Fantastic experience: One of the best Gym in Lasalle, JAMEL is such a great person who getting me help to start the Gym membership. I am recommended to this Gym because Environment and all the staff for the gym is very good and all equipments are always upto date and the no need to wait to perform on any machine or other equipment because all the equipment are in huge quantity and the Gym is loaded with all kinds of latest equipment too. Neat and clean place. Every small thing is taken care of in the gym and it is completely maintained No words. Thanks

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym for almost a year now, and overall, it's a solid spot. There's a great variety of machines. That said, I'm relieved they're finally starting to renovate and modernize - especially the locker rooms, they were honestly getting pitiful and old. It was noticeable it was overdue, I hope more changes are coming to continue improving the space. It's also unfortune you have to walk across the entire gym to get to the locker rooms, which feels awkward especially during busy hours. Still, the lounge area and the bar are great additions to make the space feel a bit more welcoming. If they keep improving the facilities like they are now, this place could go from “good” to “great” in no time.

Negative experience: L’équipement est au top , rien à dire mais l’équipe ce n’est plus possible .. ils passent leur temps à déranger le monde avec leurs photographes et tous leurs matériels pour faire les influenceurs 2.0.. À la longue quand tu t’entraînes et que tu as ça en pleins milieu c’est vraiment fatiguant.. j’ai fait les plus grands gym de la région et je n’ai jamais vu ça .. je venais avec ma blonde et un ami , on est parti ailleurs et d’autres suivront .. laissez les gens s’entraîner. On paie déjà cher les abonnements . Si en plus on doit être dérangés parce qu’il y a du matériel de photo , ça ne peut pas marcher ..

The gym is super clean, has incredible machines, and most importantly is totally judgment-free (especially for the ladies!!). The staff are always so friendly and welcoming - it makes working out something I actually look forward to.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, got everything you need whether you’re a beginner or a live, eat, breathe gym kinda guy. I remember my first time stepping into the gym . It was like when you do it for the first time, confused yet almost as you’re guided by the light at the end of the tunnel. It felt natural. Either that or it was thanks to the friendly staff. In particular that handsome hunk of halal meat Jamil. Was very helpful, guided me, very muscular, a smile that makes you nervous, but the good kinda nervous, and… where was I? Oh yeah the staffing’s great. Theres this handsome guy at the counter i think his name was Jamil. Great guy I must say, and cute too. Overall, the gym has everything you need never overcrowded no matter the time even in rush hours, so you can always get your workouts in if you’re not the type to give the gyms address when they ask you to fill in your address on any forms!

Negative experience: I liked this gym but it was unfortunate that they could not give me the refund due to my sudden situation of moving to different neighbourhood. That’s $287 - 6 months membership taken from me. Shame.

Fantastic experience: Gym is very big and has many different machines. A few are showing signs of wear but most are in very good shape and everything works. I would say it has a bigger variety of equipment than any other gym I've tried in the city. Staff are very friendly. There were more men than women when I went but the atmosphere seemed friendly to all. The sauna in the women's locker rooms is clean and works well (can't speak to the men's side). The comments from other reviewers saying the music was too loud seem to have been addressed because it was a normal volume when I went. Overall, great place.

Fantastic experience: Started Mid August 2024, started with a excellent personal trainer (Lello Polcari), he has helped me to better myself. He has helped me with my diet, eating properly. With his plan of exercise and diet, I have already lost 30 lbs. There are other trainers over here, and they also seem to be excellent. It is not easy, but it is worth it. The gym is excellent, staff is friendly. Does not matter what body type you are, everyone is welcomed. They also have excellent meals over here, which are healthy at a reasonable price. I decided to invest in my health, my family is pleased with my progress. They were worried about my weight and health., so was I. Prestige gym has helped me to be on the right track. Excellent gym give it a try!

