Positive experience: Affordable gym to workout. For basic membership it’s 15 dollars a month. App works great. Can also be used to check the if it’s busy or not. Wish they had more weights and a scale to check weight. Great and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: All the staff members are very kind and are always happy to help and assist people especially Daniela, she is always paying attention towards maintaining a claim and safe environment for all the members, she is also a wonderful worker who is always cheerful and kind. Team regent is amazing.

Negative experience: Cheap, but, over crowded. Always have to wait for machines. Edited: to show how bad this business is. They messaged me, tried to bribe me with a free month, and than when I listed my concerns, "only one calf machine in the entire building, no t-bar rows, no barbell free weights, and groups of 4 people working out tying up machines for an hour at a time, she Basically said. "We might get new equipment sometime in the future, and we were actually just asking for your concerns about our staff, we want dirt on them so we can rake them over the coals. I don't actually care how you think it is being managed". Here is the entire conversation.

Positive experience: Enjoy this location. Clean, staff are friendly & accommodating. Only complaint is that they have limited number of Stairmasters & usually 1-2 of the 4 have been Out of Service since I’ve joined this location, & that’s 90% of the reason I got a membership, was for the Stairmaster.

Fantastic experience: Madi and Fabian were really helpful with showing how different massage chairs work. They keep the gym lively especially during their overnight shifts.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an amazing experience at the gym, and a big part of that is thanks to Ethan. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and supportive. Whether it’s helping with form, offering workout tips, or simply motivating you through a tough session, Ethan goes above and beyond. His energy and dedication truly make a difference. He’s the kind of staff that makes the gym feel like a community!

Negative experience: I just canceled my black card subscription because I was told I could not pause my membership which i think it’s not fair on members. I was told I needed a doctors report to pause my membership when it wasn’t a doctor that told me to come register. I see it as a means of coercion. For example: I plan to travel out of the country for 3 months, it’s unfair to expect me to pay gym fee for 3 months when I am not using the services.

Negative experience: Every other planet fitness got the best service and works BUT except the planet fitness at regent is terrible to the point I wish I can put 0 stars if that was an option. I don’t recommend going to the one on regent, SERVICE IS JUST TERRIBLE ON ITS ON.. the one in garden city is my favourite one I recommend going to that one.

Negative experience: I am working on my second year as a member and I have been fairly satisfied until about 6 monts ago when maintenance of the equipment has become an issue. After reporting a piece of equipment has a issue it takes weeks and sometimes months to be repaired, giving the 'temporarily out of service' sign a whole bew meeting. Upon reporting that one of the pieces of equipment was missing a knob, the clerk at the desk opened a drawer and said "oh, it's here" and I expected it to be installed on my next visit, but 3 days later, sadly it still wasn't. Not only is the maintenance department sorely lacking, but the clerks have a lack of initiative as well.

Fantastic experience: Pretty busy for weight machines. No wait at all for any cardio machine. Nice and clean. Tanning beds are great.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service experience. Not the actual gym staff there are very friendly and professional, but the management team is just awful. Gym is always crowded: We all know that they have to keep accepting new people to make profits, of course, but at some point, the number of people is just too much for such small facilities. Hygiene: Very smelly place. You need to work on that. If something breaks down, you need to fix it, not let it sit for a week before you repair it Customer service: I already mentioned that staff there are super friendly, that good. But the management team won't do anything for you. They only care for your money. They even charge you for an annual fee, even if you just use the facilities for a week. I thought the annual fee meant year-round service, not "pay an annual fee for a week of service" kind of thing.

Negative experience: Showers are stupid , people smell , and you get what you pay for .

Fantastic experience: Staff are really kind and very helpful. So many different machines and tons of televisions to make your workout more fun and go faster, not to mention the free wifi. The price can't be beat; even the Black Card is affordable with tons of discounts and extra perks. Love, Love, Love!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s quite amazing gym . I really love how staffs are so welcoming and always stands in the counter with positive attitude. No matter how bad your mood is you always get to clock in with big smile and positivity.also gym is small in size but very motivational to look around and push your self for another reps and go harder . I stayed in Winnipeg for 2 and half year all this time I was in shapes with my boyfriend but honestly I didn’t like the environment there and changed into this gym and have been feeling great ever since . Honestly it’s a great gym overall . Working out is all about positive vibes and positive surrounding which you don’t always find in every gym but here . I also saw some people with health condition or impairments coming there up for their job on Tuesday last week which was very wonderful experience to see and how incredible is that they’re letting those people to be able to do something in their life . You get to see all age of people there even kids hanging there doing their workout . Also they have their massage room for their members which are also very cool , tanning room and overall gym seems pretty clean in the washroom and workout area , they have the separate lockers in the restrooms . This gym has great atmosphere to get your workout done . Highly recommended.
