Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible old school bodybuilding gym. It's rare to find a raw atmosphere like this and when you do, you should cherish it. Staff is great, and prices are fair and affordable

Negative experience: Stole my money during COVID. The guy took an entire month’s membership money from me and 2 other friends before shutting doors the next day. Stupid of me but the guy who I’m assuming was the manager is a liar and cheat

Positive experience: The manager is so kind! Good music, good location, and the price is just! If you pay 4 months they make a discount, and the membership of students is more cheap.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town. Great vibes and I don’t remember the last time I had to wait for equipment like other cookie cutter gyms around. Patt(the owner) takes the time to learn the stories of everyone that walks through the gym doors and really works hard to make it feel like home away from home. All gym owners should take a page out of his book.

Fantastic experience: I’m confident enough to say that this is hands down the best and the coolest gym I’ve ever been had the pleasure of working out at. That’s saying a lot because I’m a military firefighter and I’ve worked out at a lot of gyms! Pat, the owner, is dedicated to his business. He’s literally always here. He has put his heart and soul into making this a successful gym, not only for himself but more important for the fine people who choose to workout here. The equipment is awesome. It’s old school stuff. You feel like a true Arnold when you’re working out here. Also, no more waiting around for the bench press. He’s got more than enough! I seriously can’t say it enough times. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I look forward to coming back every day! Also for you cardio freaks out there, he’s got lots of cardio equipment too. It’s just amazing here.

Fantastic experience: I just started here, but I really like the vibe here. No BS. Wasn't as intimidating as I thought it would be, and Pat is very knowledgeable and helpful. Hope you're vaccinated lol. There's a reason this place is the oldest gym in Saskatoon and still around. I'll update this in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to find an old school gyms anymore, Iron Works is an amazing gym for all walks of life. The owner Pat is a treasure from the past he personifies the old school feeling, and he started Iron works in 1984 and has been going strong since then. He has great prices especially for students and lots of merch. He has tons of machines, free weights and platforms. Come check it out!

Fantastic experience: Grew up in Saskatoon and spent countless hours training at Iron Works Gym. 30 years later and living in a different city, my travels have led me to train in many gyms throughout Western Canada. Not a single gym has compared to the unique atmosphere at IWG. No windows, the smell of rubber matting, chalk dust, older equipment, music cranked, little fashion; the best workouts of my life started when I walked down those stairs into this friendly weight dungeon. I miss Iron Works Gym dearly.

Fantastic experience: Afrer joining iron gym i realized i was ignoring basic things and was hurting my back..but after owner Pat's guidance I worked on my posture,muscles strength and feeling no more lethargic .He gave me training and showed everyday how to do things right. Thanks Pat sir...May God Bless you

Fantastic experience: I'm new to this game of weights and Fitness but I know one thing and it's 110% at this place gives it all and every last little bit they can to help you out and show you the ways and how to be comfortable and learn responsibly and respectfully with the equipment that they have they're very clean and tidy it's a nice small environment that's not too small but it's also not overly big it's never crowded or hard to find a parking spot the locker rooms and change rooms are very clean and everybody respects everybody space and property thanks again (Pat and staff)

Fantastic experience: Been training for a decade and I went to visit family in Saskatoon, just randomly stumbled into this place on my way to Goodlifr. It felt like I was at Venice beach Golds gym. Hands down the best gym I have been to in CANADA. I love that all the weights are steel and that some conventional machines pull with gears and sprockets. Nothing compares to that old school grind this place makes one feel. Love it love it love it. Dorian Yates would shed a tear if he walks in there!!!
