Positive experience: I really wanted to give 1 star, but I do recognize that I wanted a cheap second gym closer to home than my primary gym, and I 100% got what I paid for. My interest in PF was piqued after seeing on social media that they're adding actual barbells with racks to their gyms, and decided to join after seeing barbells mentioned on this location's list of equipment on the PF website. I show up for my first workout and there's no barbells, only Smith machines. The gym also had a very strong off-putting smell, like a weird mix of onions, B.O., and cologne.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Second time there in 6 years. Boy do I need this.

Negative experience: I’m currently in a bad situation with planet fitness. I have gotten a membership about a year ago. I have intended on going but never had the time to. With that being said I have tried cancelling the membership multiple times. First 2-3 times I was told it was cancelled but it wasn’t as I am still to this day being charged the fees for the membership. So after over 100’s of dollars being paid to a gym that I’ve never been to. They are now wanting more money from me to officially cancel it. I believe the worker who has told me it was canceled the 2x times I’ve been there to cancel doesn’t know what he/she is even doing. So I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anybody as the customer service is horrible. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Just starting on my new fitness journey, but I feel very welcome here. Isaac especially has been friendly and helpful, very sunny/cheery, making for a positive gym experience! I’m looking forward to getting strong and increasing my endurance and I think this is the place for me. This is my third gym over the years and it seems to be the cleanest with lots of lovely shiny machines. I hope to try them all!

Negative experience: Very good gym with great equipment. But my bike got stolen here and they did absolutely nothing to help, definitely needs more security as I was told it's a common occurrence here. I'd still keep working out here, but I'd recommend being very protective of your belongings, because if they're stolen the manager won't care!

Negative experience: Worst staff ever !!! I was waiting there for a solid 30 mins just to transfer membership or to cancel and move to the one on regent. Staff didn’t know what to do, I was trying to figure it out myself and none of the staff even bothered to help me out later , just casually walking around.

The staff is always nice and courteous, especially one staff member named caliegh because she is has always got a smile on and is in a great welcoming mood all the time. This world needs more caliegh's in it.

Negative experience: Do I would say gym and staff has no problem but the problem is taking responsibility , thus strip mall property is not safe once in every month there is someone who try to steal from Dollar store. Problem is your vehicle specially cycle is not safe. Surprise that it’s just outside of gym a you can see from attendance desk. My cycle get stolen and I’m sure it was one of gym member. Because it was clear stealing. I put police case and ask for footage and they says its privacy , privacy of who So I would say please don’t trust on them for any safety things. They are not put pictures of person who stole it because of privacy. Look Hippocrates.

They keep the gym clean, and as of recently they’ve started to move some things around to make a better flow of the gym. I’m just hoping soon they will bring in more/different machines.

Positive experience: Affordable gym to workout. For basic membership it’s 15 dollars a month. App works great. Can also be used to check the if it’s busy or not. Wish they had more weights and a scale to check weight. Great and friendly staff.

Negative experience: Cheap, but, over crowded. Always have to wait for machines. Edited: to show how bad this business is. They messaged me, tried to bribe me with a free month, and than when I listed my concerns, "only one calf machine in the entire building, no t-bar rows, no barbell free weights, and groups of 4 people working out tying up machines for an hour at a time, she Basically said. "We might get new equipment sometime in the future, and we were actually just asking for your concerns about our staff, we want dirt on them so we can rake them over the coals. I don't actually care how you think it is being managed". Here is the entire conversation.

Positive experience: Enjoy this location. Clean, staff are friendly & accommodating. Only complaint is that they have limited number of Stairmasters & usually 1-2 of the 4 have been Out of Service since I’ve joined this location, & that’s 90% of the reason I got a membership, was for the Stairmaster.

Fantastic experience: Madi and Fabian were really helpful with showing how different massage chairs work. They keep the gym lively especially during their overnight shifts.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an amazing experience at the gym, and a big part of that is thanks to Ethan. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and supportive. Whether it’s helping with form, offering workout tips, or simply motivating you through a tough session, Ethan goes above and beyond. His energy and dedication truly make a difference. He’s the kind of staff that makes the gym feel like a community!

Negative experience: I just canceled my black card subscription because I was told I could not pause my membership which i think it’s not fair on members. I was told I needed a doctors report to pause my membership when it wasn’t a doctor that told me to come register. I see it as a means of coercion. For example: I plan to travel out of the country for 3 months, it’s unfair to expect me to pay gym fee for 3 months when I am not using the services.
