your buck.

Fantastic experience: We were referred here by a good friend of mine. We do have a gym in Beaumont by our home but it’s lacking equipment that this gym has. Different owners. We just signed up for one year memberships which we were given an amazing incentive. We were also able to save extra by using my AMA membership. The staff did a tour for us and was very knowledgeable with the gym and process. There was no hidden fees. The gym was very clean and welcoming. Nice equipment and tanning, they even have a water massage bed to relax in. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I checked out a few gyms before deciding on joining Anytime. It was an easy decision. They are clean, open 24/7, not crowded, never need to wait for a machine, each machine has their own spray bottle and cloth (which are regularly washed), machines are ALWAYS in working order, TV/Netflix set up on the cardio equipment, tanning bed, red light therapy, water massage bed (so warm, a great after workout treat), clean bathrooms (4 in total, 2 with showers), boot racks, coat racks, shoe horn (yes this is important with winter shoes) and it goes on and on. Nice people attending the gym as well. Everyone keeps to themselves from what I’ve seen and are focused on their workout. Some gyms have a lot of “people watchers”, which is horribly uncomfortable when you are a newbie after years of not being at the gym. When we were first trying the gym on a free one week trial, the lady who signed us up asked us to come during staffed hours and when I texted in asking what hours the gym was staffed on a Saturday, I got the owner and he very kindly offered to buzz us in. All staff, especially the owner, are always willing to help. Absolutely nothing bad to say!

Fantastic experience: Don’t usually write reviews but felt I should in the instance, was having some issues with my Fob and when I went in to get it dealt with. Had the pleasure of being helped by Anisa (please excuse me if that’s the incorrect spelling). Was very helpful, polite and dealt with everything in a very timely manner. Fantastic experience: Great location actually, right off the whitemud! Friendly people, always. and never waiting to use equipment. Music is always loud enough to get into your workouts! Windows throughout the entire place so it feels open. Plus it's huge in there! Showers are a bonus : )