Positive experience: Normally I'd give the place 5 stars for layout and equipment and staff. There is no doubt in my mind that the facility itself is top notch at a very reasonable price with good hours. The only knock I can give it is for only having two proper flat bench presses. It's odd and off-putting when much smaller gyms tend to have 3-4. But that's half a star off at best, especially since they have an actual deadlift platform, a reverse hyper machine, and all sorts of other machines that are hard to find anywhere else. But no, the two stars off is for how busy the place is even late at night - very much because it's a great gym. I go to the gym after work, but I typically wait til late to go - 9 or even 10pm - to avoid crowds. But you can turn up here at these hours and see all the equipment you need already taken. It hasn't happened just once, but a half dozen times in the couple months I've been a member. It kind of sucks to have to do this and leave a lower-than-deserved review because of a factor outside the owners' control, but I feel like it's something people considering this place need to know. Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings however you're good to go. You'll be able to use whatever you need. If you go early in the morning, I suspect you'll be fine too. Occasionally I've come here on my lunch break (I WFH) and it's also been fine. But if you have to train on weekday evenings and you're following a program, it can be frustrating to not be able to do what you're supposed to be doing. If you're not following a program and just do whatever you feel, then by all means have at it - you'll be very well served.

Seems to be a staff specific issue, I go at 6 in the morning & it’s alway the same girl (she is lovely) , but she clearly likes her music blasting in the whole gym

This gym has flaws: it's a small space with lots of equipment, some of the facilities and machine are a tad neglected (most electronic lockers don't work, some machines remain out of service for extended periods of time). It's an ok value though for a year membership and I would have given it 3 or 4 stars...that is, up until this week. I noticed coming into the gym today that there were new ifit-enabled treadmills and exercise bikes. These machines are fantastic and mustve cost the owner a pretty penny. Great upgrade to the gym and mainly writing this to show that the investment is appreciated. It shows the owner is committed to improving his facilities. Thank you Prestige!

Positive experience: Nice equipment, decent prices, friendly staff, and convenient smoothie bar… but the music is SO LOUD. So much so I can hear the music through my noise cancelling, top volume, headphones. The choice in music is ok thankfully, but I’ve been walking out of the gym with a headache as if I had been to the club at 7am on a Tuesday. Management if you see this please lower the music.

Il ne manque de rien, je peux comprendre maintenant quand on dit que notre gym peut devenir une seconde maison. On y passe souvent de temps c'est important de s'y sentir bien. Les employés et la propriétaire sont vraiment gentils et disponibles! Je le recommande à tout le monde.

Fantastic experience: It might a little early for me to write reviews (I’ve been going there for 2 weeks now), however so far I had a good experience, especially if you take into consideration that it is a very affordable gym. If you are looking for classic gym functions (weights, machines, and cardio machines), You don’t need more than that. Bathrooms and lockers are always clean, and a lovely cherry on top is that there are plenty of parking spots around the gym. My favourite part are PTs who are very diligent and knowledgeable. Perfect experience so far.

Fantastic experience: I think it’s a good gym. for me the staff is super nice Angelo for example always has gone above and beyond to help me with equipment if it was hard to set up. Most of the people there are just there focusing on fitness so it’s a good energy. Of course I personally think the change room showers could be leveled up but I’m picky. Hopefully in the future they can extend the gym and make the change rooms a bit more fancy. Also it’s fine that the exercise classes aren’t included but I think it’s a bit of a waste of space to have that huge training gym not used half the time. If it were me I would have made that space smaller and the change rooms bigger.

Also, trainers are professionals and create super work out plans to meet individual fitness goals. Keep it up ***LET ME add since my last review about a year ago. Well, the PRESTIGE FITNESS CENTER only got better. Always super clean and STAFF are the friendliest and helpful as usual. The owner, well, what can I say ... except that she is constantly improving and updating "our" workout center while maintaining professional values in order to keep both staff and clients satisfied. Good job! Further, a word about LELLO. He is my personal trainer or my MUSE if I can say so. He constantly encourages and motivates me to reach for the sky. Lello's professionalism and years of experience have definitely proven to be beneficial for both my Body & Mind. His detailed defined personal firness program designed just for me has definitely paved the road to my well-being. I've Literally been transformed.
