Fantastic experience: Very good gym with so many different workout apparatus to choose from. Their new membership offerings make it easier, and less onerous if wanting to get a membership. No longer the one year contracts, monthly memberships now more appealing to many.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to work out, super spacious. Josh was very helpful, he answered all my questions and was a great help! Josh and the rest of the staff made me feel welcomed, amazing customer service!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff are always welcoming and help out whenever they can. I signed up and worked mostly with Josh Pellerier, he is very cooperative and always helps me when signing up new gym members from my side. Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I was struggling to find a good gym when i moved here to canada so i signed up for a guest pass online to try out the gym , and when i went i met Mina who set up my guest pass and gave me a great tour around the gym and showed me all the amenities and i was impressed , and he also showed me the multiple options they have with professionalism and i signed up right away! 100% would recommend

Fantastic experience: I am a new client at LA Fitness, I was assisted by one of the Associates at the Burlington Location (Appleby), I recall his name was Mina. He helped alot with getting my membership setup and was very informative while explaining the terms and conditions of the membership. I've had multiple gym memberships over the last couple of years and had trouble with random fees and and increasing monthly rates but with Mina he broke everything down for me and provided me with all the information I needed. 10/10 recommended

I recommend going to her for assistance if needed. Furthermore, the staff was professional while being friendly and made us feel welcomed. Great place, great staff.

Fantastic experience: I needed to unfreeze my membership and luckily for me I couldn’t have come across anyone better than Mina! He was so friendly and the process went so smoothly. He also motivated me to get back in the gym and work hard because that’s something I’ve been struggling with. LA is really lucky to have someone like Mina who really cares about the clients and is also able to connect to them on a personal level.

Fantastic experience: Walked in to LA quite frustrated about an ongoing issue I’ve been having with my app. Mina greeted me at the front desk saw my frustration and offered to help right away. We spoke about the issue and he was able to fix it calmly and provided me with the support I needed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a fantastic experience everytime I’ve visited this gym. Well-kept equipment, tons of amenities, and exceptionally friendly staff. A huge shoutout to Josh who’s helped me with literally anything I need. Always on top of everything, has helped me find the right membership packages for times when Im out of town, and greets me at the gym with a smile on his face. Highly professional work, this is the pinnacle of good customer service and how a gym should be run. Could not praise him enough. Josh and the rest of the staff do a great job of maintaining the gym, it’s one of the few places I’ve been where the sauna is always working and weights are always re-racked. Would highly recommend this LA fitness location to anyone looking for a new gym.

Fantastic experience: Had a a really good experience today at the appleby location. I’ve struggled to find a suitable gym since moving to Canada, but LA Fitness seems to tick all the boxes. Fantastic experience: This is the nicest gym in the area, when you walk in all the staff is so kind helpful and nice and they greet you with a smile it shows how helpful they are. Sarah is so understanding and helps understand your fitness goals to give you the right advice that you need to get started and Tyson very helpful and showed me everything I exactly needed. The gym is very clean and well equipped, they have a lot of facilities going on like group classes which I love but above all the staff the trainers, the manger is what makes gives the gym a lively environment and makes it an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Talked to a young lady there named Yassmeen. Very impressed with the high level of customer service. She made me feel very welcome as Im not much of a gym goer, she really made me feel like this gym is different from others and I feel like this is the gym for me. Thanks Yassmeen !

Fantastic experience: This has been my home gym since 2017, and every time I use this gym it is a great experience. The variety of equipment to use is above most gyms that I have been to around Ontario. The staff are also all very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a great price for a gym membership this is definitely the place to go!

Fantastic experience: My go to gym in Burlington! I recently moved away but wanted to keep a membership in my home town for when I’m in the area. Tyson showed me around the gym and helped me with a rate that worked best for me! Service was amazing and speedy. Gym is kept very clean aswell. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an affordable and clean club.

Fantastic experience: I look forward to making progress at this incredible gym! I got a great deal by Tyson who carried out a phenomenal plan. It was my first day today, and I am so glad that Patrick came around giving me tips and correcting my form to prevent future injuries. I am very satisfied that I chose this facility!

Fantastic experience: Recommend to upgrade the speed of wifi at this location. Often, wifi is either very slow or non-existent. It would be nice to be able to listen to songs or news podcast during exercise.

