Established in 1982, the Caledonia & Grand River Gymmies Gymnastics & Trampoline Club is a cornerstone of the local athletic community, proudly celebrating over 40 years of nurturing talent. Located at 10 Kinross Street in Caledonia, Ontario, our facility offers a professional environment where fun, fitness, and discipline converge. Whether you are looking for recreational fun or high-performance competition, Gymmies provides a welcoming space for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Recreational Programs for All Ages
Our recreation division is designed to build confidence and motor skills in a supportive setting. We offer specialized classes for toddlers (16 months to 3 years) with parent participation, as well as progressive courses for children aged 2.5 to 12. Our curriculum follows the CanGym badge system, ensuring structured skill development in floor, beam, vault, and bars. Special programs include "Roll Call" after-school care for River Heights Elementary students, birthday party packages, and engaging summer camps that keep kids active and engaged year-round.

Elite Competitive Training
For those seeking to compete at the highest levels, our competitive programs are led by certified provincial and national coaches, including Director Dan Wardley and Club Director Lisa Martin. We host multiple teams ranging from introductory levels (Pixie, Springers) to elite Xcel and Level programs. Athletes train on advanced apparatuses under the guidance of former national-level gymnasts and trampolinists who are dedicated to refining technique, strength, and flexibility. Our competitive gymnasts and trampolinists regularly represent the club at provincial and national galas.

Positive experience: I was a little disappointed. I called to see if my highly functioning Autistic daughter could join and was told there would not be any accommodations. It's really sad because I know she would be amazing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to coach Clair for being so amazing during the parent and tot class. She took the time to make end of the year packages for all the kids from her own money. My little one excelled during her class because of the time and patience she took to teach her and her her to try new things. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My daughter just started here in September and it has been such a pleasure dealing with the centre and seeing the excitement she has when she gets to go. The couches are all phenomenal and the costumer services whenever I have a question is always the best. I will continue to sign her up for as long as she shows interest. Thank you again to the entire centre, keep up the amazing work!