Fantastic experience: You walk in and your greeted by a friendly staff all over. The manager Sarah always comes through and Patrick a personal trainer there I’ve trained with gets you the results you need. Gym has a boxing place with yoga, A basketball court, biking area, sauna, swimming pool and a hot tub. Everything you need to get your dream body. Memberships are affordable for what they provide. Fantastic experience: Been going here for a while and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Huge bonus that this club doesn’t smell like armpits and it’s usually pretty clean and the weights are actually put away lol

Fantastic experience: Came in to get a membership today. I was introduced to Mina who was such a nice and friendly person. He gave me a wonderful tour of the facility and explained everything to me very well. And when I was signing up I forgot my card at home but he offered to do the membership over the phone which was very amazing of him to do.

I came in with my friend and ended up leaving with a membership myself. Josh was the person who was assisting us and he honestly made the experience of a gym so much better. Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a new gym for the past month and I decided to come check out this LA fitness. I got to meet Josh and he showed me around. He was very friendly and outgoing. He ended up getting me a membership and I've been enjoying my workouts here! If you are nervous about checking this gym out, I'd recommend you ask for Josh because he'll make you feel like it's your new home!

Fantastic experience: The woman with the black hair always keeps everything restocked and keeps the gym clean. I’ve been to other gyms where there is always not enough sanitizer or the paper towels run out or garbages is over flowing it’s never the case here. No major complaints most patrons are ok to deal with and also keep things tidy, staff is helpful when needed during regular business hours.

Fantastic experience: My membership was due to expire in July 2020 but due to the pandemic, my membership was allowed to continue to October 2021. That was so professional and sincere and I never even asked for it, it was just given. I have been a member since 2016 and will continue to be a member for many more years to come. I was previously a member at Good Life Fitness and not only is my membership price 60% less with LA Fitness, their facility is more spacious and well organized. LA Fitness for life.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 3 years. This location has plenty of equipment and is always VERY CLEAN. There is always two or more people constantly cleaning the facility. If a machine breaks down (very rare) it is fixed immediately. Lots of spinning classes to work into your schedule. I have been going to gyms for over 30 years and this is the best so far for my needs (cardio and weights). I recently had to quit due to moving to Calgary (has no LA Fitness) and terminating my membership was easy and painless which is very rare in this industry. I dealt with Jessi at the front desk, she was very helpful and within minutes I received a confirmation email on my membership termination. I would HIGHLY recommend this LA Fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The team at this gym is absolutely amazing! Although yes it is taking some time to get thru the phones, seeing all these negative reviews doesn’t really seem fair. The employees at this location are answering the calls, they’re just overloaded, the calls out number the employees. Jess, Sarah, Mike, Andrew and everyone working here deserve 5 star reviews, they’ve done everything in their power to give us the best gym experience possible, they moved lots of equipment around to make all rooms very usable for us and for that and everything else they do everyday, I thank them and commend them for their hard work. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR GYM EXPERIENCE GREAT AND ALSO SAFE!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been more happy to work for such an amazing company.. My club pride staff im very proud and pleased with.. The sales team incredible!! They have stepped in several times to makes sure that our gym is running smoothly and that protocols are followed..trainers.. spectacular!!Callum is an amazing leader .. Brendan.. She has done a fantastic job at our club.. Getting it ready for reopening. Caring in every way about the staff.. the members and our gym.. i have loved working there since she started.. The operations manager plays an important role in our gym and has done above and beyond her duties.. i have to say as an employee.. She has been the best besides Stephanie. Who once was our operations manager..Thank you Jess for making our club an amazing place to go.. Thank u also for being an incredible role model.. and last thank you for being an incredible manager to us!!❤

Fantastic experience: Ive been a member here for 7 years and I can say the gym and staff have always been great. During the last few months the staff has adapted effectively and with care to the pandemic. They have gone above and beyond to make the facility safe and accessible. Every single staff member deserves 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Great club, managers Sarah and Mike are very friendly and helpful. Mike is an awesome trainer and extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me out countless of times with exercises and stretches I could incorporate in my program to improve progress and prevent injury. The location is very clean every time I workout and all front desk staff I have interacted with were great.
